I am so happy we chose to have our ceremony and reception at PYC. Everything was perfect - i loved that we were still near the water, but not on the beach. It's close to downtown, ...
but not IN downtown, so you don't have to deal with parking issues (there's plenty) and it's also quiet. The venue has a gorgeous view! upstairs rooms were more than adequate for the wedding party to get ready there. it was so nice to have the hair and makeup team come to us! Scott is a blessing!! he is absolutely wonderful to work with. always responsive to emails and phone calls. the staff made sure we had everything we needed and more, which made the entire day enjoyable and stress free. the reception hall held over 230 guests comfortably plus an 18x18 dance floor in the center of the room with space to still walk around. i also liked that Scott has worked with all of our other vendors many times, so it was a seamless team effort. our day would not have been as memorable if we had chosen another venue. I wish I could do it all over again - I wouldn't change a thing!
The venue is so gorgeous by itself you don't even need much in the way of decorations. We had our ceremony on the lawn in front of the sailboats and our reception inside the ball r...
ooms. The food is AMAZING (especially the appetizers, our guests were raving about them)!
We had our wedding at PYC this past October and it was absolutely PERFECT!! Scott, the event coordinator, made everything go so smoothly. Our guests were blown away by the natura...
l beauty of the place. That was a great thing about PYC.. you dont have to do much to have everything look beautiful! I was worried at the last minute because through the whole planning process I had not been detail-oriented, but it didn't matter! Everything looked elegant and perfect. The food was amazing, and we did the 4 hour open beer and wine which worked out super well. Also, this is probably the most affordable venue for a wedding of more than 100 people. With Scott and staff that have done tons of weddings, it ended up being the most stress-free day ever! Highly reccomend!!!
Beautiful venue and fantastic people!

om. It was so beautiful! Scott Segers is an angel and a miracle worker. We planned our destination wedding in only about 4 months and I could not have done it without Scott. He was calm, supportive, and honest through the whole planning process. He was also the day-of coordinator for the wedding and he did a fantastic job! Everything went perfectly...and if it didn't I had no idea because Scott took care of it for me. I loved the venue and loved working with Scott. I highly recommend PYC as a wedding venue.
We could not have asked for a better place to have our wedding ceremony and reception! The event coordinator, Scott Segers is beyond amazing and so easy to work with. He has a very...

We loved being so close to the water. The place was beautiful, the air had a nice sea smell yet it wasn't right on the water. The building had a lot of character and it had plenty ...
of space for everyone to fit comfortably.
