Penny was very easy to work with. Although some of my flowers did not arrive in time for my wedding (something that was out of Penny's control, despite her trying to get them), Penny made sure that I was pleased. She offered me 3 other bouquet options to chose from at no additional cost. The flowers were beautiful, delivered on time, and they fit my descriptions. She listened to what I liked and did not like, and she put together gorgeous arrangements. She is very friendly, and her priority was making me happy. I am very pleased that we hired her.
