Pepper Moon was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and everything went so smoothly on wedding day! The food was delicious and plated beautifully - we got tons of com...
pliments from guests on the food. They also allowed us to do a complimentary tasting a few months before the wedding and to rent linens and pick them up early for set up. Pepper Moon is amazing team and we had the best day ever!
Pepper Moon is the premier caterer in Greensboro and did a fantastic job on our Winston Salem wedding! I knew they were great from the many times I experienced their food at events...
. They delivered a delicious meal! We enjoyed the fresh taste and excellent service by Bethann, Kristina, Cate, Brooks, and Bjorn! We got many compliments!
Pepper Moon Catering knocked it out of the park for our wedding! We first got to sample their products at our venue's bridal show (Castle McCulloch). They even convinced my now-hus...
band to try their grits, a food he doesn't normally like, and he loved them! While we didn't end up putting grits on our menu, they did help us customize several options. Included in our price was a sit-down tasting in a private room at their office which was a great way to narrow down to our final choices. Pepper Moon is also a preferred vendor at Castle McCulloch, so depending on your contract, you could see about additional discounts from the venue if you book with them.
Our menu was eclectic with a goal of having something for everyone. In our 60 person headcount there were 3 gluten free guests, 2 pescatarians, 2 "alpha-gal", 1 vegetarian, and 1 vegan and we managed to have a little something for everyone. We chose a buffet setting to allow for more flexibility for our guests, but Pepper Moon had a variety of serving options available.
Pepper Moon also provided staffing, linens, and to-go boxes. My only (extremely nit-picky) complaint is that the linens were more of a royal blue instead of the navy that we had planned. Totally not a deal breaker, but maybe ask to see the lines when you go for your tasting if that is important to you.
Kevin was responsive, helpful, and overall a fantastic person with whom to work.
We absolutely loved working with Pepper Moon Catering! We worked with Kevin and he was very nice and answered all of our question in a quickly manner! We’ve gotten multiple complim...
ents through out the night on how delicious all of our food was! We had an hors d’oeuvres kind of dinner with a staff at our venue with a Mac and cheese bar and stuffed chicken and a chef carving the pork roast! Everything turned out delicious and we highly recommend booking with Pepper Moon Catering! We cannot thank Kevin and everyone for everything!
Pepper Moon was amazing! We were required to use them through our venue, but even if we hadn't been, we would have still selected them as our caterer. The food was absolutely delic...
ious and we still have guests commenting about how good it was a month later. We also really appreciated the tasting events Pepper Moon hosted throughout the year so we could try a variety of their foods before having to decide on our menu. (For reference, we did the dip trio for cocktail hour and pulled pork BBQ, creamy gouda mac & cheese, smashed potatoes and green beans for dinner.)
Pepper Moon made our bridal shower so special with their amazing brunch buffet and stations! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and our guests could not stop...
talking about how much they enjoyed the food! Bethann was incredible to work with from the very beginning. She was kind, responsive, and made the entire planning process feel easy and stress-free. On the day of the shower, the service was so attentive and helpful, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the celebration. We are so grateful to Bethann and the entire Pepper Moon team for their care and dedication. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service for their event!

ing process -- her knowledge was invaluable and she made it easy to know exactly what we needed in preparing for our big day. All of our guests raved about how delicious the food was and we agree! The menu options were extensive but everything we tried both at the tasting and at the event itself was wonderful. We would highly recommend working with Pepper Moon for your next catered event!

d to detail company. From the beginning Beth Ann truly made sure that we were getting what we wanted and within our budget too. On the day of our wedding the staff were some of the nicest people I have ever interacted with. We are extremely grateful for Pepper Moon and all that they did for us.

rilled chicken breast was dry and waiters telling guests that strawberry cake was an option when it wasn't, but the salmon was fantastic and the petit desserts were amazing. All in all, it was a very good experience.

BETHANN IS AMAZING - she has been so flexible with me and just doing anything she can to fit our needs. COVID caused a lot of changes to our wedding and I was VERY undecided about ...
what we were going to do - which meant a lot of questions from me.I got so much support from Bethann & Pepper Moon. We ended up having a small backyard wedding on our original date and Bethann with barely 2 weeks heads up helped us put together a semi-custom order of the casual BBQ rehearsal dinner. We never had an actual tasting, I just tried their food at a wedding show and they came highly recommended from coworkers. We picked up the food day before and followed the reheating instructions the day of. The food was phenomenal. When people actually spoke during dinner all I heard was "omg this chicken" and "this pulled pork and veggies" and "THIS CHICKEN!". It was all just as good the next day. So essentially chicken that had been reheated twice and it was so good that I'm going to include it on my menu for big wedding that was postponed to next year. Between the food being so amazing and the patience and flexibility from Bethann, I cannot say thank you enough and HIGHLY recommend them.

one's dietary needs were taken into consideration. The vegetarians, in particular, loved how much variety there was! The bar staff was also super helpful, giving us regular updates on how much alcohol was left, and the wait staff made sure everyone's glasses were topped off throughout the evening. We can't recommend them enough.
Easy to work with, great food selections, and they were very accommodating to allergy needs.

e the services. She made sure everyone was on top of it. The waitstaff and chef were so kind and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was served and enjoying their food and drinks. The FOOD. Oh my goodness. The food was phenomenally delicious. We opted for heavy hors d'oeuvres stations and all of our guests were raving about how wonderful everything was. I cannot recommend Pepper Moon enough! Hands down the best caterer around!
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Pepper Moon Catering and Bethann for our wedding in April 2019.
Bethann and her team are knowledgeable, flexible, professional, ...
and organized. I am easily the most indecisive person on the planet, but Bethann and Pepper Moon's menu made selection food and treats for our wedding SO EASY. Bethann was always available via email and telephone whenever I had an emergency question or just needed to check in!
Bethann helped me and my husband create the perfect menu for all our guests no matter the dietary need. The food was DELICIOUS! We were able to take home leftovers and were seriously depressed when all the goodies were gone!
I know we are both looking for any excuse to work with Bethann and enjoy Pepper Moon's menu again!

ntastic vendor to work with - she is super prompt, very responsive to questions and suggestions, and super easy to work with. On the night of the wedding, she even bustled my dress and removed my veil for me after the reception had begun! rs were the appetizers of chicken and waffles and pimento cheese biscuits! They were wonderful and got everything setup. Bethann even stayed to make sure we were taken care of before she had to head out! You will not be disappointed in the food, nor will you be one of those brides and grooms that doesn't get to eat at your wedding. They made sure we got our food at our table instead of going through the buffet line, and they also made sure we had take home plates to bring home for a late night snack or early morning snack!

nows her stuff! She is also very flexible and helped us understand different aspects of the planning process that we didn't even think of. She was even flexible up to the week of and she didn't bat an eye with all that she had going on with furniture market. She is awesome!
The day of, the staff, the food, and everything was seamless. We were served at our sweetheart table and our guest raved about the appetizers, food, and service. If you are looking for quality and reliable professionals, peppermoon is an excellent choice for any occasion.

From the moment we met with Bethann, we were hooked. We hemmed and hawed around for weeks agonizing over who we should choose. And when it came down to it, it was Bethann that sold...
us on Pepper Moon. We even had a new dish created to reflect my husband's southeast asian heritage.
The only disappointment of the night was when we realized the to-go boxes of food that was promised to my husband and I didn't make it to our getaway car. So we were left stranded at a hotel, starving at 1am having only eaten only a few bites since lunch that day. As good as the food looked, it would have been nice to have some of it!
Overall though, no one had any complaints, the customer services was phenomenal and we couldn't have asked for more.
We actually used Pepper Moon for both our rehearsal dinner and our reception, and they were fantastic! They were so accomodating, working with our budget and our needs to create a...

lpful...couldn't even produce color samples for table cloths or napkins or wedding cake photos. I never felt I was in competent hands. We drove over to the bakery shop that does their cakes, and it was not very impressive nor even sanitary. Their cake photos confirmed that even if Pepper Moon did the food, I'd hire another baker. Also, I had to call several times requesting my quote from Pepper Moon. I got the distinct impression they didn't want to bother with my wedding reception because it was during Furniture Market. Bethann even said they might have trouble hiring servers. They should've just said they couldn't do it instead of making me feel so unwelcome. Even before the inflated quote, I had decided against this caterer. And I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I can't gush enough about Pepper Moon. Bethann was our contact and was beyond wonderful at working within our budget and needs. We got nothing but compliments on the food and the s...
ervice was great. The behind the scenes work with them was a pleasure every time. They were a tiny bit more expensive than a smaller caterer but worth every single penny, and we still were within our very tight budget. We had a lunch reception and that cut costs quite a bit. We even did our own rentals and though that trimmed Pepper Moon's bill, Bethann was very gracious and helped to make sure we had everything we needed, which I thought was above and beyond.
