Pelican Lakes is very lucky to have her on their team! The whole staff was kind and helpful. The food was delicious the prices are very fair everything was as we hoped for. . We did not have to stress or worry about timelines because Shannon and her staff were on top of it! The food was absolutely amazing! The service staff made sure we (bride and groom) had appetizers and drinks during pictures and cocktail hour. At the end of the night, they were helpful in the cleanup and gathering of decorations. Our ceremony and reception was on the very well kept and island. The beach front provided a place for little ones to play, and amazing sunset pictures.

before the wedding, I knew our wedding was going to the best day of our life because Shannon would respond to my emails in less than 10 mins. Her and her colleagues are amazing. Not to mention, this venue is so reasonable in price and TO DIE FOR!

h and I recommended her to everyone. She can really make the wedding what you want for the price you want. There are three different places to get married on the golf course and we went with the island. We got 12 hours of rental time on the island, plus drinks, food, rehearsal dinner, dance floor, fans, lights, everything for a reasonable price. The entire price of the wedding was about a third of the price every where else was charging, and everywhere else was giving you half of the stuff that Pelican Lakes provides. The island is beautiful and everyone who works there is just fantastic. I got a horse and carriage, island, boat, sparklers, everything I could have ever dreamed of for such a great price and it was all beautiful! I have people still tell me that this venue is amazing and the best wedding they have been to yet. And Shannon really takes care of you. She helps make a billing plan so you have time to pay off the wedding, she made sure I ate which was huge, and she is right there every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone!

med of a better venue. You have the water, the pelicans, the beach, and plenty of space to have a huge party. We had about 145 guests and it was very comfortable! My wife and I both worked at golf courses, and we know they aren't typically known for the food. But, we just loved the BBQ brisket and pulled pork. I also couldn't get enough of the smoked salmons. Mmmmm. I only know one person who was married here before us, and that also makes it really special. If I were you, put down the deposit, and make it your official wedding venue because you won't regret it one ounce.

and reception and all the setup so you don't have to worry about tables, chairs, and linens, it is included in the price. - Food and drinks were great, we had so many compliments so it is a double bonus that you don't have to find a vendor and worry about whether they will be on time and if the food is good. I would suggest their margaritas too. - The island is beautiful for a single location ceremony and reception. Cons: - A little pricey, but considering the little worry and that everything went smoothly, it's worth the cost.
