The month of the wedding Lauren reached out to us and took over from there. Confirming contracts, speaking to all of our vendors, touching base with us once a week to make sure th...

It was an amazing day. They showed up mid morning and took control of how everything was going to play out. The day of itinerary was amazing. They went above and beyond for us. Always with a smile.
We are so thankful for all of their help and would recommend Perfectly Meched.

al details with my vendors, creating a perfectly detailed timeline, and directing and setting up my reception decor according to our notes. My parents were in awe at the end of the night when they looked around to start picking up my decor and Katie and her team had already packaged everything up! Thank y’all so much!
Katie was an absolute joy to work with. Having an out of town wedding, Katie helped me choose vendors and even helped find us a band for our welcome party. She went above and beyon...
d to make sure our day was perfect. Her assistants were all wonderful too and I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day. We had some issues with our transportation and Katie jumped in and was able to secure us two trolleys the day before the wedding, completely taking the stress off of me. She even took care of stuff on the day of that I had completely forgotten/didn't know I should take care of. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further! Couldn't recommend her enough!
Initially Katie seemed knowledgeable regarding her services. We choose the "Day of Wedding" Service," as we had planned every detail of our wedding. She showed up "2 hours before t...
he wedding" - instead of being available earlier to handle the vendors. Many issues during wedding and reception- and all poorly handled or not communicated.
I am not sure if this comment section could allow me to fit into it how grateful I am to have had Katie as my month of wedding coordinator! Even though our venue covered most detai...
ls of the day, knocking out the need for multiple outside vendors, Katie was an absolute vital part to making our wedding day flow so smoothly. She is thinking about things you aren’t thinking about, doing things you wouldn’t think to do, and taking care of stuff you would have lost had she not been there. The day of timeline that she created and communicated to our vendors allowed me the peace of mind that everyone knew where to be and when. Your wedding day should be stress free and fun, and that’s exactly what mine was! From getting ready the morning of, repairing my bustle (more than once), all the way down to the sparkler exit at the reception - Katie was never far away. I would absolutely recommend having Katie be a part of your special day, because I know that she helped in making mine exactly what I dreamed of!
