Where do I even start? I don't think there are enough words to describe how in awe I was on our wedding day to see the work Penelope Pots had done, it was beyond my wildest dreams. I knew from my first call with Jackie, that she was it for us. She just "got it" and I trusted her with the entire process. She was the vendor I was most excited about. I had a vision, but I wanted her to make the decisions on most of it, as she's the professional and thats truly how much I trusted her. I am a neurotic, OCD- person, and I happily wanted to walk in on the day of my wedding and feel surprised. THAT'S HOW GOOD SHE IS!!! I could cry just thinking about the moment I saw all of it come together. Jackie and her team and the most talented people in the floral industry, and worth every penny. I promise you, hiring them was the best decision we made and it will be yours too. I now just need to find a way to renew our vows next year so I can have them do our florals again. 10/10 experience!

I hired Penelope Pots for our wedding in April 2022. Jackie and her team executed my vision better than I could have ever imagined. She went above and beyond and even threw in her own ideas that she thought would compliment the overall aesthetic. When Jackie presented me with my wedding bouquet, I was obsessed with it! Jackie is a true artist! My wedding planner recommended Penelope Pots and we are so glad she did. We wanted jewel toned flowers and some decor to help elevate our midsummer's night dream style wedding. We had our first meeting over the phone and I immediately knew we wanted to work with her. She is not only an artist but a true professional who helped us select our flowers within our budget. And did she deliver! She pulled together a beautiful flower palette for our wedding day. Every flower arrangement was stunning! My bridesmaids loved their bouquets and we got so many compliments on our flowers the entire night. Jackie and her team are INCREDIBLE, hands-down one of the best vendors we worked with. When I was searching for florists, I knew what I liked and what I disliked but didn't have too many specifics otherwise and when I met with Jackie she was super flexible and knowledgeable with our vision. I casually would send her pictures of things I liked and she gathered everything and created THE MOST AMAZING arrangements for us. I would absolutely hire Jackie and her team again for an event and would recommend Penelope Pots to anyone - she was not only talented, she was patient with us and took a lot of the stress out of the process. She even stayed through the ceremony for us to help re-purpose some of our arrangements from ceremony to reception!

Jackie and her team were AMAZING!!! We can't stress enough how happy we are that we chose Penelope Pots as our wedding florist. Jackie is a true artist but also a dedicated hard worker. She made my NYE wedding vision come to life and customized all of the details I wanted to see through our special evening. She guided me with her artistic eye to make creative changes/enhancements that ended up pulling everything together perfectly. Her communication was always timely, throughtful and well put together. She was also super pregnant on the actual wedding day and was a total rockstar diva goddess installing everything with her team. I am forever thankful for the beauty she created. Jackie was absolutely the best! I had been stressed about picking out a florist for the wedding and met with multiple people right away. The moment I met with Jackie I knew that I had met my wedding florist. I wasn’t sure what I wanted during our first meeting (mainly wanted to keep it simple), so I was super happy when she started throwing out ideas that matched what I was going for. I didn’t see the florals til the wedding day and was absolutely shocked. It came out so much better than I could have imagined!

Absolute perfection. From the moment I came across Penelope Pots' instagram, I knew that this was the florist for me. The aesthetic and product was beautiful, just exquisite. Jackie was fantastic. She made it easy to get to what I wanted without having to know all the ins and outs of the floral industry. With just a few ideas from me and my Pinterest board, she created a vision that will truly stay with me forever. Even when my venue threw a little curveball concerning an absent arch, she took it in stride and created a stunning piece from the ground up. I truly believe that the florals are an essential part of the wedding experience and booking with Penelope Pots made my dream wedding a reality. Needless to say, my guests were big fans as well. We got compliments all night long about the sweetheart table and centerpieces. I can't shower enough praise on Penelope Pots, everything was simply too beautiful and exactly as I'd dreamt up.

I honestly cannot thank Penelope Pots enough for how beautiful our wedding looked! I had my own vision going into our design meeting, but Jackie went above & beyond that to make our day even more special! We were blown away by the beautiful berry tones all throughout our reception, and the amazing wedding wall that she covered with flowers! Our guests had nothing but praised comments all night - some of them even have the centerpieces sitting on their dining room tables :) They are seriously the best!

There are no words to describe the magic jackie and her team performed!!! She knew exactly the vision I had and delivered! The venue looked magical. The alter was seriously a dream. Just stop looking and book with Penelope Pots; with Jackie and her team, you'll know you're in great hands and that your flowers are going to come out looking amazingly!!! Penelope Pots was so easy to work with and were very quick to answer any questions that I had. They really got my idea and what flowers I would like without me actually naming certain flowers. My florals were absolutely GORGEOUS at my wedding and she went above and beyond by decorating my cake and providing beautiful accents for my tables. Absolutely THE BEST florist and human beings in general, and I'm so glad I was able to have them for my wedding.

Jackie was amazing!! I am honestly so glad that I found her! Her florals MADE the wedding! They were so beautiful and she did exactly what I wanted! Everyone commented how beautiful the flowers were!! I gave her a couple pictures of the color schemes I liked and some florals, but nothing very specific and what she created was beyond what I could have imaged. The price was very reasonable and she was very accommodating and professional. I would 100% recommend Penelope Pots!! Thank you Jackie for EVERYTHING!

I first talked to Jackie over the phone a year before our wedding date. I had an idea, very much Pinterest inspired, and had a budget. Jackie talked me through her process and asked about my budget. She reassured me that she would work with the budget. Once we sat down together she talked me through her plan and my original ideas had quickly changed. She listened and worked with me as we tried to figure out exactly what would work for our wedding day. On our actual wedding day she was there setting up and making our event look beautiful. It went off without a hitch and I had confidence that Jackie is the reason for this. I love her designs and she did an amazing job!

THE BEST! Jackie is the most talented floral specialist in the business! I was referred to her via my wedding coorditor and I could not have been happier! This girl has an eye for stunning arrangements! She even does mock up table scapes if you'd like prior to booking her and really listens to what your wants and style, however if I could give you any advice....let her work her own majic with the style! I promise you will not be dissapointed! She is absolutely AMAZING!! We got sooo many compliments on the bridal party bouquets, and she made our ceremony and reception spots absolutely stunning! Everyone told me it was the most beautiful weddding they had ever been to and I have to give all the credit to Jackie and my wedding coordintor for making that happen! A huge thank you to her and her team! She also stayed within my budget and even did extra like providing pillars and an aisle runner at the last minute! Just awesome! Jackie is 10/10 amazing!!! When planning my wedding, I spoke with a few different florists for quotes and Penelope Pots was the most affordable! Not only that, but she was also the kindest and most patient of the people I spoke with on the phone. She used an online proposal tool that many florists used. It was helpful because you can make payments and sign contracts through that site. You can also look back and see what elements you decided on (how many bouquets, corsages, center pieces, etc.). It was great to keep all my details organized! As a client, I always felt listened to. I changed my mind once or twice during planning and she was so flexible. She even threw in some extra elements! Her prices are very reasonable for all that she does. She is incredibly talented and so creative!! All of her work is absolutely gorgeous!! My bouquet was STUNNING!! Jackie is a floral genius!!!

Jackie is amazing. Jackie can do it all. Jackie did it all. Literally. I had so many requests and got to indulge myself in her creativity... letting her advise me on what are now my favorite wedding details. She sees the whole vision beyond just flowers- she set the stage by diving into my lighting concepts (and what goes best with different moods throughout the evening), exploring what inventory she can find to enhance what we wanted on top of the awesome inventory she has, embraced the belongings my family collected and put together the most beautiful presentation that wowed my guests. She knows the flowers that compliment each other and recreated all my pinterest goals better than the pictures. Oh, and did I mention she did all of this while 7 months pregnant on my wedding day? She dedicated her time and kept her commitment to make everything amazing. I am so impressed with her pricing, her stamina and her creativity. Hire Jackie. Do it so you can have a beautiful experience without the stress and walk into your dream come true.

Jackie was PHENOMENAL. I am so thankful and so impressed with her talent. I was the ultimate laid back (lazy) bride. I would just screen shot and iCloud drop photos to Jackie here and there of colors and textures I liked and she nailed it. Not only did she totally understand the concept i wanted but she was able to play with it and really use her creative edge to make the wedding as beautiful as it could be. She was kind, on time, professional and easy to work with. I only hope i will get to work with her again :) such a joy.

I contacted Penelope Pots because so many of the review said that they worked with a brides style and budget to create something that they would love. Apparently, this is only true if you have a large flower budget. After several weeks of trying to set up a meeting I had a phone consultation. I was excited about how well my design ideas were received and looking forward to seeing an estimate. I was never sent an estimate. Instead I was told by e-mail that they had decided that they were not a good fit for my floral design and budget of $2,000. They knew what my budget was from the beginning since they requested it in the first e-mail they sent me. I had indicated that our budget was flexible. Since I have never planned an event with a florist I had to come up with a budget that started somewhere. but obviously I was not worth their time. If they have a minimum budget that they will work with then it should be stated up-front. I wish they hadn't wasted so much of my time.

I'm so excited to use Penelope Pots for my wedding in July! Jackie was quick to respond and very professional when requesting a quote. When we sat down and met, she was super friendly and informative! She listened to my vision and gave me good suggestions. What I loved is that she sent me the final quote within a few days and followed up! I can't give 5 stars yet, but come July I will! :)

Jackie is the ONLY person I go to for my floral needs - I have known her for a few years now, and though she didn't do my wedding (it was out of the state), she has done arrangements for my daughters birthday as well as mothers day arrangements. She is super COOL and CHIC and always knows which flowers will make you smile. She gets to know your vision and works within your budget. I look forward to reasons to give people flowers just to work with her... you would be LUCKY to get her!

I was searching for a florist that fit my style, I searched on Instagram and happened upon Penelope Pots. Jackie was so quick to respond and knew exactly what I wanted. We communicated often and she nailed our florals for our big day. I think that artists should be able to run free and create what they are pros at, and I told Jackie "these are the colors, you work your magic!"...and she did just that. I would recommend Penelope Pots to ANYONE!!!!

Jackie was a life saver!! I'm so glad I found her in time for my wedding last year. She was so patient and made this part of wedding planning less stressful. I am always amazed at the creativity that Jackie puts into her arrangements. She is extremely talented so I expect her work to be great, but she is able to surprise me with her design every time. I first met Jackie with Penelope Pots Floral Design at a photo shoot a year ago. I was in the process of helping my aunt, who was soon to be married, find a florist. I immediately fell in love with not only her floral arrangements but also her work ethic. I gave my aunt Jackies phone number and she hired her quickly there after. I have since worked with Jackie numerous times and she has amazed me each time with her breathtaking work and she is now my go to florist. You can tell Jackie has a passion for what she does! She is basically a walking encyclopedia of flowers and not only is she extremely knowledgable, she is super creative! There were some flowers I was extremely set on having in my wedding, she informed me they wouldn't be in season but had so many other flowers in mind as substitutes, which ended up looking far better than anything I was imagining! She was very responsive throughout the entire planning process, was adaptable when things needed to be changed, and was overall so pleasant to work with. I never had to worry about my florals and it was such a relief when you have about a 100 other things running through your mind!

Jackie from Penelope Pots is a secret treasure in an enormous sea of wedding vendors. After contacting a few other florists vendors who were straight up rude when I told them about my budget and aesthetic, I was so relieved when I found Jackie who was sweet, professional and courteous. She really worked with me through my wedding budget - suggesting the best flowers for the season and where I could save without sacrificing my vision. She's up to date on the latest trends. She even provided overall wedding tips since she remembered what it was like planning her own wedding. Jackie created gorgeous centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres for the wedding party. The floral crown she designed for me lasted the entire night. Even when we had to make last minute adjustments, Jackie was always so patient and flexible. By far one of the nicest vendors I dealt with for my wedding, Jackie will take care of you. Just be sure to call her up before she gets too popular!
