Sara was absolutely amazing and we would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding! She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day ran smoothly while bringing all the unique details together. My partner and I are both pretty type B, so having Sara there to keep everything organized and communicate with our vendors gave us so much reassurance so that we were able to truly relax and enjoy the day. We're so grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend to anyone!

nd it was the best gift we could have gotten ourselves at a reasonable price! We had planned much of the wedding and Sara came in with a fine toothed comb to guarantee that nothing was missed. She coordinated with all of our vendors, developed the timeline, and ensured that the evening went without a hitch. She was responsive, supportive, and a calm presence throughout this process. She understood our vision and executed it perfectly. We probably never have to plan another event ourselves because she’ll be doing it for us! Can we give more than 5 stars??

For the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, she was present and engaged and was able to get every issue that popped up with any vendor fixed quickly and efficiently with little to zero input from us. ey had very little experience and I could see that they may have had too much on their plates. I offered to find a professional to step in who knows the bases that need to be covered. That's where Sara comes in. I contacted several planners that I found on The Knot and I knew right away that Sara was the right person for their needs. From different cities we initially met via video conference. Sara is very calm and confident and we knew that all of the stress inducing details would soon be under control. All three of us felt an immediate lifting of pressure. Sara's knowledge, responsiveness and detail orientation made all of the difference in the world! The wedding turned out delightful and Sara's assistance made that possible.

I am a bit of a control freak and thought I could plan my own wedding without a hitch. Well, on the day of my wedding, my planning had unexpected mishaps and Sara, of Peony Event M...

anagement, came to the rescue! I can say I truly tested her crisis management, communication, multi-tasking and creativity that day. It all started pre-ceremony when the limo driver did not show up, and Sara quickly was able to get the hotel to drop everything and drive my bridesmaids and I on short notice. This delayed start had a bit of a ripple effect and Sara masterfully communicated with the caterers and vendors to pull off the event seamlessly! Through it all, she maintained a smile and calm confidence. I can’t recommend Sara enough for event management on the day of the event, and I will admit, the limo driver probably would have been there if Sara helped me with the planning beforehand as well!
