re taken care of. In addition, our wedding date was postponed due to COVID and The Radisson was more than understanding in the rescheduling process. The food was delicious for the rehearsal dinner, the service was great and the room looked beautiful. The hotel rooms were clean and comfy. Would highly recommend!

The ‘special’ packages are a joke. You can get better prices through AAA. We booked a block for our wedding guests months in advance and were told our guests would be able to use the free shuttle service. Multiple guests specifically requested ...

the shuttle when they booked and were told it would be available. Wedding day comes around and my phone is blowing up with guests who have no transportation to our venue. My mom had to miss out on pictures because she was on the phone with the hotel who kept telling her they couldn’t do anything. Hours later they finally got a driver in...after all our guests had either driven themselves over or called an Uber. We were also told at booking that the lounge/bar area would be open until 1am. We thought that would be a great place to spend some time with our out of town guests after the wedding. We got there a little before 11pm to be told the lounge had already closed. So our only option to spend extra time with our guests was to all pile into our room. After a lot of back and forth we were promised a full refund. That was at the end of May. It’s almost August and still no refund.

aircase. Katee and Michele at the Radisson were amazing to work with. All responses from them were prompt and they were willing to work with any ideas we had. Our guests loved the food, service, and accommodations. Their wedding package was also a plus. We would recommend this venue to all future brides and grooms!
