I was nervous about buying the flowers to make my own bouquets, especially because I did it all over the phone/email. But Penguin Flowers was so helpful giving me advice about what...
was in season, what would work together, and how much I would need. There were a few issues paying, but I think it is just due to their computer system. The flowers came together beautifully and were better than I could have hoped!
