We are located in Bryan/College Station, but have planned weddings as far as East Texas. We love to travel and research different locations, so our services are not limited to the Bryan/College Station and surrounding areas. At Perfectly Planned, we will work with you to create a distinctly personal event that truly reflects you and your fiance. We offer multiple levels of service: Everything from Full Service Planning (begins with establishing a budget and helping you find the perfect venue), to customized planning packages that cater to your specific needs.

I would highly recommend Perfectly Planned for all of your wedding planning needs! Jennifer was amazing and helped us plan the most incredible day! Jennifer is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about current wedding trends and reputable vendors. Our day went perfectly, and Jennifer and her team made sure that we didn't have to worry about anything! Working with Perfectly Planned was the best decision we made when planning our wedding!

Perfectly Planned has been a wonderful wedding planning company to work with! From the very first complimentary consultation meeting, our planner Jennifer was willing to help us. In that first meeting, we had not yet signed a contract or made any commitment to Perfectly Planned, but Jennifer was openly giving me input on her favorite vendors, where to start with the planning process, and providing me with all kinds of useful wedding planning tips. That really set Perfectly Planned apart from all the other planners. I felt like Jennifer actually cared about me and my fiancé and our wedding coming together successfully the way we envisioned it. That spoke volumes to me especially when compared to other planners that wouldn’t give any input until a contract was signed. To me this communicated that Perfectly Planned cares about people more than scoring every single contract and that was the exact reason they ended up getting our business! Jennifer was incredibly supportive, kind, and helpful through the entire planning process. She was incredibly knowledgeable about different vendors in the area and she had input for us on every single vendor we choose. She helped call and schedule in person and virtual meetings with different vendors, met us online or in person with our vendors, and was willing to meet in person to go over details with us multiple times. I never had a single issue with getting ahold of Jennifer via email or text message. If I had a question, she had an answer for me within hours. If I was freaking out about something or feeling overwhelmed she’d give me a call and talk me through the situation. She did a great job of taking things off my plate so I could enjoy being engaged and the whole bridal season. Jennifer and Ashley who assisted at my wedding, made my wedding day worry free! At one point we were running a little behind schedule (for reasons out of their control) and Jennifer and Ashley did a great job of not worrying me and keeping the evening running smoothly despite the small scheduling hiccup. Lastly I’d like to say the Jennifer is very passionate about her work and that shines through her words and actions throughout the planning process and the day-of the wedding. Thank you so much to Perfectly Planned and especially to Jennifer for making our dream wedding day come to life! Jennifer Atkins with Perfectly Planned was absolutely amazing! We initially went with another planner, but when that didn’t work out, Jennifer stepped right in and completely changed the game for us. She lifted so much weight off my shoulders and made the entire planning process stress-free. This was actually our second experience with her—she also planned my brother’s wedding, so after our first planner didn’t work out, I knew I had to call her. Looking back, I wish I had called her from the very beginning! She exceeded every expectation and made our wedding everything we hoped for. I can’t recommend her enough!

We cannot recommend Ariana Ramirez and the Perfectly Planned team enough! From the very beginning, Ariana was amazing, down-to-earth, and incredibly detail-oriented—she truly understood every unique element of our wedding (and we had more details than most!). She was flexible with scheduling Zoom meetings around our hectic lives, and when our internet went out one night, she literally drove to Chick-fil-A at 10 PM just to use their WiFi so we could finish our call. That level of dedication speaks volumes about how much she goes above and beyond for her couples. On the wedding day, she was personable, professional, and so kind to us, our parents, and the entire wedding party. Ariana treats your wedding as if it were her own and will do absolutely anything to make your day perfect—just like the name Perfectly Planned suggests! She puts so much time and effort into truly understanding your vision and bringing it to life. If you want a wedding coordinator who is passionate, dedicated, and will make your day stress-free and flawless, look no further. We cannot recommend Jennifer Atkins and her team at Perfectly Planned enough! From start to finish, Jennifer made our wedding planning experience smooth, stress-free, and absolutely unforgettable. First and foremost, Jennifer’s responsiveness was impeccable. Whether we had a quick question or needed in-depth discussions, she always got back to us quickly, making us feel supported every step of the way. She was incredibly patient with us as we explored various vendor options and was so helpful in guiding us through our choices. Her extensive knowledge of vendors in the BCS area was invaluable—she has built great relationships with the best in the business, and we were able to work with some of the most talented people thanks to her recommendations. One of the things we appreciated most was her flexibility when it came to creating our wedding timeline. We had specific requests, especially for our South Asian ceremony and reception, and Jennifer was more than willing to adapt to our cultural needs. She took the time to understand our vision and made sure every detail was tailored to our traditions. We never felt like we were compromising on what was important to us. On the day of the wedding, Jennifer and her team worked their magic behind the scenes. They created an atmosphere of calm and ease for us as a couple, which allowed us to truly enjoy every moment. Jennifer and her team were amazing. She kept me calm and organized through the planning process and on the day of our celebration. She was flexible and kind when we had multiple cultural requests and managing all the different vendors. She made sure everything was ordered right, events stayed on time and all vendors were on the same page. This made the day of our wedding celebration go seamlessly and if there were problems that occurred—we had no idea and she resolved all things before we even noticed. Jennifer was responsive, helpful with decision making and last minute changes with seating, guest count, decor etc. We would highly recommend them!

Perfectly Planned helped my husband plan our special and thoughtful engagement, so it was an obvious choice to hire them as our wedding planners too. Jennifer and Ashley were by my side from the moment I said "YES!" to the moment I said "I DO!" Our wedding was absolutely stunning and more than I could have ever dreamed of. I truly could not have done it without them. They are a wealth of knowledge in the industry, their expertise and organizational skills are unmatched, they treat you like family, and they don't settle for anything less than perfection. I am forever grateful for the patience they extended me throughout the wedding planning process, especially when I decided to change my entire color pallet and design of our wedding. Decision making can be challenging but Jennifer and Ashley helped make it fun and so much easier, by spending countless hours curating design boards to help me visualize many aspects of our wedding day. We cannot show our gratitude enough to Perfectly Planned. From our initial meeting we knew Perfectly Planned was the one for our day. Jennifer was our planner and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and peaceful process. Out of town meetings, rehearsal day and wedding day went smoothly thanks to her organization and expertise. Her attention to detail and care are shown thoroughly through her work. Jennifer was our month of coordinator, and our biggest regret was not hiring her on for fulltime! My biggest piece of advice to future brides is get that full time planner! Couples, if you are looking for a wedding planner look NO FURTHER! We owe it to Perfectly Planned for our truly Perfect day. We are so grateful to Jennifer and Perfectly Planned weddings for their professionalism, communication, expertise, and dedication throughout the year of planning. Jennifer guided my daughter and me to make the most magical wedding day we dreamt of. Her knowledge and resources did not go unnoticed. She was prompt, honest, and so easy to work with. Jennifer and her team were on their A game throughout the planning but the day of the wedding, I don’t know how we would have managed without them. Her team worked with all the vendors, the venue, and knew exactly what needed to be done, the timeline which was a gift to us all as we embraced the day’s celebration with such a peace of mind knowing they had it all under control and we were able to breath, celebrate, and smile ear to ear knowing Jennifer and her team knew exactly what needed to be done and when. We cannot say enough good things about Perfectly Planned and Jennifer! We were honestly very skeptical about hiring a wedding coordinator being that we are very OCD and type A people but I couldn’t be more pleased and thankful that we chose this team to help us plan and coordinate our big day! Also budget wise, they were extremely fair and competitive with their rates. Jennifer was an absolute DREAM to work with. We valued her opinion and guidance a lot and she really took the time to get to know us, our budget, our schedule, and our taste. Working with her was very comfortable and she always made sure that we were well taken care of and had no questions or concerns. The day of the wedding she made sure none of us lifted a finger and I can’t express how much of a blessing her and her assistant were for that! I would recommend perfectly planned and specially Jennifer over and over again!!

If you want your Wedding Day to be Perfectly Planned, I highly recommend Ashley at PP!! Kristen & Amyn's Wedding was exactly what they wanted. It was a Perfect Day! To quote Kristen as she was leaving her reception. She said "they warned me to expect something to go wrong, but NOTHING went wrong!" Words cannot describe how thankful I am that I booked Perfectly Planned to do my wedding. You can tell that Ashley and her team truly love what they do and they give it their all. Ashley was my saving grace during wedding planning and especially on the day of. She never failed to calm my nerves and make me feel like her #1 priority! I hired Jennifer and her team for full service wedding planning for my September wedding in Fredericksburg. From the beginning, Jennifer was very organized and attentive to my needs. She understood my vision and was able to bring my ideas to life. She had helpful recommendations and gave me really creative ideas. IE. A fun bartending service out of a horse trailer! From choosing vendors to creating a timeline for the big day, she was very on top of the details and did an excellent job communicating with the other vendors a few weeks out. Her knowledge of the industry was very impressive, and when asked questions, she infused her expertise into the conversation without trying to convince anyone to do it a certain way. On the day of the wedding, her and her team made sure everything went VERY smoothly. She was organized and efficient and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. If your venue requires you to have at least a “day of” coordinator or you just need help, look no further. At first I couldn’t understand why a venue would require this and 2 months out I was wishing I would have hired this team from the start. I didn’t realize that “day of” actually meant 2 months out and was worried to try and contact them too early. As soon as I finally reached out for advice, Jennifer held our hands the entire time. No question was too silly or unimportant and when we received our timeline, I was blown away at the meticulous detailed work that went in to making our Daughter and Son in Law’s wedding so spectacular! Literally no stone left unturned. The Wedding day went so smooth that if there was a hiccup, we never knew of it. It was adorable how she always had a smile and was always so calm, which helped keep the bridal party calm. With every detail, including ceremony coordination, venue coordination including table settings, signs and candle placements, helping to coordinate meals and late night snacks, special requests for the Bride and Groom and helping to coordinate the end of evening strike so that the venue was cleared out on time... 5 hundred stars!!!

I never had a second thought on something for my wedding. Jennifer is truly the most amazing planner and person. She will take all your ideas and make sure what you’re wanting is above and beyond. Jennifer and Paige were great to work with! It was so wonderful to be able to pass the details off the day of the wedding. As the mother of the bride, I definitely needed the help! I really appreciated their help with understanding a realistic timeline and flow for the event - their expertise was invaluable there! And some additional vendor recommendations and detail decisions helped so much along the way too. They very smoothly setup items we repurposed from the ceremony to the reception, and somehow lit hundreds of candles on time! I loved using Perfectly Planned for our wedding! Our wedding planner was Ashley B, and she was amazing! It was obvious that she cared about us and how our wedding would turn out. She was very knowledgeable about vendors in the area and she was great at offering options or advice without pushing us to make a certain choice! Ashley was a fantastic wedding coordinator, we truly could not have done it without her! She saved my sanity with all the last minute details and wrangling of the vendors. We had so many meetings with her to hammer out timelines, details, etc. and it really helped to give us the full picture of what our wedding day would look like. Jennifer and her assistant were just what I needed! I contracted with Perfectly Planned to assist me as a Day-Of Coordinator. I have planned events of my own in the past, but I was not familiar with vendors in College Station. Jennifer provided recommendations and vendor suggestions during the planning phase. Each vendor also raved about how wonderful it was to work with Jennifer, so I knew I was working with the right professional. As the date of the wedding drew near, Jennifer provided a timeline of events based on the information I provided in the questionnaire. We worked together to fine tune the timeline to our liking. She then communicated with all the vendors and made sure that everyone was on the same page. She was the point person to stay in communication to answer questions of all the vendors. On the event day, she oversaw all deliveries, event setup and breakdown as well as coordinating the wedding party and family to be where they needed to be. She managed the clock keep the event on schedule according to plan. I cannot give her enough praise. She is professional, organized, punctual, experienced, creative and an excellent event manager. There is no way I could have done without her expertise and guidance.

Ashley lived up to the company name – “Perfectly Planned”! My daughter and I thought we could plan her wedding in 3 months. It didn’t take us long to figure out this was a monumental task. Ashley to the rescue! Ashley was able to hear my daughter’s vision for her dream wedding and then Ashley made it happen! Ashley is a good listener; then she takes action. She was super organized and on top of all the details. I know we would have missed some important things if Ashley hadn’t helped us. Ashley was always available by phone or email and she was prompt to respond. And as the mother of the bride, I greatly appreciated that Ashley kept my daughter on track with the budget, so that I didn’t have to add that tension to this special time with my daughter. Ashley was calm and reassuring if any stressful issue came up. She was always kind, confident, professional, and joyful. She knows everything wedding – venues, vendors, decorations, rentals – everything you need! Ashley is worth every penny! I wish I would have hired her sooner. She is an amazing wedding planner and was an absolute pleasure to work with!

We hired Perfectly Planned for our daughter's July 9, 2022 wedding at The Weinberg (the most gorgeous venue I have ever seen). I can not even TELL YOU how pleased we are with Jennifer and her crew. Jennifer is organized, professional, hard-working, offers amazing suggestions and guidance. We could not imagine having anyone else help plan and coordinate our daughter's wedding. I told Jennifer at the get go - I don't want to know a thing the day of my daughter's wedding. Jennifer handled the ENTIRE day - I had no CLUE what was going on and didn't want to. I would look over the balcony and see vendor after vendor setting up EVERYTHING for the wedding. I had NOTHING to do the entire day except be with my daughter and her bridal party, which is exactly what ever MOB deserves. We had the best day ever because Jennifer and her crew handled EVERYTHING. I think the cake could've fallen flat on the ground and I would've known nothing about it. Jennifer handled everything. The wedding required a room flip. Our flip was trending to be a flop due to the 107 degree record-breaking weather. Jennifer and I spent 8 months discussing the importance of keeping the room clear for the flip, however you can't fight with mother nature! As people were sweating, into the venue they started pouring. Jennifer and her team flipped the entire room PERFECTLY with 250 people all in her way. She remained calm, poised, and handled it like a boss. The room flip happened in the same amount of time we talked about for 8 months. She and her team were like worker bees and got it done in such a professional, efficient manner. I recommend Jennifer Atkins and Perfectly Planned to ANY BRIDE. I can not even IMAGINE using anyone else to coordinate my daughter's wedding. And at the end of the day, I ended up with a new friend as well. Jennifer Atkins and her team at Perfectly Planned are who every bride needs to make her special day turn out as magical as my daughter's did.

I can’t say enough good things about Perfectly Planned and Ashley! Ashley was my wedding planner, and we had selected the day of coordination option. She was SO organized and handled all of the details leading up to the wedding and on the day of. She coordinated with all of my vendors and truly took the stress off my mom and I. I own a BBQ restaurant and catering business that specializes in wedding catering. We have catered 100's of weddings around Montgomery, Houston, Brenham and the College Station area. Jennifer was wonderful to work with! She took care of coordinating with all of the vendors leading up to our wedding, creating our timeline, and answering all my questions. Our wedding day was perfect and stress free; Jennifer and her assistant handled every detail, including running out to get pins for the boutonnieres. Her package prices are very reasonable, worth every penny to help us to enjoy our day and celebrate with friends and family!

So let me just start off by saying that if you're looking for a coordinator/wedding bestie, LOOK NO FURTHER! Ashley is hands down the GREATEST decision my husband and I made when planning our wedding! I honestly don't think we would have survived our wedding day without her. She swooped in like an absolute baddie and handled absolutely every single tiny little detail. I was so worried that the day wouldn't go smoothly but she handled it ALL. I did not stress even a little bit the day of because I knew she was there to make sure the day went off without a hitch. If there was ever a glitch, my husband and I have no idea because she took care of everything. My husband and I, as well as all our family and friends, had the BEST time because we didn't have to worry about a singe thing. She also helped corral my family for the wedding rehearsal, and honestly, that's a task similar to herding cats. I'm convinced she has superpowers. YOU NEED THIS TEAM FOR YOUR WEDDING! ABSOLUTELY 1 MILLION TIMES RECOMMEND! The Perfectly Planned team did an AMAZING job with our entire wedding experience! From the start of the wedding day they took over making our venue absolutely flawless! They used my ideas and vision for decorations and atmosphere and made it just that, and so so much more! I never dreamed my wedding could be so beautiful! I could go on and on, but the most incredible thing about the Perfectly Planned team was how smoothly the day went. From the start of the day getting ready, through the ceremony, and reception everything flowed. Their team helped keep the reception moving seamlessly and completely made it where my husband and I could simply enjoy being married and celebrating with our loved ones! Even the simplest of details were covered! I can't put in words how incredibly thankful we were to have them! They were absolutely the reason our wedding day went so smoothly and I honestly couldn't even name all the things they did for us behind the scene! And they are the absolute kindest souls! Jennifer with Perfectly Planned TX was a life savor. If the bride or mother of the bride wants to enjoy the wedding stress free, hiring Jennifer is the way to go. She had all of the referrals and answers that we needed. She had everything we needed. The bride's strap broke! Jennifer was there for the rescue with the needle and tread in hand. If in the area again, we would most definitely use Jennifer again.

I was skeptical about hiring a wedding planner but I chose to go with Perfectly Planned for day of coordination services because my brother in law highly recommended Ashley Blackwell. My husband and I are so happy with our experience with Ashley! She is sweet, caring, very professional & GREAT at her job! On our wedding day, my husband and I didn’t get to see Ashley much since she was busy making sure everything went perfectly (which it did!) and our families also noticed how hard she was working to make sure everything went smoothly! I loved that she handled any issues/concerns with all of our vendors on her own so we wouldn’t be stressed out! Ashely exceeded our expectations and is super easy to work with. We hired her for the day, and she was professional, helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly. The day would not have gone well without her. She provided advice to my maid of honor who was freaking out about her speech, and made the day very special. She did a great job. I would re-hire her in a heartbeat.

Jennifer goes above and beyond! I could not have asked for a better experience. She was very organized, extremely helpful, and easy to communicate with. Our wedding reception had to be rescheduled due to covid and she jumped right back in to assist when we were ready to plan again. She has a good eye for decorating and did a remarkable job setting up our reception, it was absolutely gorgeous. Jennifer took the stress away so we could enjoy our big day!
