Booked Polly for the planning of my wedding. Met with her once and everything was great, was always responsive but I always had to reach out. After about 2 weeks after meeting I ne...
ver heard from her. I reached out to make sure she was okay and she had stated she had gotten COVID. I understood and let her know I was sick as well. We planned to meet but never did, and I asked her to reach out to my favorite vender because I couldn't get through and she said she was on it. After about a week I never heard anything again. She finally text me back after multiple follow ups stating she was sick again and that I would need to reach out to the venue. I reached out and they were booked and stated they never has my planner reach out. Now it has been 2 weeks with no contact and she has basically taken my deposit and disappeared. I am now lost with the process and having zero luck finding a reception venue. This went from a great experience to THE WORST. I understand family emergencies happen but if this was the business she portrayed, SOMEONE should have reached out to let me know what was happening. You don't want to be in my shoes, do not book this coordinator. DO NOT.
I would definitely recommend Polly! She was so helpful and answered any and all questions I had. She created a timeline beforehand so everyone knew what was going on and the day we...
nt so smoothly. She always responded to my emails and texts in a short amount of time and definitely eased the stress I was feeling. She was so fun to get to know and I feel like she went way above and beyond to make our day perfect!
My mom and I hired Polly the wedding planner one month prior to my wedding. I wish I had hired her before that because we were stressed to the max. When Polly came on board we felt...
so much better. She is so postive and real. It was so refreshing to meet a calm wedding planner as well. She did a lot of things for my wedding for the small amount she charged. It was always so easy to get a hold of her as well. Polly and her staff set everything up so beautifully. She made me feel so calm on my wedding day. I highly recommend Polly for any event.
