Candida is sweet, professional and great at what she does. My flowers for my wedding were beautiful! She also set up my ceremony and cocktail hour space and listened to exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding! We hired Candida for day-of coordination and ended up bringing her on for flowers, decor, and hired every one of her vendor recommendations. She approaches you and your event with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a heart full of love. We think the world of her and her team -- they made our wedding day stress free, flawlessly executed, and more beautiful than we could have imagined.

Candida provided the bridal and bridesmaids bouquets for my wedding in July 2019. She was very helpful in offering advice for what types of flowers would withstand the Tucson summer heat during our ceremony and still look gorgeous afterward. Candida gave enough advice to help guide us but also made sure we were basing our choices off of our vision for the wedding flowers. We were so impressed with the labor of love she puts in to each order - from choosing the right type/color of flower, to ordering them in enough time to ensure that she provides the absolute best care of the flowers so that they will bloom on time and perfectly, to delivering them early enough so that they had enough time in the cooler before our ceremony. I highly recommend Candida for wedding floral needs!

What a wonderful experience we had working with Candida! From the moment we first met, she really listened to my vision and had great suggestions. She was so easy to get a hold of throughout the entire process and even helped out with last minute things in between! Our wedding venue had an extremely tight time window for decorating, and Candida and her team not only delivered, but delivered beautifully. Our venue was a clean slate and she made it look so beautiful, all while keeping with my theme and my initial vision. I can't say enough good things about her, she went above and beyond for us and her work is amazing!

Candida made our day easy and wonderful! I knew from our first phone call, she was the right decision. She was always advocating for us when dealing with vendors and asked the questions we did not know to ask. Candida helped us make decisions but at the same time always kept us in the driver's seat so it always felt like "our day." There were probably issues on our wedding day but I never knew because she handled each one with grace and efficiency. I've begun recommending Candida to all my friends (even if they aren't engaged). I cannot say enough about Candida!! From the moment we met I knew right away I wanted her to be apart of our Wedding! Her Vibes and energy are the best!! I am very indecisive and with all of her suggestions and help she took so much off my plate and put my worries at ease. The day of our Wedding everything was PERFECT she had everything running smoothly I did not stress about anything!! Candida was the best choice I made for my wedding! I'm not even sure where to start... my husband and I received an email just a few months before our wedding that our recommended decorator for our venue was moving on to other things. We talked to our coordinator, who suggested candida. So we contacted her and she immediately made an appointment time available to us since we are from out of town and wouldn't be back for awhile. When we sat down with her, I wasn't even sure what look I was going for with the venue and basically gave her "I like lanterns and candles" to work with. She took off with her creative skills and showed us several different items that could be used as centerpieces, and talked us through other details that we would have never even thought about. Through out the planning process she was so easy to work with and quickly responded to calls and emails. Needless to say our venue, tables, and ceremony turned out ABSOLUTELY beautiful. It was the most perfect look for us, and it was thanks to Candida. I also want to add that on the day of the wedding both my husband and I called on Candida to do random and last minute things for us. She was happy and excited to help out!! We loved working with Candida every step of the way!!

Candida was absolutely amazing. She helped us every step of the way. She knows exactly what she is doing, down to the smallest detail and that is what made us feel like we were in the best hands. If I ever felt stressed or had a question, I could easily communicate with her through any means that was best for me. She worked around our schedule and made sure that we had the "best day ever!" Candida Gutierrez works tirelessly, day in and day out, for her brides. This woman handled everything I didn't even know needed to be addressed. My wedding was gorgeous, and it went off without a hitch. She helped us find fantastic vendors, and worked with them to get discounts on their prices. There were beautiful details that she added in to make sure the ceremony and reception were elegant and classy. She ensured all my vendors didn't take extra liberties with anything, she counseled me on things like hair, makeup, and how to make the most of my day. She was tactfully honest about what ideas (that I thought of) would or wouldn't work. The entire 10 months I worked with her, she advocated for me to bring my vision to life. She was more than just my wedding planner, she became my very good friend. She even sewed me back into my wedding dress when it ripped. The day of the wedding, my family and I only had to worry about getting ready and showing up. Candida made sure everyone was where they should be, when they should be. Hiring Perfectly Planned by Candida is the absolute BEST decision I made in planning my wedding, and I would recommend her to anyone, for any event. We love you, Candida!!

OH MY GOSH!! I don't even know where to start! Candida YOU ARE AMAZING!! You helped me in so many ways that I couldn't imagine having to plan my wedding without you! When Danny found you, it was a blessing in disguise! You were not only my planner but became a friend! Everything was so Gorgeous and blew me away!! I wanted to let you know we really did have a great experience with you. It wasn’t completely perfect but nothing ever is, so thank you again for your services. The only thing I know my parents weren’t too pleased with was the video montage. It would help to be a little more tech friendly for future montage’s, that way the parents of the bride aren’t preoccupied during the cocktail hour. Candida Gutierrez is truly amazing at what she does! From our wedding invitations to the reception, Candida brought my vision to life and gave me the wedding of my dreams. I didn't have an opportunity to see my ceremony or reception space decorated before the ceremony started, and what Candida did was actually more beautiful than I had imagined. She went above and beyond for us to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch. She handled everything the day of and didn't bother me once about any problems. Living out of state, I could not have planned and pulled this off without her! Her professionalism, experience, and wonderful personality immediately put us at ease, and made the process a wonderful experience. I can never thank Candida enough for the amazing job she did on our wedding! Loved having her so much that we hired her to do my brothers wedding as well. Candida was such a lovely person to work with. She is very experienced and excellent at her job. She made my husband and I feel comfortable and goes above and beyond to look out for us. My wedding was supposed to be outside but had to be moved inside due to rain. Candida made sure the indoor ceremony was just as beautiful. She takes her time to get to know you because she genuinely cares. I am so grateful for her hard work and can honestly say she is someone I can call a friend. The first day I met Candida was the day that changed our wedding. My husband and I went there just to look into invitations. After talking with Candida for just about five minutes we realized we needed her for more than invitations and we walked out with the full wedding package. It was the best wedding decision we made! Not only was I able to communicate openly about what we wanted, but we got great advice for the stuff we were unsure of. She helped through every single aspect of the wedding, from amazing vendors, to scheduals, timeline the day of, following up with me as the date got closer, even the small details like colors for linens and hairstyles. The day of I never had to worry about anything because I knew I was in good hands. Candida went more than above and beyond and by the end of our perfect wedding I considered her a friend. She is very reasonably priced and the deals she gets from vendors are the best in town. My new husband and I are so happy and grateful and when we look back at our wedding there is no way we could have done it without her. I never thought that I would be the type of girl to cry at her wedding. In fact, I was more worried about world peace than colors for my wedding. I remember the door opening to my dad’s truck and my coordinator gasped saying “ You look so beautiful!” It was then that I understood why girls cry on their wedding day. The truth is I can go on and on with moments that you calmed me or excited me but this would turn in to a novel. In a nutshell, THANK YOU so much for making me feel like it’s ok to be a girly girl. Thank You for not only being my wedding planner but for being my friend throughout this new chapter in my life. My name is Angelica Sparks and my wedding was on April 20, 2013. My wedding was a success and super fun thanks to the service provided by Perfectly Planned by Candida. Candida was professional from day one and most importantly HELPFUL! She always gave me great advice and gave me ideas on what weddings were like since I had never been to one and never been married in the past. Now that I have been through the planning that my wedding required I realized that weddings can be really stressful but, the unique help that Candida offers can make it all fade away. I remember plenty of times when I would call Candida emotional just thinking of my wedding day and all the things that could happen. By the end of the call everything was back to normality thanks to her. She truly took my stress way! Most importantly my wedding was a reflection of her wonderful work. She took care of every detail including rude photographers and vendors hired by my family. The most surprising part is that these things were occurring on my wedding day but I did not know of them until days after. Making my wedding stress free and a true success! My mother thought I should have a wedding planner to help with the planning and details. I am pretty simple and not very "over the top" with the girlie stuff. Candida was so great at hearing me out and also hearing out my mother with the frilly stuff. Candida made sure that my wedding was the best of both what I wanted and what my mother wanted. I was a little scared with some of the "frills" that my mother wanted, but Candida found a way to make it very low key, but elegant. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. Her decorations that she included in her package were awesome. I added in some of my taste and combined, it was EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!! I totally recommend Candida if you are looking for anything but a "cookie cutter" wedding. She's professional, attentive and very caring about anything you feel is important about your wedding. Candida was my favorite vendor of all time! As a planner I expected a lot out of her and boy did she deliver and exceed my expectations. She took my vision and made it come to life. She worked with my most difficult vendors some that I just didn't ever want to speak to again. Her slogan is well deserved because she did take all the stress away. I wish I had something else to plan so I could use her again but for now I just recommend the world to use her.

We met with a few planners before Candida, but within minutes of talking with her we knew she was the one! She instantly made us feel very comfortable with her, and quickly developed the level of trust needed on such a big day for us. Candida was quick to respond to all questions we had, and even met up with us on weekends to accommodate our commute since we lived out of town. She made our day perfect from beginning to end, and we highly recommend Perfectly Planned by Candida for any event you may have! Perfectly Planned by Candida, wedding coordinator, accepted the job of assisting me to plan my daughter's wedding in a month and a half. Since daughter lives in California, it took emails, photos, and several meetings to design what daughter wanted. Candida understood exactly the look we were going for, and with the vendors she chose, provided exactly that. It was spectacular, magical, and just beautiful. Candida was always very responsive, returning calls immediately, which is important for trust. She had our back yard turned into a wonderful wedding venue! I would definitely recommend her, and would use her services again. Everything seemed easy, and I did not feel stress about the wedding. Everything was taken care of...above and beyond what i thought would really happen.

Candida was the best thing we ever did! She was EXTREMLY helpful and really took the stress out of planning. Before Candida, we ran into some MAJOR problems with our venue and people we were working with. Once we decided to hire her, Candida took charge and handled all the madness that was on our plate. She was sincere with us and sympathized with what we were going through. This really meant a lot to me and my husband. Not only was she kind and sincere but she was confident and professional when working on our behalf. We feel she went above and beyond working for us. As a result, she was able to address and fix the problems of our wedding! If it wasn't for Candida, I'm convinced we would not have had our dream wedding. I don't know where to begin! Candida help me with the entire wedding process. She started with helping us find a vendor and went on from there. She met, emailed, and texted with me countless times! Not only did she help alleviate stress with the planning, she saved us money. We tried getting venues before we hired her and they wanted to charge us almost double. Going through her alone gave us plenty of deals. And the vendors she recommends were amazing. I was truly happy with each one. She always had a smile on her face and did everything she could to make my husband and I happy. She got my whole wedding party in order for the rehearsal and wedding day (which was no easy task). Candida was just amazing. I couldn't have asked for more! :)

As mother of the bride, I wanted to be able to enjoy my daughter’s special day, as any mother can imagine. Candida made it all happen and in such a pleasurable way. From the very beginning, she was professional, accommodating and always there to help with her expertise advice. If there were ever any questions, she was on it and back to us in a timely manner. There are so many choices and details to make a wedding extra special and Candida really helped us know what each entailed. We had heard about how stressful planning a wedding can be and we never went there….just the opposite. She gave it 100%, getting everything just how my daughter wanted it. Some people ask if there is anything you would do differently if you had to do it again and there are no regrets about this wedding…it was a fairy tale come true! I was able to sit back , relax and take in every single moment of one of the most special days of my life…my daughter’s marriage.

I got married on August 18th and wanted to let other brides know what a wonderful job Candida did for me and my now husband. I hired Candida to help me get organized and find a good group of vendors to hire so I would not have to worry about any of the details on my wedding day. She introduced me to amazing DJ's, caterers, florists, and beautiful/unique venues to choose from and always made time to attend the appointments with me. My theme was Shooting Stars and I was worried about it looking cheap but when I explained to Candida some of the ideas that I had she was really able to make my vision even more beautiful than I could have imagined. She made me feel comfortable bouncing ideas around and she was able to come up with such a cool and unique concept. Candida and her team exceeded my expectations and I feel like I couldn't have made a better choice and would recommend Candida and her team to any bride!

Candida was great to work with. She was very enthusiastic and knowlegdeable. Perfectly Planned by Candida was the greatest investment. She definitely made our day stress free so we had nothing to worry about the day of our wedding. She was on point with all vendors and made sure everything we had requested was done accordingly. I was very lucky to have come across Candida's Website. Upon meeting her for the first time she immediately made me feel comfortable! She has such a great energy, she's always positive and most importantly, she listened to what I wanted. The best thing about her was when came across issues about my invitations due to the vendors mistakes, she spent all day making phone calls ,fixing the problem, and it came to the point where she was personally getting charge for the changes that I have made ( because I'm so indecisive, and now I feel really bad) but she wanted it to be perfect for me that she took care of it anyways, and it came out perfect! So thank you Candida, you are the best wedding planner in the world!

I was the indecisive bride and a procrastenator to boot. Candida was amazing with all the details. From venue to invitaions, picking a dress, the ever changing budget, and even an on the road groom. Changing dates was no issue and through all the tears she stuck by me. She made everything okay. She calmed my fears and my budget wedding was still just as beautiful as if we had broke the bank. Candida has a passion for what she does and we are forever greatful for how special she made our day for us.If you choose Candida utilize her for all that she is. I did try to handle some things on my own and I wish I had listened to her. Instead of using her DJ I found my own and that is the one thing I would have changed because they were awful. Lesson learned. So if you hire a wedding planner let her do her job so you can fully enjoy your day.

I ordered my invitations from a book in her office. They were suppose to be white with a black felt backing. They came in with grey backing. She had them sent back, but informed me they could not get black felt. I am still not sure why they advertise it, if they dont have it? She then informed me that the other backing would be just fine and showed me a sample. After looking through other options in her books (since I had already payed for the invitaitons) I found no other choice I liked. Soon after I got the new invitations. They were nothing like the sample she had showed me. It looked like construction paper backing. When I told I was unhappy with them, She basically told me they were fine and that they would do. When I explained to her they wouldnt do, she finally order ones that looked like the sample. I still wasnt crazy about them, but was over it. I would not sure her again.

We hired Candida for our day-of coordinator, and she was great. She's very high-energy, has lots of great ideas to stretch your decorating budget, and will make sure that you are stress-free on your day. If there were any problems with our venue or our vendors, I certainly never knew about it. She's a real pro!
