We were so grateful we went with Perfectly Events as our wedding coordinator. Jessell is extremely organized and helpful, providing pre-readied documents to get her all the info she needs and making sure that she understands what you want for the big day, as well as thoughtful extras like last week tips and a suggested packing list (which I wish I had listened to more thoroughly!) But what really made this the best fit was the attitude—it truly felt like Jessell and her team’s greatest joy was to make our dream wedding happen. Many in the immediate party, including my father, complimented the wonderful attitude we saw from Jessell and her assistant. Any potential problem is fixable and today is a great day no matter what. I can’t say enough what a great help this decision was in ensuring not only that we enjoyed our big day, but our family and friends did too.

Perfectly Events coordinated my wedding day and WOW!!! They were the most professional, detail oriented, down-to-earth, hard-working individuals I have ever met. I am teacher so I thoroughly enjoyed planning my own wedding but we decided to hire a day-of coordinator so that we didn't have to worry about anything on our special day. Upon landing on Perfectly Event's Instagram page, I reached out and booked immediately. Jessell (owner) was so responsive from the first time we e-mailed. I would email her with questions about vendors (she would listen to my budget and provide a list of vendors-- that were ALL reliable and absolutely professional). I met up with Jessell at our wedding venue a few weeks prior to our wedding date. When I first met her, I felt like she's been a friend of mine for years. She was so easy going and sweet! Leading up to the wedding, she reached out to all of our vendors and confirmed the time-line. (Whew! Such a huge relief!). She maintained communication with all of our vendors and was readily available whenever I had a moment of "panic" or had a million and one questions. Now let's talk about rehearsal and our wedding day. Jessell and her team went above and beyond to ensure the day went as smooth as possible. I love that she delegated the tasks and ran the entire ceremony/reception with the biggest smile on her face. We LOVED that her and her team would go out of their way to make our vision come true. Perfectly events exceeded our expectations and made our wedding day "PERFECT"! Highly recommend Jessell and her team for your wedding planning/coordinator needs!

Jessell is a rock star. She was incredibly organized and proactive. She was incredibly prepared, thorough, fast-thinking and fast-acting. We had many last second changes and she was able to roll with the punches, adapt quickly and keep everything on time and moving forward. She was HUSTLING; on top of every detail -- starting a month before the wedding, orchestrating the ceremony, the reception and right up to the very last guest leaving the venue at the end of the night. Not only do I recommend her services, but I INSIST that she is the best around

Jessell and Perfectly Events were exactly what we wanted. I had been planning the wedding from the beginning and knew that it would be better to hire a coordinator for the month leading up to the wedding. My wife and I instantly liked Jessell when we met with her as she was punctual and was really on top of her game when it came to answering all our questions. The month of the wedding, she was effectively communicating not only with us but with our vendors, making sure that they were coming and that they were ready to perform. Then on the actual wedding day, she was awesome. During the church ceremony, we had a nightmare of a church coordinator (appointed to us by our church) and Jessell handled her well. She was also really helpful for small things such as helping pin the flowers and finding a replacement ring bearer as some of ours went MIA. For the reception, she really allowed us to enjoy the wedding. We even got to eat the food and cake (which Jessell and her assistant actually delivered to our table!) I can have a type A personality, but thankfully, Jessell was there to make sure the event went smoothly and on-time. I also have to compliment her for the extra steps she took such as in the decorations and food delivery. She really went above and beyond and my wife and I are so happy she was involved in our wedding. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering having a month of coordinator.
