We first met Laura when she helped to coordinate my sister's wedding in Upstate last fall. As one of the bride's maids I appreciated Laura's calm and pragmatic approach to all the logistical things that come up around weddings. For our wedding, she helped to connect us to some vendors, plan schedules, coordinate the various vendors and make sure everything went smoothly on the day. Laura always seems to have solutions and suggestions, which is great when you're doing most of the planning yourselves, as it can be pretty daunting. She's very enthusiastic and supportive, while allowing you to create your vision and fill in gaps when you're lost. Laura is available when you need her, whether email, text or cell and is very present on the day of, serving as a jack of all trades while also being behind the scenes in her presence. She truly made both my sister's and our wedding go off without any major hiccups and made both parties a lot more fun! Laura looks for any way that she can help and is also great with delegation if there are spare hands around. Weddings can be very straining for families and she helps smooth over tension and get everyone moving towards a common goal. I wish I had another wedding to use Laura for and have told all of my Upstate friends that she is THE ONE! My other sister is getting married this fall in Bolivia and we've been seriously joking that we have to have Laura come down with us. Cannot give her enough praise and I'm not typically a rave reviewer but Laura is the best, her recommendations are great and her poise makes her a true treat to work with for this special (and stressful!) occasion.
