atter how big or small the question, she always had an answer — and a calm, confident presence that made me feel instantly at ease. She connected seamlessly with all of our vendors and truly made the day run flawlessly. From start to finish, Ashley was a one-woman powerhouse who flowed us through our timeline like it was second nature. I didn’t worry about a single thing because I knew she had it covered. The day was everything I could have imagined and more, and that’s in large part because of her. I genuinely just want to be her best friend — she’s that amazing. I wish I could relive the whole weekend just to watch her in action again. Ashley, THANK YOU. You are a rockstar, a magician, and an absolute gem of a human. We adore you.

busy schedules, and significantly more creative with ideas for wedding designs/products and navigating challenges with wedding details. We experienced challenges with collaboration, sharing documents, timely schedule, budget, and contract updates, inconsistency in communication, and clear task lists. We are grateful our wedding was amazing but felt like her organization and attention to detail has room for improvement.

We also believe strongly in fostering kind and respectful communication on both sides, and during the planning process we asked for conversations to remain considerate so that we could best support you. Ashley is incredibly organized, punctual, communicative, and detail oriented - she helped me feel so comfortable and confident in trusting her with executing the many logistical nuances of our event. She is also creative and resourceful - giving us great suggestions for our design and vision, providing ideas and solutions for some of our logistical challenges, and kindly answering our millions of questions with her knowledge and expertise. In the few months leading up to our big day, she took so much stress off of our plate - communicating with vendors, finalizing and confirming details, creating timelines, and more, which left us able to enjoy the excitement leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, Ashley was an absolute life saver. The whole day went so incredibly seamlessly - from coordinating with our various vendors, helping set up our decor, transitioning between the ceremony and reception, and coordinating and send off and tear down. The wedding came together so beautifully and could not have gone more smoothly, and we 100% have Ashley and her team to thank for that. Hiring Pepper & June was one of the best and most influential decisions we made in our wedding process - I couldn't recommend Ashley enough and we are so thankful for all she did to help make our wedding so special!

d venue suggestions, managing communication with vendors, joining us for calls, tracking logistics, wedding how-to and advice, sculpting our vision with us, and beyond that, a massive amount of coordination, setup, and execution on details on the day of our wedding. Ashley held our hands through the whole process, for the better part of a year, and was the biggest contributing factor in making our wedding into the perfect day. She was friendly and professional, easy to work with, massively flexible with our semi-traditional wedding and my very picky bride, and most of all, massively organized and on top of all the little details and timing we didn't know we needed to handle. If we ever need event planning or coordination services again, Ashley will be the first person I go to. our beautiful day would have not even been remotely close to perfect without Ashley and her plethora of knowledge and expertise. From our first contact with Ashley, throughout the entire planning process and even post-wedding, Ashley was beyond helpful, extremely responsive, talented, and kind. Ashley had wonderful (and creative) ideas. Ashley helped us navigate the entire wedding planning process with such ease. We live in Missouri and planned an out of state wedding in Colorado. Planning a large out of state wedding would have been absolutely impossible to accomplish without someone so talented as Ashley. Finally, Ashley was even so kind to assist with easing/addressing any anxiety or wedding planning stress that we had. Ashley is truly a professional and a pro in the wedding industry. ho urged us to hire someone, we hired Ashley and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made. She arrived to help with day-of planning and coordination and I don't know how we would have done it without her. There were so many small details which popped up which Ashley was on top of; we met the day before and she quickly got a grasp of what was going to happen and jumped into it as if she'd been part of our planning for months. She was organized, efficient, kind and made us feel completely calm and reassured allowing us to enjoy getting ready in the morning and the entire day stress free. She handled all the vendors, helped up with timing during the ceremony between our wedding party, dog, and DJ, helped organize props and belongings so they were where we needed the, and was generally our go-to for everything. If you are on the fence, I highly highly recommend you get a day-of planner, and that you choose to go with Pepper and Co Events, you won't regret it!

She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed as the bride. We had most of our decor planned beforehand but she made sure it was all set up and everything was in its right place.
