Owner Logan Vanasse has over 15 years of experience working as a full-time DJ and holds a degree in audio engineering. In 2018 he founded Perfect Cadence Events to reflect his passion and commitment to excellence. Specializing in remote location ceremonies, his services have benefited countless weddings throughout New England.
Perfect Cadence Events offers full-service wedding DJ packages including ceremony sound, cocktails, reception and even after-party. The core "Essential DJ" package offered includes five hours of coverage, wireless microphones, discrete dance floor lighting, and consultations with your DJ before the event. You can also choose to add enhanced light shows to set the mood on the dance floor. With Perfect Cadence Events at your wedding, your guests will have the time of their lives!

Every second he was on point, we received so many compliments about the music and DJ’s performance during the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and the dancing. Logan played into each song that had our guest constantly wanting more. I highly recommend booking Perfect Cadence Events as your DJ for a Wedding you will not be disappointed. dding a day to remember. Communication leading up to our special day was very consistent and helpful. They checked in with us multiple times to discuss our vision and music taste. They sent us an invite on Vibo DJ, a website / app that allows you to make song requests and plan the timeline / logistics of the event. This made it feel effortless and natural when Duane was acting as emcee / DJ, and it helped Logan be at the right place at the right time to capture the moment. Perfect Cadence Events provided all of the hardware that we needed. They had a headset microphone available for the officiant, and a microphone on a stand available for me and my wife while we exchanged vows, and also for the speeches later in the evening. They also set up fancy dancing lights on the dancefloor. They even brought a drone to capture some aerial footage of our venue! For our video package, we selected the 5-10 minute highlight edit and also requested a copy of the raw footage as an add-on. We were blown away by the final edit of our highlight video. We are so happy we chose Perfect Cadence Events. Thank you so much Logan and Duane!

first email. Along the way, each email/text that we sent he was very responsive, even to things that his business didn’t necessarily need to, but because you can tell he wanted to. Fast forward to the wedding day, Logan who ended up being our videographer, and Matt our DJ were both outstanding. Logan gave us clear instructions for the video, and it’s like you wouldn’t even know he’s there. He even helped with other vendors as well, as far as timeline, ideas, spots to go to, checking on the ice cream cart. None of which is not what “their job” is, but SO appreciated. Matt, our DJ was the same exact way. From our phone call, to the day of, he was also phenomenal. He was so responsive to the crowd, hyped them up, and his ques were always perfect! He had great lines to add throughout the night, as well as call outs. Logan and Matt were both super knowledgeable and you can tell how much heart they have for weddings. Really couldn’t have imagined our wedding day without those two. 10/10 ..If you are looking or on the fence, please look no further. These are your people!!

Logan made everything about the music setup effortless. He checked in regularly to make sure we were feeling good about the day (and even about things beyond music!), and he brought a calm, confident energy that instantly put us at ease.
The day itself was flawless. Logan handled every moment - from our mountaintop ceremony to cocktail hour with live music, to a high-energy dance floor - with total mastery. During the ceremony, he adjusted the mic live to account for different voices and even the wind at the top of the mountain. During the reception, he kept every generation on the dance floor all night long. His transitions were seamless, his song choices were inspired, and he read the crowd perfectly, mixing eras and styles in a way that made everyone feel part of the celebration.
Beyond all that technical skill, Logan was simply a joy to work with - genuinely kind, gracious, and dedicated to making the night unforgettable. Perfect Cadence truly lived up to its name.

est choices that we made for our day! Logan kept the entire event running smoothly, even with sound needed in several different locations throughout the day. He made sure that mics were set up for optimal sound quality during the outdoor wedding ceremony, transitioned seamlessly into background music during dinner, and then kept the party going as we wrapped up the night on the dance floor! Logan did an amazing job creating the perfect playlists, and allowed for plenty of individuality and customization in song choices throughout the day. The planning process was clear and easy, and Logan was available for any questions we had leading up to the wedding. He thought of everything, and had helpful suggestions when we were stuck on creating an itinerary and brought up important points we forgot to consider. On our wedding day, he gave us some advice and helped calm our nerves, he was so friendly. We did a ceremony video and a highlights reel and added on toasts. They were all so great and I can't wait to watch them every year on our anniversary. A lot of my friends told us they wished they had a videographer at their wedding and I can see why. It will be so great to have these memories to watch over and over.

DJ Mike worked with us for our wedding and was amazing. He was available to discuss specifics the week of our wedding and catered to all of our specific requests. He also gave great input from working many weddings before (even some at our own wedding venue!). rything to flow and timings of everything. He worked with our wedding planner and officiant to get everything organized day of. Even when our transportation to the venue got backed up and the ceremony started 20 minutes late he still helped everything run smooth throughout the rest of the night.
When it came time for dancing he politely shutdown a request from my aunt for a song that was on our do no play list, but then slid in the cha-cha slide after I asked him to indulge my family and play it. The dance floor was full the entire night. There was maybe one lull in dancing and he immediately fixed that with a song that filled the dance floor again.
