she had stated she had gotten COVID. I understood and let her know I was sick as well. We planned to meet but never did, and I asked her to reach out to my favorite vender because I couldn't get through and she said she was on it. After about a week I never heard anything again. She finally text me back after multiple follow ups stating she was sick again and that I would need to reach out to the venue. I reached out and they were booked and stated they never has my planner reach out. Now it has been 2 weeks with no contact and she has basically taken my deposit and disappeared. I am now lost with the process and having zero luck finding a reception venue. This went from a great experience to THE WORST. I understand family emergencies happen but if this was the business she portrayed, SOMEONE should have reached out to let me know what was happening. You don't want to be in my shoes, do not book this coordinator. DO NOT.

Polly and her staff set everything up so beautifully. She made me feel so calm on my wedding day. I highly recommend Polly for any event.
