Peonies to Paint Chips did an amazing job to help bring our wedding vision to life!! Our flowers came out absolutely stunning! My bridal bouquet was so beautiful and we received so many compliments on the florals. Working with Deb & Sabrina was such a seamless process. Anytime we had a question leading up to the big day Deb would answer right away, even during busy season I knew I would get an email response back quickly. We had two in person meetings. During these meetings we worked with Sabrina, who was able to help create our vision and answer any questions we had. We also added on a bar rental and napkins with them. It was great that not only did they have floral, but if we needed something extra in terms of rentals they had them as well. I would highly recommend Peonies to Paint Chips!

The absolute BEST! Deb and her team know exactly how to bring your vision to life. They really took care of me and did exactly what I wanted. My sweetheart table was more than I could have imagined! The greenery runners on my guest tables were stunning and romantic. They also did an incredible job decorating the chandeliers for me as well as decorating one of my homemade signs. Deb and her team at Peonies to Paint Chips were absolutely amazing for my 6/1/24 wedding. I booked them about two years out from my wedding so had many questions and changes leading up to the big day. Deb was always so responsive and helpful with design ideas and listening to what I envisioned. She drove over 90 minutes to come see our venue a few months out from the wedding because she hadn't been there before and I wanted her thoughts on some things. I'm not even sure where to start because Deb and her team were hands down the best vendor we hired for our destination wedding in Maine in October. From my first phone discussion with Deb, I knew that she was the perfect person to help bring my vision to life. We went through rounds and rounds of proposal revisions and several lengthy phone discussions and Deb never got frustrated or annoyed and always listened to all my feedback and incorporated it, while also giving her own suggestions. While I knew she was going to do a great job, I was truly at a loss for words for how incredibly perfect everything would turn out! My only reservation during the entire process was getting the florals from New Jersey to Maine and Deb assured me time and time again that everything would be seamless and it was. While we did spend quite a bit on florals, I felt we got ours moneys worth and then some. We were absolutely drowning in florals and candles which was exactly what I wanted! We loved working with Peonies to Paint Chips! Before the wedding, it was super helpful to be able to go to their warehouse to see a table mock up and make adjustments in person. At the wedding, everything - from the photo wall, to the bar decor, to the tablecloths and centerpieces, to the head table - far exceeded our expectations! Peonies to Paint Chips exceeded my expectations. I knew I wanted to work with them the minute I spoke with Deb on the phone. I knew very little about flowers but she made our vision come to life and I trusted them from the start. They were extremely responsive every time I had a question. We also used them for signage, the seating chart, table numbers, and farm table rental. I loved being able to reference the proposal/ inspiration board at all times. The day of was seamless and I was brought to tears when I walked into the room for the first time, especially after originally imagining the ceremony outside. Deb and her team are truly amazing. Back over a year ago when I was choosing a florist, I remember being overwhelmed by the options and lack of knowledge. I often felt conversations were started with ("what's your budget" or "we have a minimum...") and I always felt it was transactional. When I met with Deb it was the complete opposite. She was honest in her opinions of what mattered vs. didn't, how we could make our vision come to life and work within a budget, and all while making sure I knew that her team was the best and would deliver. Immediately I was set, and chose Peonies to work with. Over the year, my vision changed, I had concerns about choices I'd made, and Deb and her team ALWAYS made time to call me, make changes to my invoice, and talk through all of my thoughts, they were all so patient. Even at the end AFTER the final walk through, they made time to have yet another call to make sure we were all on the same page. The photos don't do it justice, but our day was BEAUTIFUL because of them, even better than I imagined. We received SO many compliments on our florals/décor – the word of the day from our guests was “enchanting”. I didn't see one thing out of place or wrong from our original discussions (which if you plan a wedding, you know will happen at least once somewhere). We did a chuppah, seating chart, centerpieces, lighting, and other cocktail hour decor through Peonies and I'm so happy with how it all turned out! I just wanted to say thank you to Deb and Gabby for the incredible job you and your team did to make Alex and Brian's day so special. It was wonderful planning and working with you all, and "day of" your guidance and enthusiasm just carried us through to a perfect wedding. Deb is the consummate professional and her vision when Alex told her they wanted an enchanted garden vibe was brought to life down to the last detail. This wedding was postponed several times due to the pandemic and the work schedules of two physicians who were trying to carve out time to get married. Deb and her team worked with us through all aspects of creating the perfect space, from flower selection to centerpieces to accent decor. When the weather looked like it was not going to cooperate for an outdoor Fiddler's Elbow terrace ceremony the team worked wonders and created a garden in the ballroom and once the service was over, they were able to incorporate the decor into the reception space--creating a focal point for the sweetheart table to give the couple some private space. When we hired Deb and the team, we felt it was important to explain the theme Alexand Brian wanted, but also to trust that she could execute the vision. Deb delivered, and then some. She is a true artist with flowers and decor and everywhere you looked, it was as if you were viewing a work of art. Guests could not stop oohing and ahhing and were exploring every inch of the space which is what you want. We had chosen linens that seemed appropriate at the time, but when we told Deb, she suggested a different color which we went with and it was amazing. This is why you hire experts--she did know what would work best from linens to centerpiece height to variety of structures thoughout. If you want to be able to check one aspect off the wedding planning list, we would highly recommend Deb and her team. They are knowledgeable, professional, and true artists with an anything is possible attitude, and frankly, just plain fun to work with. I had the absolute best experience using Peonies to Paint Chips as our florist for our wedding day, and highly recommend them! Peonies to paint chips are flower geniuses. My sister used them for her wedding in May and I cant even describe in words how amazing her flowers were. They were soooo over the top and elegant and romantic and perfect. My wedding in December felt a little lighter on the flower side (despite my flower budget actually being more than my sisters). Idk if it was the time of year and flowers are just not as easy to come by? Additionally I felt like by the end of the night a lot of them were dropping/ dying. My sisters flowers latest beautifully for a week after her wedding. I didn’t care because it was the end of the night and the pictures were over but a little sad they didn’t last longer. Deb did exceed my expectations though with the winter, elegant vibe I wanted for the flowers - they looked gorgeous. Overall I would recommend peonies to paint chips. And Deb was great to work with - super responsive and on top of it.

Thank you to Deb and team for the florals and decor for our wedding on 11/5/2022 at Hudson House in Jersey City. Deb was honest throughout the entire planning process of what would work or not work with our colors, vibe, and space. She is a clear expert in what she does - event planning. Her expertise and advice went beyond just florals and I couldn't be more appreciative of her guidance. She has an eye for not only florals, but the entire space and creates an experience for both the couple, wedding party, and guests. The bouquets for the bridesmaids were a perfect medium size and my white bridal bouquet was stunning. We decided to do small bouquets for the mother of bride and mother of groom, which was a great suggestion to prevent the moms from feeling 'aged' with a corsage, which we saved for the grandparents. Our reception images are beautiful, particularly the over-hanging center pieces that outlined the dance floor. We were thrilled with her an her team's work and efforts!

I don't even know where to begin. As a wedding planner myself, I see tons of florists doing incredible work but something just drew me to Peonies for my sister's wedding. Sabrina and her team did an outstanding job creating the most perfect wedding for my sister and brother in law. We were always in communication, discussing different ideas and adding more when necessary. We decided on more of a spring color palette for a November wedding and Sabrina never hesitated or said it would be difficult. It wound up being just stunning!! Full transparency…I have never cried over flowers UNTIL my wedding day. Need I say more?! For someone that is not educated at all on flowers and is not creative, I needed a florist who is knowledgeable, can take charge, and bring my vision to life…and that is when I came across the Peonies to Paint Chips page on Instagram and knew I needed Deb and her team. Peonies brought an organic scent, beauty and charm to my husband and I’s wedding day through their florals. Peonies to Paint Chips brought my vision to life for my wedding in July at Hudson House in Jersey City! I wanted to highlight the skyline through the venue's floor to ceiling windows with tall candelabras and ombre flowers to line the tables. The room looked gorgeous as the sun was setting and my guests were arriving. I absolutely loved my sweetheart tablescape which had cascading white hydrangeas with the other flowers used throughout the room with candles at the bottom. Deb answered all my questions throughout the process and gave me guidance on what she thought would be best as I made some changes to my original plan after I initially booked with her. I loved getting to see their new beautiful offices and venue down in Whitehouse Station- definitely recommend getting ice cream while you visit :) Our ceremony was outside at Hamilton Farm and the big task was to create cascading flowers around the venue's fountain where we would be standing- Deb and the team created an absolute breathtaking backdrop for our "i do's". It looked so natural and beautiful and she delivered on this 1000 times over. A note for all brides- as Deb will tell you- it can be challenging to match exact colors that you want with flowers. They are natural and can't always be exact. For instance, our wedding colors were peach and sage green and I didn't want any pink whatsoever in my flowers. Some of the florals ended up looking pinkish- in my bouquet and in the other pieces- but everything blended extremely well overall. Be specific with what you want and also trust the process. -Tell your men/groomsmen not to put their boutonnieres on until the ceremony! All of the guys' flowers had wilted after our pictures had been taken, which was disappointing. Our cake- Deb and Sabrina also knocked this out of the park! I displayed my cake on a bar cart and wanted flowers to look like they were growing from it! It was sensational! Rentals- we rented our gorgeous silky, nude peach linens from Deb as well as our farmhouse tables and I was super happy with how these turned out. Deb has a full warehouse full of decor items, so if you have something in your mind, just ask! I wanted to do a white chest/buffet for my escort table and she brought something she had AT HOME for me to use and have florals cascading from. Deb will go out of her way to make your dreams come true and your vision come to life. I had so much fun talking decor and sending her inspo pics! DO NOT SLEEP ON PEONIES TO PAINT CHIPS- THEY ARE THE EVENT FLORAL ALL STARS AND YOU WANT NO ONE ELSE!!!!! Love you Deb and Sabrina- I wish I could get married again tomorrow so we could do it all over :)

Our wedding was a dream and absolute fairytale thanks to this team!! We absolutely LOVED the entire Peonies to Paint Chips team! We met with Deb a couple of years ago to discuss our wedding. She spent hours with my fiancé and I talking about ideas, colors and even bridesmaid dresses before we signed a contract. I really felt like she cared about our wedding. She has extensive experience in the wedding planning industry so I felt like I had another planner on my team too. Even though our wedding was 2 years out, the team answered my emails, sent over multiple different proposal ideas and helped bring my dream to life. When we hit the 1 year mark, I decided I wanted to change a few things so I was able to meet again with the team to discuss new ideas. I never felt like I was rushed or just another bride. As we got closer to the wedding, the communication was quick and responsive. Gabby answered my questions quickly and put my anxiety to ease as we approached the wedding day. We met with Sabrina and she gave us even more ideas to think about and was so creative with seating charts and ceremony ideas. I had very specific ideas in my mind and they were able to put them onto paper in a proposal but better yet - bring my dream to life on my wedding day!!! On my wedding day - my bouquet was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! I had described what I wanted and it was even more than I expected. Everyone at the wedding was absolutely blown away with the work the florist did. The bright pink peonies were beautiful and every detail did not go unnoticed. Despite a huge rain storm on my wedding day, peonies was still able to quickly change plans and make my ceremony exactly what I wanted. The crew setting up, running the photo booth and taking down the set was so friendly too. I felt like the Peonies team became my family over the past couple of years. I would highly recommend this AMAZING team to be a part of your wedding day. I wish I could plan another wedding so I could work with them again. Thank you for everything!!!!

Peonies to Paint Chips did an amazing job! When I first spoke with Deb, I showed her what my vision was for my wedding day and she worked with me to make it happen. She is so knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in guiding me on what arrangements to pick as well as the best flowers based on the season. Throughout the entire process, Deb and her team were always responsive and it was an absolute pleasure working with them!

So leading up to our wedding, I was having serious anxiety about how the space would look and what I actually wanted and Deb will tell you I didnt make it easy on myself. I quit my job, bought a house, moved all while planning our wedding. I changed my entire theme and style up 30-days out and Deb took it ALL in stride. The venue was stunning and everything I wanted and more. I had zero worries while I was getting ready and she just did her thing and I went with it and completely trusted her and that was the right move. Her team also literally stood behind our arch and held it up for our whole ceremony because the wind was insane and it kept blowing over. They somehow made themselves invisible in almost every picture so I hope these two get a raise.

I cannot recommend Deb and her team at Peonies to Paint Chips enough. They are truly the best in the business. From the moment my now husband and I had our first call with them (after speaking with many other florists) we knew they were the one for us before even hanging up. Deb made us feel so at ease and provided guidance and support from that initial consultation. Deb also has a background in wedding planning which made her even more of an expert in the business and in our planning process. We could ask her anything - floral-related or not - and she'd have a an answer or super thoughtful recommendation. She was always just a phone call away. When it came to our flowers, we had a vision but also wanted guidance. Where we netted out, we could not be happier. When our guests walked into our room, there was truly such a wow factor - and we didn't break the bank. Every single detail from these centerpiece trees we used, to the ceremony arch, the tablescapes, the chairs, down to the bouquets and boutonnières, it all came together flawlessly. Deb and Sabrina~where do I begin. This is a super delayed review but these two were a gem to work with. Not only were people raving about the mirrored guest list but people couldn’t stop talking about how pretty everything was. Being a super indecisive bride, I probably spammed so much of their email with questions and requests; however, they were the sweetest in answering everything and bringing my vision to life. Deb and her crew were simply amazing!! They brought my entire vision to life. Throughout the whole planning process Deb was patient and kind with several changes and additions we made. She answered questions honestly -- like telling me certain flowers would not be good for an outdoor NJ ceremony in January (ha) -- and assisted in figuring out what would work better. She was also honest about things that could be left out to help fit in our budget. Gaby was great the day of and ran around getting everything done at the venue with the rest of the crew. All the flowers were beautiful and I was in awe when we walked into the reception room. It was exactly what I had pictured in my head all displayed in front of us. A beautiful moment I will never forget! Highly recommend meeting with them -- even if you don't know what you want they can help!!

All I can say is WOW Deb and her team are incredibly talented from start to finish they absolutely did an incredible job. My fiancé and I went to Deb with a vision and she took it and ran and gave me the most amazing arrangements we could have dreamed of. It was stunning. It was so important to us to have orchids because they represented my now husband's mother who passed away and she made sure we felt her through the room all night. She took her time with us and it felt like we’ve known Deb for years. She has so much knowledge on everything wedding and I loved that she offered so much advice above and beyond. We also rented the vintage gold seating chart, table numbers, card box and chargers through them!

From my initial call with Deb, I knew they were the florist we would be choosing. I didn’t have much a vision (knowing very little about flowers), just that I wanted a classic, mostly whites and greens, vibe. Deb made a lot of recommendations and helped create a the vision I didn’t even know existed. She was SO easy to work with, and made many last minute changes I requested without even a thought. When I finally saw our floral arrangements the day of our wedding (everything bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony pieces) I was completely blown away and they exceeded ALL my expectations. I cannot recommend the Peonies to Paint Chips team enough!!

They did an absolutely AMAZING job ! All my flowers were exactly what I envisioned. Everyone who works there is nice and attentive , and really listens to what you want. They were on time for the flower arrival at my house , and the venue was decorated beautifully. I would recommend them 10/10 without a doubt ! I got garland style centerpieces, bouquets, boutineers, corsages, a flower girl flower band and a backdrop display of flowers. Every single item was the style & color I had in mind. Highly recommend !

Peonies to paint chips made my wedding dreams come true yesterday. When I first met with Deb she worked so closely with me to create the vision I had in my head for so long. She was supportive and comforting through a not so easy year to plan a wedding which was so appreciated. When I walked in to see all our florals and centerpieces set up I was blown away, they surpassed my expectations and created something I could not even imagine. Even my husband who could not care less about the flowers walked in and was stunned by how beautiful it all looked. We got compliments all night. Where do I even begin...? Let me just start by saying Deb is the ABSOLUTE BEST! It has been quite a journey with this whole wedding experience and she made it all worthwhile. From our very first phone conversation with Deb, as cliché as it sounds, we knew she was the one. Deb was the only florist who truly understood what we were asking and she brought our vision to life, although much rather delayed due to Covid. With the Covid pandemic, we had to reschedule our wedding multiple times (four times to be exact) and Deb was so understanding and accommodating through all of our rescheduling. She was very empathetic. She made us feel at ease and didn't charge anything extra for rescheduling multiple times. She responds to all emails and will make time for you if you need to hop on a quick call. She is not pushy at all and she is so fun. Importantly, she will truly work with you to bring your vision to life. She offered us a tour of her warehouse and I truly encourage you to take advantage of that if you're considering hiring Deb and her team. Deb has tons of ideas and don't feel shy to ask, even if it doesn't make sense! You'll be surprised at what Deb can do and/or what she has in store. Getting my bouquet specially delivered by Deb and seeing the rest of our decor on the day of, made our jaws dropped and it felt so good after waiting so long for our wedding. We got tons of compliments and we're so happy and fortunate to have chosen Deb and her team to decorate our big day. I must say, the overall decor was beyond our expectations! We wanted an Australian wildflower theme and they definitely delivered! Every table was cascading with vibrant colors and gorgeous greenery, every guest commented on how beautiful the arrangements were. Our wedding tree was bursting with wild blooms and it was truly spectacular. The price was steep but worth it. Our overall vision was definitely met. The only negative I have is how horribly our wedding cake was decorated. It literally looked like my 4 year old niece did it. Hot pink rose petals thrown everywhere on it with random flowers just plopped around the tiers in a circle. I’m not sure if there was a delay in the cake getting dropped off and maybe a bus boy was given the task to decorate it? Luckily my photographer and I were able to salvage the mess by removing flowers from my own bouquet to decorate it how I wanted (a few greens and flowers on each level). I know I had provided a picture reference during our consult so unsure what happened. Unfortunately, the ugly cake makes several appearances in our wedding video and wedding photos. Really a bummer considering we paid premium for cake decorating and I ended up doing it myself.

Where do I even BEGIN. I am covid bride postponed to 2021. I had booked with Deb and Sabrina back in 2018 and from the moment I met with them via phone I knew we were an ABSOLUTE match. I loved loved LOVED everything they posted on their instagram account and knew that I wanted them to make my wedding vision come to life. I worked mainly with Deb and let me tell you, she is AMAZING. I had to postpone and I knew I needed to make sure my new date revolved around 2 vendors, my photographer and Deb. Let me tell you, Deb and Sabrina made my wedding vision come to LIFE!!! Everyone who attended my wedding in October kept telling me that it looked like my day came out of a pinterest blog!! The center pieces, greenery, sweetheart table, candles, welcome table and cake stand were beyond BEAUTIFUL. I immediately clicked with Deb (and so did my husband). I reached out to multiple florists (blue jasmine, twisted willow & karma) and they flat out did NOT compare too Deb or Sabrina. I wish I could relive this day over and over and over again. My bouquet was exactly how I imagined it, big , boho and organic. Even people who did not come to my wedding who saw pictures could not stop raving about how beautiful it looked. If I could give a 10/10 I would. I cannot recommend Peonies enough!! Thank you Deb for making my wedding vision come to life and making my day look so beautiful! Deb and her team are so amazing!!! They made all my wedding flower dreams come true and were extremely accommodating! Everyone was raving about the flowers, centerpieces, bouquets, mirror, cake stand, church pew flowers, beautiful flower bracelets, etc. It was everything I dreamed of and more!! Highly recommend!!!

She's been in the industry for a long time and clearly knows what she's doing. I was struggling with my overall vision for the wedding and once I explained to her the feel, colors and flowers I wanted, Deb was able to tie it all together into one theme. Another thing I loved about working with Deb is that she's flexible and honest, and she will never push you to do something you don't want to. She's truly in the business of making her clients happy. Sabrina and Deb are floral geniuses! I am still reeling from how perfectly everything came together. They made all of my wedding dreams come true and totally understood and carried out my vision. Sabrina was a joy to speak to in all of our interactions and made me feel like she was just as excited about our day as we were! From the moment we met with you at your office we knew from that first conversation that you were the designer team we wanted for our wedding!!! We immediately connected with you and it seemed as though you were right in synch with Danielle’s ideas and vision. When we reviewed your first draft proposal – we were flabbergasted as how “spot on” your were in articulating the vision into a plan. We later met with you at Tribeca Rooftop and there is when we saw both you and Sabrina both continue to create and flesh out the plan- being ever so careful not to transform the event space but rather complement, capitalize and accentuate the space. Fast forward to this past Saturday when we had our “first look” at the work you and the team did – we were totally in awe! Where do we start – from the lobby, to the beautiful chuppah and ceremony cocktail area, the breathtaking seating mirror with candelabras, card cage and then the reception area – oh my goodness! Your design work in the reception area left us breathless! The flowers and greenery around the balcony and stairs made such a statement! And those centerpieces – wow! The flowers and candles and using both high and low arrangements were stunning and created an warm, elegant tablescape yet allowed for conversation. Thank you again for making Danielle and Tom’s wedding most memorable. While we will continue to “re-live” in our minds, we cannot wait to get our photographs and video to “re-play” the night over and over again.
