Do Not Hire!
I hired this company for a school event and everything looked good when hiring them. Then the event came and they completely dropped the ball.
1) He was alone and c...
ouldn't put the equipment up by myself and I had to provide volunteers to help him. He had no instructional manual for it.
2) He opened up an hour after we had contracted and many kids missed out on the opportunity to use the Photo Booth.
3) I had to provide volunteers to help run the event.
4) I then had to provide volunteers to help take down and load it up in his truck.
5) No videos cam in.
Many people were pissed and wanted our money back, I let the dust settle and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I reached out giving them a very detailed email with all that we dealt with and the fact we had no videos. If we didn't get the videos, we wanted a full refund. If we got the videos, we still deserved a discount for all we were out through.

After emailing him a few more times we got our videos about a week later, and all he said was "I put the drive in the mail". NOTHING about anything else we went though. I emailed multiple more times and we have been ghosted and wasted 1,400 on this.
Unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest. The fact that he did this to a kids Elementary school and there parents who stepped up to help him is appalling. I tried to be nice and give him the benefit of the doubt, but he has ignored all my attempts to talk it over.
