Our wedding planner connected us with Percolator Press and they couldn’t have been easier to work with. We reached out about our wedding invitation suite just before the holidays and were so appreciative of how fast the turnaround was. Alisa is super kind, professional, and extremely responsive, and their rates were competitive for the level of craftsmanship of their work. Alisa even commissioned a local artist to draw a custom venue sketch for us with no coordination needed on our part. We’ve gotten so many compliments already on our beautiful letterpress invitations and I’m hoping we’ll have an excuse in the future to be able to work with them again! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for letterpress printing in Austin.

Wow. Where to begin!! Forever grateful for finding Alisa and Percolator Letterpress to create such an incredible work for our big day! From her professionalism and demeanor to the quality of work and her responsiveness, I am absolutely in awe. Alisa created such amazing invitation suites for us that I knew there was no one else to go to for my day-of stationery and I wasn't wrong. She incorporated all of my ideas so seamlessly and even managed to pull together a last-minute request for some weekend itinerary cards for our welcome bags! (When I say last-minute, Alisa literally turned these around in less than 24 hours!!) Would highly recommend this to anyone and hoping for other occasions in the future where I can work with Alisa again!!

Percolator Letterpress did a fantastic job of designing our wedding invitation suite and bringing my dream design to life! I received so many compliments on the unique, creative, colorful, yet elegant invitations.

I had my heart set on letterpress and deckled paper and Percolator Press delivered and allowed me to customize my own invitation by combining two of their existing designs. The quality of their work was great and I got tons of compliments on the invitations; they are so pretty I plan to frame them. They were also willing to work with me and responsive when my engagement was only 2.5 months. They mailed all invites and programs in a timely manner which was crucial. Alisa gave me helpful tips like I could get a calligrapher to do just 1-2 envelopes that would be photographed/framed so that the rest could be digitally printed. They were clear about what was and wasn't possible given that condensed timeframe (e.g. I wanted a venue illustration in the envelope liner and we went with some watercolor flowers in my colors instead...lovely). They were willing to assemble the invites for me for a small fee, which was helpful given the time crunch. My biggest issue was lack of flexibility (e.g. was told they couldn't do a standard long rectangle program shape and I had to find the paper myself on Etsy). I also did not like having to keep track of ordering components of the invites myself (wax seals) given all the other things I was juggling as I planned. However, I was willing to put in the legwork to find what I wanted and their product delivered. The other issue was pricing. I was very willing to make paper goods a large part of our budget, but our programs (foil stamped and white ink stamped) that I designed ended up costing $14 each. I know it's a small business, and they ARE nice, but for one small rectangle that is INSANE. Some of that was definitely driven by my having a very specific vision (that ultimately didn't matter), so I did decline some cheaper options that I felt weren't as cohesive, but it was so expensive that I just rounded up all the programs left after the ceremony because I can't bring myself to throw any of them away lol. I think if you are willing and able to work within their existing designs and comfort zone you are unlikely to have the same issue. Again, the deliverables were really beautiful, but some things to keep in mind.

Alisa was OUTSTANDING to work with. We sent dozens of edits, changes and ideas and she was nothing but responsive, patient and overall just lovely to work with. Their prices are outstanding for beautiful high quality paper and lovely letterpress details. She helped us narrow down what we wanted, sent a package of samples and made the entire process so easy and seamless. Most of all, we are thrilled with the final product. We can't recommend Percolator press enough and have already referred her to as many of our friends and family that we could.

Percolator Letterpress was outstanding to work with. We had customized needs that included textured hand-torn deckled-edge paper, particular fonts and our own artwork. Alisa went above and beyond in making sure we created what we had in mind. She was extremely patient and professional as we made alterations . We were able to work directly with the owners. The final product was printed quickly, well packaged and beautiful! Thank you, printer Jeff and Alisa. I wholeheartedly recommend them!!

Our invitations from Percolator Press came out beautifully!! Honestly, I didn't think I could achieve the invitations I really wanted with the budget I had to work with. I had dreams of gold foil, handmade paper, deckled edges and wax seals, and my initial search returned very high prices for all. But Alisa at Percolator made it possible for us! Their custom work and capabilities are really special and their service is impeccable. Because I'm located out of state, Alisa sent me samples in the mail and countless photos and proofs to make sure everything was just as I envisioned. She also referred me to a great calligrapher who was able to do our envelopes. I highly recommend Percolator Press!

Wedding invitations were so overwhelming for me - I wanted something unique, but our local stationary stores insisted on showing me cookie-cutter designs. Enter Alisa. From our first conversation, I had such a good feeling about her! Even thought we are about ten states apart, she spent so much time to create a beautiful wedding invitation suite. I loved her aesthetic and her attention to detail was phenomenal. Working with Alisa and Percolator Press was one of the best decisions I made in the planning process.

I went through Percolator Press to print my save the dates as well as my formal invitation suite for my wedding. As a graphic designer, I wanted to create my own design as well as implement a cohesive look for the entire invitation suite. Alisa was so helpful and very patient while working with me on which color and paper choices would best fit what I was envisioning. She is extremely knowledgable and very professional and the work they do is absolutely beautiful! I couldn't have been any more pleased with how everything turned out. I received SO many compliments on our invites and will definitely be using them again in the future for any other printing jobs I might need!

We found Percolator Press at the Austin Bridal Extravaganza and worked with them and Bird Dog Wedding on the design and style of our invitations. From there, Alisa carried the design through our table numbers, menu, and other signage for the wedding. It was incredible! The work was beautiful and unique, and Alisa was so pleasant and responsive throughout the entire planning. A million times over, I would recommend supporting a local Austin artist for something as special as your wedding day!

I saw Percolator Press at the Austin Bridal Expo. We reached out and set a meeting with Alisa at her home office. We had no idea what we wanted for invitations, but she really helped guide us and give recommendations for what would look best. We are so happy with how everything turned out! The quality of the invitations is amazing. We got lots of compliments!

Everything about working with Percolator was simply amazing. I had the most vague ideas of what I wanted and they really were able to translate my terrible descriptors into stunning invitations. Also, I have to say they were incredibly easy to meet up with, whether to pick a new envelope, or a color of an ink they were just so easy to work with. I would work with Percolator again and again. From design to execution, Alisa and Jeff were amazing. I had an idea in my head but Alisa took my idea and fleshed it out perfectly. Then, it was really easy to pick the paper and the colors with her guidance and honesty about cost and quality. If you are considering skipping invitations or think this kind of customization is out of reach do yourself a favor and talk to them first.
