Beautiful & Delicious! You know how some cakes are pretty, but do not taste good? Well, this was nowhere near that! Not only was our cake beautiful, but it was also delicious!! We actually ordered a bit bigger cake than what we needed because I wanted to have leftovers. Well that did not happen! Other than the top tier that was saved for us, the entire cake was gone by the end of the night. Each tier was a different flavor with a different filling. It was so delicious everyone went back for seconds. The plan was to save the top tier but the cake was so good that we finished it up within a few days! So I guess for our 1 year anniversary we'll have to order a small cake, lol! Stephen was also great to work with from start to finish!

Definitely the best cake I’ve had at any wedding (sure, I’m biased, but I’ve been to a lot of weddings and it’s true...we got tons of compliments on it). It was also beautiful - exactly what I pictured - and very reasonable priced compared to other bakers we looked at. Steven was terrific to work with. We can’t wait to go back to Pennington’s for a visit and an anniversary treat.

s! Needless to say, they were the first and only cakes we tasted! My husband and I are very indecisive, so we brought my sister, godson, and stepson to the appointment. Stephen was so nice, professional, and polite, and we never felt pressured to choose anything in particular. He listened to what we envisioned, and the result was not only delicious, but BEAUTIFUL and affordable! My husband was so pleased after our initial meeting that he ordered a cake for his mom for Mother's Day! Stephen remembered him, and gave him a small discount for ordering a wedding cake from them! How awesome! I was worried about my flowers for the cake, since the contract said "flowers on site." I had no idea how I was going to place them so they would look cute, and worried that I wouldn't even have time to do that. Lucky for me, when I came out to check on the cake delivery, Stephen was already done placing my flowers in the most perfect way! It was one less thing to worry about! I was also worried about cutting all the cakes, but he also gave us instructions on cutting them, so that helped! I will definitely be using Pennington's again for any other cake needs, and look forward to trying more of their desserts once I shed some of these wedding cake pounds! You will not be disappointed with their customer service, expertise, and talent!

Steven. He was amazing! There was one day I stopped by unannounced and he wasn't in, but one of his employees helped me with no issues at all. Like most bride-to-be's, I tried several different cake places, but this was the most affordable option plus amazing quality cakes and excellent service. I didn't think you could tell the difference in good quality cakes until I went cake tasting for my wedding and I soon learned the difference! Steven was very thorough from day one and was open to any and all suggestions I had. As our wedding day got closer, I had already paid off the cakes but realized that the serving amounts were much larger than my expected guest count, as that amount changed from my original anticipated amount. Well not only did Pennington's adjust our order to accommodate our new count, but were quick to refund what they owed us. The quality of cake can be seen in the pictures (they were even better in person) and the taste was talked about for days with my family and friends. We had two cakes for our wedding with about 4 or 5 different flavors because all the cake was so good we couldn't narrow it down! Thank you Pennington's for being so incredible. We will be back!

problems! The cakes were even more delicious than when we had sampled them! Even days later, the left overs are super moist and high quality! I will certainly have to come back to Pennington's for future events in need of a cake!

er!! The cookies were outstanding too. There were no leftovers at all! They also provided a box and instructions for our top layer cake which was very helpful. The only thing that was a challenge was communication. Their emails went to my spam folder so it seemed like I couldn't get a hold of them. I'd say for any bride using them, be sure to check your spam folder!

The Bridal cake was a four tier wedding cake, one tier was Italian cream cake, the guest loved that one and ate it all up, the other tiers were white cake with a thin pineapple filling. The Groom cake was a chocolate Batman logo. Our guest loved both cakes, the chocolate batman cake was gone in a matter of minutes.. the Groom did not get to even get a bite. I would totally recommend Pennington cakes. The only reason I did not give them five stars is that the cakes didn't look like exactly what we wanted but of course none of our guest noticed or even cared. We loved the experience working with the team and Pennington Cakes! Will totally keep them in mind when looking for cakes in the future!
