Sam and his crew at Peppermill Catering helped make our October 26th wedding exceptional. From first contact, Sam was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, mapping out a menu that fit our wants perfectly. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Sam checked in frequently making sure that every last detail was covered— ensuring that we were both stress-free and confident with everything from timelines to water glasses. Where Sam and his crew shined the most was absolutely the day of the wedding. Not only were they impeccably dressed and friendly, they also did not let a single detail slip. They kept a spotless buffet, moved all of our guests through quickly and efficiently, and went above and beyond with every aspect of set up and take down. That is all without mentioning the most important part: the food. Our food was everything we could have ever dreamed of. Guests raved about how incredible the food was all night (with emphasis on the cornbread being some of the best anyones ever had!)
