Perfect Honeymoons helped us plan an amazing 2 week trip to Hawaii. Their name suits them well ...because everything was truly perfect!! It was so nice not to stress about the details, because it was all taken care of. Each island (we went to 3) was so different, and Jim helped with recommendations for excursions and restaurants. The helicopter and snorkel/sail were among our favorites. All the special treats and extra amenities along the way made us feel so loved and taken care of. Our honeymoon was a dream come true!

Jim and Perfect Honeymoons were referred to me by my matron of honor that had used them for her amazing honeymoon a couple years prior. We had 2 weeks of vacation on the table to take for our honeymoon. We wanted to have a trip of a lifetime. The problems, narrowing down a location and taking the time to research all of the things (transportation, accommodation, sights, etc.). Jim is awesome. The hour-long call prior to his development of the itinerary was clearly time well spent, because he knew exactly the kinds of activities and hotels we would enjoy. I'm not afraid to admit we had some lofty expectations and he exceeded every single one. All the little details were perfect, and he must have good relationships with the hotels, because the service we received was top notch. He was in touch on the one day that weather caused a snag in our travels, and found some alternatives for us(the time difference was 12 hours, so this was no small thing). Perfect Honeymoons is an outstanding service and we couldn't recommend it more.

Jim planned a wonderful honeymoon to St Lucia for us. He factored in our interests and put together an itinerary that was better than we could have dreamed. Planning a honeymoon in addition to planning a wedding and working was very overwhelming and we wanted to enjoy this fun and exciting time of our lives without the stress. We had never used a travel agent before, but for our honeymoon we wanted some help. Gretchen was our agent and she was beyond amazing. Her understanding and passion and her love for travel is something unique and special and really made the honeymoon planning process so interesting and fun. We started working with Gretchen when we were not 100% sure where we wanted to go, and Gretchen was incredibly patient and lead us to our perfect honeymoon. Gretchen started off by helping understand what previous travel experiences we had, what we liked/didn’t like to try to help us narrow down some choices. Once we narrowed down some choices, she shared detailed explanations of what our honeymoon would look like and feel like in those specific places and we assessed what the pros and cons would be (without any pressure whatsoever from Gretchen). We finally we picked Tahiti! Gretchen helped keep us on track throughout the whole planning process and was even super knowledgeable with helping us figure out how we could apply our points throughout the honeymoon (flights, hotels, etc.). Our entire honeymoon was an absolute dream come true and stress free from start to finish. Gretchen understood our expectations and created a memorable, unique, and relaxing honeymoon. We decided to go to Walt Disney World for a Graduation. Gretchen worked so hard for us getting us everything that we wanted, and planning and working with family from a different state to make sure we were all there at the same time and stayed in the same location in the hotel. She was always there when we needed her especially when Hurricane Maria hit Florida causing us to postpone our trip. She took care of any issues that we ran into. My husband and I both have very high stress/demanding jobs. Planning a honeymoon in addition to planning a wedding and working was too overwhelming. Gretchen was our agent and she is amazing! We decided to save up for a year after the wedding before taking a honeymoon and used Perfect Honeymoons as they were recommended by a co-worker. Steve and Gretchen were so wonderful to work with. I'd never used a travel agency before and found the whole process to be of ease, which speaks volumes to Perfect Honeymoons, their staff, and knowledge of tourism. He was incredibly patient with us as we switched destinations due to the Zika virus and once we selected our final destination Steve was able to make some wonderful recommendations. He also put us in touch with Gretchen, who'd recently returned from visiting Greece. Both Steve and Gretchen were available to us before and during our honeymoon which was a huge plus. Knowing we had communication with our travel agents made the trip even more enjoyable as we could ask questions, voice concerns, ask for recommendations and more. Perfect Honeymoons is truly is a perfect honeymoon. Jim understood our expectations and created a memorable, relaxing and easy honeymoon. We stayed in beautiful hotels right in the middle of everything and had excellent service and food. Our flight was comfortable and I even liked the food. We had a mobile app that listed our itinerary and notified us of early check in along with activities and dinner recommendations. Driver's picked us up from each location and we had our ferry tickets couriered which saved us from waiting in long lines. Our rooms were covered in honeymoon bliss and made the already beautiful hotels even more special. My husband and I had the most memorable honeymoon thanks to Jim :) We will be back!

Jim was absolutely amazing when planning our honeymoon. He made some great suggestions after taking into account what we wanted from a honeymoon, our budget, and asked questions to make sure it was right. AND THEN...when we had to change our plans 19 hours before our first flight due to a hurricane, Jim came in on a holiday to help us switch all of our plans from St. Lucia to Hawaii! He was extremely responsive and gave great recommendations. We highly recommend working with Jim when planning a honeymoon or any trip!

My wife and I had a whirlwind romance and I found myself with just a matter of weeks to plan a mini-moon, vacation with my new in-laws, and a 2+ week honeymoon...all in the same month. In short: Jim crushed it. Jim exceeded our already-high-expectations across the board: timely updates, perfectly selected hotels, great advice/recommendations, and with minimal effort on my part. In addition, Jim booked transfers/activities that were flawless. We covered two (non-English speaking) countries via plane, train, boat, and automobile, and it was seamless. That alone was worth hiring Jim. Jim is most valuable in (i) selecting the right location/accommodations, (ii) bringing a ton of local knowledge to the table and (iii) taking the stress out of the entire process. My advice for working with Jim: Tell him exactly what you think you want/what you both enjoy (be as specific as possible), listen to his advice (even when it is contrary to your initial opinion), and let him execute the vision. Jim set up the most unbelievable and seamless honeymoon to Greece. We stayed at three hotels/resorts that were unique, fun, and totally our speed. Gretchen planned our honeymoon to Hawaii. Having never been there before we were overwhelmed thinking about all the details. Gretchen NAILED it. We were amazed by the quality of the resorts we stayed at. She even got us the best room in the Kea Lani resort on Maui. She lined up 4 major activities for us and gave great ideas on other things to do if we had time. Other perks included breakfast being included everyday and champagne delivered to our room. This was the nicest honeymoon we could imagine. Unless you are a seasoned traveler and know exactly where you want to go, I suggest letting these professionals blow you away. Gretchen was amazing! Planning a wedding is overwhelming, stressful, time consuming ... the list goes on. The best decision my husband and I made through the entire experience was getting help in planning our honeymoon! Gretchen worked with us for quite some time planning our perfect honeymoon in Maui. She was an expert in the area and had all the answers to the million of our questions. We stayed at the Fairmont which was perfect for a 'no kiddo' relaxing time. She planned the flights, car rental, some of our dinner reservations, and three excursions. I did NOTHING! I said, "yes" or "no" and then magically I had everything mailed to me in a nice package and we were on our way. If something came up, which it never did, I had a number to call to get assistance. If I was freaking out, as I typically do, about something that was out of my power like weather, I could call Gretchen and she would calm me down. As well, the best part of the service in my opinion, in the case something did come up and we had to move our honeymoon location or date, Perfect Honeymoon would transfer our money and it would all be taken care of. That sort of worry is not something you need when you're already planning a wedding. Perfect Honeymoon did all the work for us. Love the service, love Gretchen and LOVED my honeymoon. Weeks later I'm still dreaming about drinks poolside.

Jim did an excellent job planning our honeymoon in Tahiti. He was very knowledgeable about all the different activities and found us two amazing resorts on Moorea & Bora Bora. For me the highlight was the ATV tour in Moorea which Jim recommended and signed us up for. Definitely the highlight of my trip and the guide was outstanding. My wife was instantly in love with our over water bungalow in Bora Bora. I can't say enough about Jim's expertise and everyone of his recommendations were spot on. Both my wife and I were so busy leading up to the wedding the last thing we were going to be able to do was plan such an amazing trip, Perfect Honeymoons made everything as simple as possible.

Jim booked our amazing Tahiti honeymoon in June. We were so stressed with wedding planning and after one conversation felt so relieved and trusted his expertise. Jim and the Perfect Honeymoon team are amazing. We went into our first meeting with Jim with a rough idea of what we wanted in mind. With just a few details about our preferences he was able to come up with a plan that was exactly what we were looking for. While Jim did provide his top recommendations, he provided us with a few similar destinations and multiple hotel options so we could pick something that worked into our budget and style. The fact that Jim and his team have actually been to almost every place imaginable really sets them apart. They can tell you what the sand on each beach is like, how each hotel room is different, and what exactly at each restaurant is the best dish. It is also helpful that Jim knows the owners/managers of all of these places! For the first leg of our trip in Antigua, Jim was able to talk to the owner (a friend of his) to get us a free upgrade to an amazing hillside villa on a last minute request. The staff knew we were with Jim and took note. This continued with our trip to St Bart’s at the Eden Rock, where we were personally greeted by the manager of the resort who had been with Jim recently. He ensured the entire staff knew who we were and get the best treatment possible. Also, we were greeted in our room with a bottle of champagne on the Perfect Honeymoon’s team. However, just planning a great trip wasn't what the Perfect Honeymoons team was all about. Through each step of the way Jim was able to provide us with fantastic advice and suggestions. He was also extremely helpful when we had any issues, and was available day or night to help us. We couldn’t say enough great things about the Perfect Honeymoon’s team. They were recommended to us by several friends who have had identical experiences, and we plan to use Jim and the team for our next adventure.

We could not have had a better experience than we did with Jim Augerinos at Perfect Honeymoons. You receive excellent treatment anywhere you go in Bora Bora but when you have Jim at your side, you get treated like royalty! He was able to request the best room/overwater bungalow for us, the best activities, upgrades, champagne, and VIP treatment at Villa Mahana. His recommendations on visiting Rangiroa for scuba diving made our trip! Another highlight of our trip was his recommendation to go on the Keishi Day tour. He is a true specialist when it comes to French Polynesia and you would be making a mistake if you didn't hire his services. We highly recommend Jim to anyone and everyone!

He was easy to talk to, understood with first meeting what kind of trip we were looking for and had great advice as he has been pretty much everywhere, at least it seems. I think the biggest factor in what makes or breaks your experiences with travel agents are how you communicate what you're looking for. steve asked us questions that really allowed us to express what we were looking for in our honeymoon and he talked us through the entire way. we had an amazing time. he was also flexible to our last minute changes and we were extremely grateful for that as well.

I had a pretty bad experience dealing with this company with Jim, the owner. I called his company and was impressed with his knowledge about the area we are going for a honeymoon in Bora Bora. He was quick to respond to my initial request right away and was able to get me a quote within a day or so. I called him because I had been doing the research myself and I was overwhelmed, my fiance and I lost his mother just days prior to us having to make this decision. The quote he sent me seemed a bit out of our budget and I felt like there would be better deals financially. To be fair, it looked wonderful and I'm sure that we would have had a great time and been taken care of had we accepted this quote. Because of our budget we decided to look at a different travel company that could provide a quote that would make is feel like we were getting the most for our money for our honeymoon. I believed it was wise to look around. I found a company I trusted and developed a better relationship with. When we did not accept his quote was when his behavior became unprofessional. His emails we're so uncomfortable and appeared designed to make me feel guilty for all the time he had spent on our quotes, that he had gone out of his way for us, and that his deal was the best option there was for this vacation. He mentioned that he had waived fees and want getting anything for this quote, etc... In addition, we were unable to book a reservation on our own with a different travel agent bc he had reserved 2 hotels under our name without our knowledge or permission. It was a huge headache. It took almost 2 days for him to release the hold and the hotels to process It. During this time It was so stressful that the prices would go up and that our other agent couldn't get in to book us. We had a short engagement and were travelling at a peak time so days matter. I was worried he would not release them bc of his unprofessional attitude. Super stressful. He was rude and disrespecful in our many interactions with him asking him to release the hold. Unless you know you are going to accept this guys quote. I would not suggest getting one from him. I love the travel agent I chose. It's soooo worth It to me not to feel pressured or bad for making my own choices about our honeymoon. I understand that he wanted our business for the quote and work but sometimes people make other choices.

Gretchen is a ROCK STAR!!! She planed my wife Christine and I the “Perfect” vacation cruise to Alaska. Even though it was our third trip Gretchen planned for us, she treated us as great as she did the first two times. We love her dedication and enthusiasm when it comes to travel. She always took the time to return calls, answer emails and make sure we had everything we needed before we left. We cruised with Celebrity Cruise Line and they were great as well, but it was all of Gretchen’s planning and knowledge about Alaska that made our trip wonderful. I do not have word to explain how happy we are with Gretchen and Perfect Honeymoons and Holidays.

Steve helped us plan a fantastic honeymoon on very short notice. We wanted to take our trip before we moved for my husband's new job, and that deadline was fast approaching! We told him our budget and the style of vacation we wanted, and he booked us the perfect getaway at the right price and within our timeframe, too! He even helped us book excursions and activities. I had never been to an all-inclusive resort before, and the experience was wonderful! I'm so glad we decided to get outside help to plan our honeymoon--I can't imagine what a headache it would have been if we had tried to figure everything out ourselves. Steve's knowledge and experience really made a difference. I'm still amazed we were able to have such a great time within our (pretty tiny) budget. Thank you so much!
