to leave. we were approached by the owner about a boom box that was on the back porch that wasn't even playing music yet. This place is out in the country so you wouldn't think they would be concerned about music. We had to stop over a dog that sat on the porch outside the lodge that would not MOVE!! We tried to get it to move out from the front door but all weekend we had to stop over it. Thats not the worst of it. We were taking pics outside the venue and had just finished when 3 more dogs got out of their pens and proceeded to run right towards the bridal party in their dresses!! Thank God my husband yelled at the girls to go inside before they got jumped on by MUDDY DOGS in their dresses. I had to go scream at the lady that lives there right next to the lodge to go get her dogs. If we had been told that someone lived next door and there would not be any privacy and we would not be able to enjoy music either at the lodge or venue we would have booked somewhere else!! If you plan to use a DJ do not rent this venue they have a decibal counter in the venue and the old owner will be at your wedding watching it and telling the DJ to turn down the music. Our guests were mortified at this!! We paid way too much for this venue to not enjoy the weekend with dogs running everywhere and an old owner who does not want you to enjoy yourself

s is the entire property. The reception hall is beautiful and is very well equipped to handle any event you want to have there. For our wedding we also booked the lodge for our out of town family to stay. We've had nothing but positive comments about the accommodations from all of them. As a matter of fact, all of our family and friends loved the entire venue. The owners did all they could to make this special day perfect, they went above and beyond our expectations. The 5 star rating at the top is 100% true. We have gotten requests from our families to have a yearly family event at this venue, that's how much we all liked it. We highly recommend Peninsula Ranch.

location for our wedding. After we were married, we moved the reception inside the event center, it has a rustic feel, lots of lighting, a full kitchen which was exactly what we were looking for. Stacy and Trampas would check in on us periodically and would assist as necessary. We also used the breathtaking lodge for all of our out of town guests to stay in. We even had local folks ask us if it would be ok to check out where we were staying (we stayed in the suite downstairs). Everyone loved what they saw. One morning we woke up to a zebra and a donkey chilling outside our balcony, how cool is that? Needless to say we had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this location, you will not be disappointed!

Then the decision was made and the Peninsula Ranch (PR) crew along with many of our guys started grabbing chairs, drying them off and putting them inside the chapel. The day was not lost. It was a gorgeous wedding in the chapel. The rain could not stop this wonderful day. The bridal group along with a few others stayed in the Lodge. It had a rustic feel with all the comforts of home. And don't forget to take that much needed moment between getting everything done to set outside and breathe in the fresh clean air and adore the beautiful scenery. The reception was catered by PR as well. The food was delicious and the staff was fantastic. I would highly recommend this venue for any occasion you may be planning. n Australia or somewhere very exotic. Having the ability to rent the Lodge as well as the event venue, proved to be hugely convenient and saved time and money. This place is a great value. we felt comfortable letting the children run and play while the ranch staff helped us get everything organized. Simply put, its gorgeous!

Debi was great from the start.. she help by first taking us on a tour of the place and then helping in other areas... getting dates and times set up, items we would need as well as helping us decorate the night of the rehearsal. Staci the owner was very helpful as well. We also enjoyed getting to know him. Thank you both for helping make an awesome memory for my son's special time in his life. We hope to visit you both again!
