    My name is Jeney (more like "867-5309" and less like "in a bottle"). I grew up south of Chicago, IL and currently live in Fergus Falls, MN. I have been married to Mr. Cupcake since June of 2012 and I used The Knot myself to help plan my own wedding! We have two Little Sprinkles and a furry baby we rescued in 2022. I absolutely love owning my own bakery and watching my clients' eyes light up when they see their goodies! I would be honored if you allowed me to bring the joy to your wedding day!

Jeney is an absolute dream to work with! My husband and I had an intercultural wedding to honor my Chinese heritage and his Scandinavian heritage and Jeney DELIVERED! She helped us curate an array individual desserts that complimented both of our sweet tooths and took care of everything from delivery to set up to surprising us with the most beautiful cake for our sweetheart table! Our guests gobbled down literally every single dessert and I couldn't be more delighted at the response from our friends with dietary restrictions (GF/DF/Vegan, etc.). They rarely get to partake in wedding desserts and Jeney made sure they had options! One other thing - I had a special request for persimmon as a flavor, but it was out of season so Jeney surprised me months later with a complimentary persimmon cheesecake. My mind was blown that she even remembered that after everything was said and done - it was totally unnecessary, but that's just the person that Jeney is. Peney cakes is MORE than just a cupcakery, it's a care-filled human pouring love and connection into each batch of goodies. You won't be disappointed if you work with Peney. She honors your dietary needs and dreamy desires to make your wedding extra special!

Jeney with Peney Cakes did an amazing job for my wedding! Super communicative, professional, and did an amazing job setting up. She was able to create amazing results from just two pinterest photos that matched our theme perfectly! Her cakes are nice and moist and her flavors are great as well. Highly recommend Jeney to anyone that will listen!!

Jeney, her sweets and dessert truck were the icing on my son and daughter in law's wedding celebration ! The cupcakes, cookies and brownies were delicious. And more wonderful was the spirit Jeney brought to our party. She was delightful in her interactions with guests and a dream to plan with. I order sweets for our family celebrations every time I need something special. We think everyday is worth celebrating with a cupcake !

She was professional, police and kind! Cake and cupcakes were delicious as well! I loved my cake so much she now is our designated cake baker we use for all of our events!

We couldn’t have asked for a better baker for our wedding! Our cake and cupcakes were absolutely delicious and beautifully made—every detail was perfect. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is also such a genuinely sweet person who made the entire process so enjoyable. She truly puts her heart into her work, and it shows. Our guests are still raving about the desserts! Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing flavors, gorgeous designs, and a wonderful person to work with!
