Perfect Planning Events

exactly how we wanted, thank you Kimi!

he job! Absolutely recommend her! Extremely nice, caring, and will make your day extremely special! We were so happy we got to work with her:)

with timelines and layouts. I'm so glad our paths crossed as I would recommend her to all my clients looking for an amazing planner!

the very beginning, she earned our trust with her professionalism, expertise, and kind personality. It's clear that she knows what she is doing, and her experience provided us with the peace of mind we needed. We went with the signature package and met Kimi a month before the wedding. She asked us very thoughtful questions which we loved. Leaving that meeting, we felt confident in her ability to run our big day and tackle any situation that might arise at our 250+ person wedding! We had a few last minute changes too, and she attended to all of our requests and made sure everything went smoothly. For any couple looking to have a stress-free wedding day and seeking a coordinator they can trust, Kimi and her team are the perfect choice. We are so grateful for her!

oked her for the ceremony since this was included in our venue package, but we ended up adding her setup service. This was TOTALLY worth it because my husband and I were not stressed on the day of the wedding. All we did was bring our outfits and shoes. (We had dropped off our stuff during the night of the rehearsal.) We had sent Kimi an email on what needed to be set up, and it's like she knew our exact vision. She was extremely helpful and professional during the rehearsal as well. She acted as liaison with the other vendors and even took care of receiving a delivery for chocolate-covered strawberries from one of my students (I'm a teacher). I will definitely be asking for her services when we do a vow renewal years later. 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs a coordinator!

key factors in our wedding being such an amazing experience. She is incredibly organized and ensures that all the other vendors are on time and prepared for the event. It also greatly helped that she had previously worked with pretty much all our vendors. Kimi’s hard work made our wedding day an enjoyable, stress-free experience full of great memories.

ate with all of our vendors to make sure that the day went perfectly. With Kimi's experience, our wedding day was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Thank you Kimi for making it such a special day!

us! Kimi has such an attention to detail and took away all my stress on our wedding day - she was absolutely on top of everything and impressed all our guests with her professionalism and efficiency! I highly recommend Kimi because of her personal care for her couples, exceptional planning skills, and calming demeanor -- this meant EVERYTHING during one of the most stressful times of our lives!

utely perfect. Her communication with both us and our vendors was excellent and she took so much stress off of us and our families on our big day. Kimi is wonderful and we cannot recommend her services enough!! Thank you for everything Kimi!

s very personable, responsive, and organized - she coordinated with all of vendors (even our other vendors had nothing but great things to say about Kimi!). Not only was the preparation perfect, but Kimi was by our side the day of - making sure that everything ran smoothly. She even ensured that we had some time to eat dinner - and packed our leftovers! At the end of the night, Kimi and her team packed up everything (decorations, gifts, etc.) for us - so that we were able to just fully enjoy the night without any worries. We couldn't imagine our big day without Kimi - she truly felt like part of the family. Future Couples - do yourself the favor, and work with Kimi for your perfect day.

's personality and energy the most. She is so bubbly and truly cares about her clients. Kimi is also very organized, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. She made me feel 100% confident in her the entire process and I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day because I knew she had it covered! The resources and recommendations she provided were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Kimi to anyone!!

nd, patient, and flexible, and I relied on her so much to make sure our wedding went smoothly. I cannot possibly say enough good things about her or how much we appreciated her expertise and guidance. Our wedding was better than I ever could have imagined thanks to her-- she seriously was like a fairy godmother! Kimi also did so much more than help us plan. It's so easy to get overwhelmed during the wedding process and lose track of what you really want to get out of the experience, and not only did Kimi help us plan a perfect wedding weekend, but she also really helped me and my husband focus on the excitement of getting married. I had a fairly clear idea for our wedding, but still wanted someone to bounce ideas off of while we were planning and Kimi was able to build a custom package to meet exactly the level of help we needed. She also really, really helped me pin down the details of what I had in mind and make it better than I had hoped. More than once I went to her and said "I really wish we could do this thing, but for all these reasons it won't work" and she found a way to make it happen. We took a huge number of details and finishing touches to Kimi and she put it all together beautifully the day of. Her month of coordination was also unbelievable. I cannot wrap my head around how she was able to coordinate all those people and timelines so perfectly. I absolutely could not have done it without her help. We also had a really unexpected vendor change in the final few weeks before our wedding and Kimi made so many phone calls to help us get it fixed, and actually saved the day. Without her, I don't know how we would have had audio for our ceremony or afterparty. The day of, she helped us overcome so many little hiccups and it seriously made for the perfect day. Everyone says things go wrong on your wedding day and you need to be prepared, but thanks to Kimi, I don't even know what those things were. She handled everything flawlessly and we are so grateful. Kimi was incredibly professional and so kind hearted, even in the face of all the normal wedding planning drama that comes up. She made the whole process so much better, and I cannot imagine having worked with anyone else. Thank you SO much, Kimi!!

. She is super organized, kind, and thoughtful. She made us feel so at ease on the day of our wedding. Everything ran smoothly and effortlessly. Our day was absolutely perfect! Thank you again

ay. She was incredibly detailed (even with details we didn't know existed) and stayed on top of everything from beginning to end. I felt confident that our wedding day would run well and it ran without a hitch. She was amazing and really made our day special for us. Always happy to answer questions as well and quick to communicate with us. Thank you so much for all your help! -Jacob and Jillian

ented. It is because of these characteristics that my daughter's wedding reception turned out to be a memorable and beautiful event!!

other vendors to ensure every aspect of the wedding went as smoothly as possible. She provided advice and best practices based on her experience with other weddings, which I found very helpful. While Kimi is detail-oriented and organized, she is also calm and understanding. She makes sure the timeline and details are accounted for in a way that is not pushy, which is a tough balance to find. She knows unexpected things will come up during a wedding, and rather than causing additional stress, she remains levelheaded and finds a resolution path. As the wedding party is usually stressed and busy the day of the wedding, it is so important to have someone on your team you can count on to quickly resolve issues while maintaining a positive attitude. If you want your wedding day to be a success, hire Perfect Planning.

found Kimi and she met all three of those criteria for us. She shared with us the cost of her services and was honest about what would work best for our wedding. She has fair and reasonable prices. When we met with her, she came prepared with a list of detailed questions. It was an efficient and productive meeting with her. We emailed Kimi many times with a list of our questions and updates to our wedding. She was consistently quick to respond and accurately updated everything. I highly recommend Kimi as she helped coordinate and plan our wedding so seamlessly.

or for the ceremony for free already. I did consider adding on reception services with the wedding planning company that was through the venue but after talking with them I didn't feel that we connected, which should have probably been an indication to me on how I might feel about their ceremony coordinating services. In my search for a reception coordinator I found Kimi and she is fantastic! During our first initial call I knew I wanted to book with her. You can tell she is very organized and attentive to detail. The month before our wedding we met with Kimi to go over all the details of our wedding and she covered everything -- even things related to pre wedding and ceremony which technically she didn't have to, but we appreciated so much because it helped us start thinking about what we wanted. In the days leading up to the wedding she reached out to all our vendors and provided a detailed timeline. She was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. The day of our wedding Kimi came early to help set up our decorations/welcome table and even helped cue me for my walk down the aisle. She kept things running smoothly during our reception and would periodically give us the rundown of what would be happening next. Even our guests noticed how on top of it she was. I had a friend comment to me about how she got people at the tables moving for photos with us at the sweetheart table. I would highly recommend booking with Kimi!

r the month of coordination. Whenever my husband and I contacted her, she was professional, personable and so efficient! Her response to emails was very quick and timely. The day of the wedding actually changed to an indoor ceremony due to rain; despite last minute changes, I felt calm and assured since she was communicating what our options were and was in contact with the venue coordinator and myself. Throughout the ceremony and reception, I was able to fully enjoy the evening since kimi was guiding me through it all and also made sure all my gifts and supplies were in the designated car. I highly recommend this company and kimi for your big day! It’s definitely worth adjusting your wedding budget for a planner who knows what she’s doing to allow for a smooth and stress free wedding day! Thank you Kimi for everything!

d helped us schedule out the entire wedding. We appreciated her honest opinions since she has done tons of weddings. It was never difficult to reach her, so whatever questions we had she would quickly get back to us. Our wedding day turned out amazing because of her leadership. As a bride and groom, we were even given time to eat! That is unheard of! She kept us on schedule and made sure that everything was securely packed by the end of the night. I would recommend Kimi and her staff to anyone who wants their wedding handled correctly and professionally. Thank you Kimi!

ling a tad behind the ball but she assured us we weren't far behind in planning and guided us through ALL of the questions we had. Anything we didn't have an answer for yet she made us feel totally relaxed about and was great with following up! Her coordination between all of our vendors and the detailed timeline truly made our day so easy breezy! She was so patient with my mom who has a million questions, and will ask them at least 2-3 times because she forgets that she has already asked them, and because of her patience and planning my mom and I were able to enjoy each other for the month leading up to the big day lol! The actual day of the wedding ran so smoothly and I know that without a doubt that is because Kimi and her team were making it all happen behind the scene. I cannot stress enough what a genuine pleasure it was to have her be apart of our day!

ges and concerns, my now husband, and I had. The day of the wedding went by very smooth. Having Kimi there made the whole wedding fun and stress free (and that's saying a lot because I stress over everything!). We absolutely recommend her without hesitation! Thanks again, Kimi!

spoke, because we had someone so knowledgable to guide us through :) She brought up new things for us to consider, never made us feel pressured or stressed, and gave us such valuable input. I also couldn't have imagined not having Kimi, especially the week and day of. She helped the day run so smoothly, kept us on time, and always had a smile on her face. I highly recommend working with Kimi, if you have the chance!

made sure all of our vendors were on the same page and answered any questions they had or we had. Kimi was amazing and so was her assistant! Kimi is literally the sweetest and she was great to work with! She KNOWS what SHE'S DOING! You can tell that she and her team care about making your wedding day an unforgettable experience! Thank you Kimi for everything you did for us! I'm still amazed on how everything came together so beautifully thanks to you! HIRE KIMI!! You won't regret it!

running smoothly and handled every little surprise that came along! It was amazing to have someone so experienced and knowledgable guide us and handle things on the day of. THANK YOU KIMI! Our wedding day would not have been the same without your help!

rack, kept us informed of our next steps and how prepared we were. This is the kind of thing that is truly crucial for your wedding coordinator/planner. Then there is Kimi herself. She HYPES you up. She makes you feel like you could plan a wedding with 500+. She is energy, she is calm, she is a spectacular person. Do yourself a favor and hire Kimi. X factor doesn't even begin to cover the impact Kimi had on our wedding.

even if yours doesn't, trust me you need help! I am a pretty simple, go with the flow bride, but we still had a LOT of questions that Kimi always answered with her cheerful and professional demeanor. She is very organized and detailed down to the last bit and that is what made everything turn out so smooth day of! Kimi was on top of handling a few miscommunications with our venue due to event staff constantly changing throughout the last year and a half. We would not have had the perfect wedding of our dreams without Kimi's assistance in planning all the things that we would never even have thought about needing to do. Therefore all our family and friends could mingle and enjoy themselves without having to help to coordinate or remind us when to do cake cutting, sunset pictures, etc. Thank you so much Kimi!!!

ys very pleasant, patient, and calm. She took care of the whole day so that I, the bride, could relax and so that my strongly invested mom could enjoy the day too. She gave her advice on all the little things we needed to do and buy. She was on time with the timelines and checklists we needed. Kimi did many things to make my wedding day smooth and how she did it was outstanding. I was very thankful to have her nearby on my special day.

t came down to the details, Kimi was SO organized and helped me keep track of all the things I needed to check off my to-do list. As a pretty organized and detail oriented person myself, I was so impressed with her work and it made it incredibly easy for me to just kick back and enjoy my big day. I would not have been able to have such a stress free day without her. Thank you Kimi!

little detail. Our wedding ran on time and smoothly thanks to Kimi so me and my wife were able to truly enjoy it with no stress. We would highly recommend hiring Perfect Planning Events to be your wedding planner!!

organized already, but hands down hiring her was something I am SO grateful I did. There were so many details she kept me on top of that I had no clue needed to be done! I loved how she also had great relationships with so many vendors in the area. Kimi handled everything! She talked to vendors, planned the entire schedule minute-to-minute for the entire day and made sure everyone was on board, and she set up the entire wedding decor I had so I could focus on getting ready with my friends and family. Kimi went above and beyond and I am SO SO grateful for her and her team! During the planning process I loved that she really made you feel like your wedding was amazing. She gushed over the little Disney details I had and really made me feel at ease and assured. So many people before the wedding would ask if I was stressed or worried and I can honestly say I wasn't at all thanks to Kimi!

wedding, we didn’t feel any stress. She was organized and detailed. She gave us our to-do list and executed everything flawlessly on the wedding day.

s able to answer all my questions and provide ideas/suggestions that were very helpful. Kimi is a very energetic, friendly, professional and punctual coordinator. I knew I could trust her with my special day from the moment I met her. Kimi did an exceptional job of setting up my reception to coordinating the entire ceremony. I am so grateful for Kimi and couldn’t of imagined a more stress free and amazing wedding day.

ommended her as an option for day-of coordination. A few months went by and as we were starting to work with different vendors, we realized that we didn’t want any of our friends and family to miss out on different parts of the day to help out, so we reached out to Kimi to get some information. It was the best decision we could have made! Her communication was great, she made it very convenient for us to meet with her right down the way from the venue, and guided us through the options. We chose the month-of package, which again was the best decision we could have made because the last thing you want to worry about the few weeks before the wedding is any outstanding details with vendors. What’s even better is she’s beyond familiar with the venue which provided so much peace of mind. I had an idea of what a planner did, but until we sat down with her, I didn’t even think of all the timing and details that go into the day. She asked so many questions to get to know us and what was important to us. The day of, there was a hiccup with our dance floor and she was able to calmly and coolly handle it for us. Thank you, Kimi and your team for making our day truly special. Your guidance, expertise, and professionalism was top notch!

g could've ran as smoothly and prefect as it did without her (and this is coming from someone who is extremely organized and detailed). From the first meeting her energy and spirit was so positive and you can tell the work she does is really her passion. Since I needed her services for the day of she still offered to help me with any questions I had during my planning. I loved that she responded to emails in a timely manner. She created a realistic timeline we were able to follow and included all the request we wanted. She was prompt for our ceremony rehearsal and managed a bridal party of 16 plus parents and grandparents, and we even finished rehearsal early!! So many of my guests complimented her professionalism. The unforeseen things that were happening during the wedding were handled by her and it did not interrupt my wedding day. I truly had my perfect wedding. Thanks again Kimi!

fortless, coordinated with all of our vendors, and were able to quickly and dynamically change the timeline due to a surprise performance by our college marching band; overall they made the night seamless. We highly recommend Perfect Planning Events for any of your special days. They took the time to get to know us through individualized planning sessions, they understood our vision, and they executed it perfectly the day-of. Thanks Kimi and Perfect Planning Events for all your help!

Kimi from Perfect Planning Events. We knew immediately when we met that she was what we were looking for. She never let us down. Everything came together perfectly. Even the vendors that she recommended to us ( our florist and Photographer) had a pivotal role in creating the magic of our day. We wouldn't have changed a thing, and it's all because of Kimi!

never left me hanging. I was extremely pleased to work with her at my wedding in July 2017. I would highly recommend her to any bride. She is very knowledgeable and worked well with all of our other vendors too! She is super sweet and helps you out throughout the process even though we hired her for the day of, she was available if you had any questions at all! Hire Kimi, she was great to work with!!

ent work released a lot of stress from us, especially when the day was closing in. Her presence at the rehearsal and the ceremony made everything go so smoothly. We are forever grateful. Actually we wish we could have hired her sooner and be our whole wedding planner.

ife and I cannot find the words to thank her enough. I told her what I wanted and like magic she took my ideas and made them reality. I was blessed to have a team of vendors that not only were professional but respected each other and worked well together. Kimi, Thank you for being a part of my day and truly genuinely loving what you do! May you continue to be a fairy godmother to brides that need that extra help in creating a memory that will last a life time.

ten by without Kimi. She was so easy to work with, always on top of her game, organized and helped us become organized (in a very very good way), and always gave us her true and honest opinion, which we really wanted from her. You can tell from the first time that you talk to her, Kimi has seen it all when it comes to weddings. From her invaluable experiences you gain such incredible insight that will help make your own big day perfect! She's also very well connected with tried-and-tested vendors, which is valuable in its own way too. Also important is that Kimi was very flexible and consistently responsive throughout the process. For example, she always responded to our emails and we were able to set up phone and Skype calls with her when we weren't able to meet in person. Kimi and her team were also incredibly amazing to us on the day of the wedding! She stayed on top of all the vendors and helped make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. Kimi and her team also made sure we had everything we needed at any given time during our reception, which my husband and I were so very much appreciative of. With Kimi's help, we planned our West Coast wedding from thousands of miles away without the stress! I would very happily and wholeheartedly recommend Perfect Planning to anyone thinking of wedding planning and other wedding coordination services.

taken care of. We knew the day of the wedding, if we had a problem, we could find you and it would be taken care of!

assisted in making our daughter's wedding one of the most spectacular events I've ever been to. Kimi is professional, unassuming, experienced beyond words and just so on top of every detail. Words can not describe how pleased we are with her services. Well worth the reasonable cost. Thank you Kimi!
