I do not know how to adequately capture my gratitude for and awe of Peonies to Paint Chips (Deb and Sabrina)...They captured my vision perfectly. I was blown away by their work and I will never forget how I felt at the reveal on my wedding nigh...t. I was brought to tears at the beauty and it still feels like a dream...that singular moment.
Wow, just, wow....The whole experience overall and wedding day itself was better than I could have ever imagined. They brought my vision to life beyond my wildest dreams.
No less, they did all of this with less than 90 days planning period as we jumped on a wedding cancellation at the Ryland Inn in May of 2019 for Sept 2019 wedding date.
My point of contact at the Ryland (Michelle) referred me to Deb and I knew after our first talk, that this was the floral / decor vendor for me...The whole process was seamless and satisfying, even the negotiation and proposal process!! They created a robust proposal with all the things I envisioned and some enhancements they suggested and we worked together to pare it down to fit my budget, yet not sacrifice quality.
I could go on for days about the nature of the custom work they did...here are a few examples:
Tiny golden birds woven throughout in subtle ways (in my bouquet, on the cake, hanging from chandeliers in the woven greenery); this was special to me b/c this represented my grandmother, who loved birds and said she was going to come back in her next life as a Goldfinch.
Candles down the aisle. Floating white candles in water on the tables, so a presence of water and fire coexisting. Pampas grass accents (the golden beige kind) set the stage for a whimsy, boho elegance.
A dreamy, whimsical arbor for the ceremony - exactly what I wanted...and like nothing I saw online, so unique, yet simple and not over the top.
A "wow" factor custom-built, tufted / white leather seating arrangement in the center of our cocktail hour, with a large square insert lined by rich greenery and filled with flowers in our color vibe...plus side tables for people to set their drinks and relax.
My bouquet - Sabrina created pure perfection with her arrangement!!!
Candle lit mantle and fireplace with golden mirror behind our couple's table...it was breathtaking - all of it.
White crushed velvet napkins, etched crystal water glasses and gold flatware - additions that truly made the tablescape one of a kind. Deb captured my vision and made it all about comfort to the touch and appeal to the eyes...
Deb and Sabrina also invited me to their shop to review an epic tablescape prior to the wedding...I realized then how lucky I got finding them and having them be available on rather short notice.
These two spunky, down to earth ladies were there with me every step of the way from all the elements I contracted them for, in addition to little (yet important) details that mattered to me - eg Consulting with me via text re: my blush water colored escort cards to match the invitations to ensure the colors were just right to uphold a theme of consistency from start to finish of our guest's experience.
They not only brought my dreams to life, but also inspired my own creative spirit. For weeks, I missed the banter and texts leading up to the big day...There was a melancholy sadness that the process was over, but gratitude for what transpired. If you're a bride who cares about details, quality, vision and service, you will be forever grateful you hired Peonies to Paint Chips.
