Perfect Day Ceremonies & Affordable I Do's

Our experience with Sid Korpi and Affordable I dos was nothing short of perfect. Susan was very communicative and made us feel comfortable that our ceremony would be exactly how we pictured it. Once we started working with Sid (our actual officiant) we knew we had made the right choice! She was able to provide helpful tips while also allowing us to make the decision how we wanted to. The ceremony ended up being great. Most importantly we never had to worry about whether it would be a professionally done event. Everything went according to plan and our guests were impressed! Would recommend Sid and Affordable I dos 10/10 times.

We think: if you took a poll of our wedding guests and asked them what their, "favorite part of our wedding was", we think more than half would say our ceremony - because of Marggi! We were more than lucky to have been paired with Marggi for our wedding ceremony. Marggi, myself, and my husband (Wyatt) clicked instantly. Marggi creates a part of the ceremony called "Little Talks", and without spoiling anything, its truly a representation of you and your spouse. I recommend trusting her to take you down her road of "Little Talks" for your ceremony. We had a very memorable ceremony, and our guests praised our ceremony and Marggi highly. Wyatt and I feel like the luckiest couple in the world because we had Marggi officiate our wedding. It is truly an honor to have worked with Marggi. I found Affordable I Do's from a quick Google search and figured I'd inquire there as well as with other vendors. Susan replied to my inquiry almost immediately and with so much information and a real human touch. She was congratulatory and sweet and compassionate and not at all salesy or pushy. Just very reassuring and helpful. And since the other vendors I inquired with took days longer to even acknowledge me, I decided to go with Affordable I Do's. And I honestly couldn't have been happier with that decision. Susan was SO helpful the entire way through and when it was time to start working with Jan (our actual officiant) I continued to be impressed and confident. Jan was amazing! She spent time in understanding what our relationship was really like and who we are as individuals and from there she custom tailored our ceremony in ways that couldn't have been better. She made our ceremony short and sweet, romantic yet with touches of humor, and most of all she made it uniquely US. All-in-all I would recommend Affordable I Do's to anyone and everyone. They were perfect and they were affordable.

Susan was so helpful and gave such good advice when writing our ceremony. I love her document where we got to pick and choose which aspects of the ceremony we wanted. Day of, Andrew was awesome! He was very professional and organized. We loved the ceremony and we are so glad that he officiated it!

Sid was phenomenal! Couldn’t have asked for a better officiant. Excellent communication, very professional. She loved having our dog there just as much as we did! She also mailed our marriage license immediately after the ceremony!

Susan was such a delight to work with and got our wedding script started in the right direction! I am beyond grateful for Susan and all that she did to curate the perfect ceremony for our wedding day. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple and used what she learned to create a ceremony and message that reflected us, our values, our love, and our vision for the day and the rest of our lives. When we first began planning our wedding day, the ceremony was quite daunting for us to imagine creating. However, Susan broke it down step by step at each meeting to make it manageable, understandable, organized, and actually quite fun. It is remarkable all that she does to make the ceremony unique and genuinely reflect the couple. Working with Perfect Day Ceremonies was a great experience from start to "I Do"! Our first meeting with Reverend Susan made us feel so comfortable, she answered all of our questions (and trust me, we had a lot!) and recognized our concerns in finding an officiant that "fit" with our personalities. She took the time to understand us as a couple and helped recommend Reverand Daniel as our officiant for the day of our wedding. The tools they have were also wonderful, making me feel like I was able to customize our readings and ceremony to exactly what we wanted without having to come up with anything totally from scratch.

Susan officiated our wedding and did a FABULOUS job. When it came to building our ceremony and vows, I had no idea where to even begin. Susan provided a structured outline that made the process so easy. She is extremely detail-oriented and easy to work with - our venue coordinator said the rehearsal was the most organized she'd ever seen! Susan tailored a ceremony that was perfect for us and I can't thank her enough!

Sid officiated our wedding and she is, by far, the coolest person I've ever met. She made the interview process fun and she understood that we wanted our ceremony to be short, sweet, fun, and focus on how much we love each other. She honestly just got me right away. She coordinated with our colors, and didn't make us repeat during the ceremony (which was a blessing because I don't think I could have remembered all the words in the moment), and she cracked a couple of jokes perfect in line with who we are as a couple. She also had the marriage license all ready to sign and sent us pictures of her mailing it (Scooby Doo postage stamps included!). I can honestly say we will keep in touch as she's a lovely, fun, and open person. We are so lucky to have had our day officiated by her.

Reverand Susan was the best possible officiant we could ever ask for! She really worked to understand our relationship and our story as a couple and the ceremony she crafted was absolutely beautiful. We were thrilled with our experience working with Perfect Day Ceremonies to prepare for our wedding. We wanted to ask a family member to officiate for us, but the idea of asking them to write a ceremony or taking that work on ourselves felt very daunting. We were so happy to find the “design and support” package through Perfect Day. Susan provided us with ceremony materials to review and then packaged all of our selections up beautifully. She even met with our officiant to provide a walkthrough of the ceremony outline and answer any questions. We were so happy working with her that we also decided to do one of her premarital sessions. She had great insights for us and left us with helpful materials to review and discuss as we move forward in our marriage. We can't recommend her enough!

We had a fantastic experience with both Susan and Andrew. Susan helped us do some initial ceremony planning and Pre-Marital Counseling. She was very responsive, easy to work with, and we really enjoyed our pre-marital session! Andrew was our Officiant and he was fantastic! We took a risk by hiring someone we don't know but we didn't regret it. He was informative and helpful for our rehearsal. You can tell he has experience leading groups! He did a great job for our ceremony and we truly appreciate it!

Rev. Susan did an amazing job coaching us through pre-marital counseling and writing and performing the ceremony of our wedding. We would recommend her services to anyone who wants full support through the entire process. She provided so many options for us to choose from as well as providing personalized recommendations when we weren’t sure what to choose for verses, poems, and wedding messages. She accommodated our schedules when coordinating zoom meetings as we lived in a different state from her with time zone differences. Her articulation, communication and organization is what originally blew us away and she consistently performed through the entire 9 month process. No time was wasted during our meetings, she guided the conversation to ensure she got to know us and that we had all our questions answered.

Susan was amazing! She was so accommodating for my wife and I and are so thankful we found her to do our ceremony. She made it so memorable and all of our guests had amazing things to say. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone getting married get in touch with Susan for your big day! 🙂

WE LOVED OUR OFFICIANT! We met her via zoom a few months before our wedding by doing the premarital counseling course. First off -the course was great and encouraged my fiance and I to have some very important conversations. Second - my fiance ended up getting covid a couple days before our wedding and we had to postpone everything we had planned. With a lot of last-minute planning/changes - we decided to still have a very small intimate ceremony at our home with close family and friends. Our officiant went absolutely above and beyond to be still willing to show up and get us hitched as well as being willing to travel to our home which is farther away than our original venue location. We made sure she felt safe coming into the situation, and she did an absolutely amazing job!! 10 out of 10 recommend

Susan Lee-Wright did a wonderful, personal & professional ceremony for our wedding at The Mn Landscape Arboretum. She even dressed to match the colors of our wedding which was very thoughtful. She was very interested in our personal story since this was our 2nd marriage & we wanted an intimate family wedding . She helped us to add elements to our ceremony to enhance the blending of our two families such as the sand ceremony, which was very unique & touching. Everything was well planned out & we were confident she would do a good job & we weren't let down! We'd highly recommend Susan's services to any couple looking for an intimate, touching ceremony on their special day.

Susan was great to work with on-site. She did everything to keep things organized between the wedding party and the guests. She was thoughtful and thought of all the questions leading up to the ceremony - including checking with the best man for the rings! We had such an amazing and easy experience working with Susan and Andrew. We really enjoyed the different options for the ceremony that Susan provided us. We were able to completely customize from start to finish! We wanted a ceremony that represented us and we feel that we achieved that with the help and guidance from Susan. We also got so many compliments from our guests on how well Andrew executed our ceremony. All in all, we wouldn't have wanted our day to go any differently!

I cannot say enough nice things about Julie Ann! I spoke with Susan (the owner) and she sent me a list of all of her officiants with their bio’s and we were able to select someone we thought would be a good match and we chose Julie Ann and she was fabulous!!! We got legally married in 2020 since *it* postponed our plans and she was there for that and then she did our big celebration in 2021 as well! She did a great job keeping it light and fun up there, she was saying things away from the microphone to just us and it was just the cutest. Kept us smiling the whole time! I also loved how organized the whole process is. They have tons of readings to choose from, and tons of options that range from very spiritual and some that are more religion based which I appreciated the variety! And they both did a great job of making sure every part of the ceremony was chosen by us and they get to know you on top of it. Julie Ann even suggested we kiss a second time up at the altar because our first one wasn’t long enough for our photographer! Lol! Her and Susan were both wonderful to work with and I’m so happy she did such a good job on both of our special days.

Susan Lee-Wright is truly exceptional at what she does. We did pre-martial counseling sessions with her, as well as the Perfect Day Ceremony package, and it's one of the best decisions we made (aside from getting married ;))! The pre-marital counseling sessions were incredibly helpful for us. Susan is a very skilled facilitator who brings both humor and compassion to her work. We heard from other couples how helpful pre-marital counseling was, but our expectations were greatly exceeded, and we ended up learning so much more about ourselves and each other (through the assessments & dialogue on individual & shared goals for the future). With the Perfect Day Ceremony package, we loved being able to customize our ceremony so it was truly authentic and meaningful for us. We got exactly what we wanted, a beautiful, meaningful ceremony and to this day I still get emotional thinking about how special it was. We received so many compliments from our small group of family & friends, not surprisingly! To have had such a wonderful ceremony during a global pandemic where our wedding had to be drastically changed/scaled down is such a gift - we are so grateful for Susan's flexibility and support in making that happen for us. Susan was great to work with in getting our ceremony personalized to us. She was very detailed and came highly recommended by our wedding coordinators. When our original choice for officiant fell through, she was very quick to help us choose a new one from her team and we are so glad we got to work with Jan. Jan was very nice and had everything ready to go day of. Her calming presence helped with our nerves and she did such a wonderful job with our ceremony.
