The owners were amazing. Shelly and her husband were both there and both helpful along the way. It cost only $500 for us to reserve and the food to feed around 170 people only cost...
us $3000. The food was perfect and delicious! Beautiful golf course to get our pictures taken too!
Perham Lakeside has a good set up for an outdoor wedding ceremony. Nick Anderson was very helpful and cooperative to help make our day perfect.
The communication thru email with Perham was difficult since I was not in the area. Delayed responses and incomplete answers caused some frustration. But when we visited 2 weeks be...
fore the wedding they met with us and were very go with the flow. This caused some worry, but everything turned out pretty well if you don't sweat the small stuff. The food was great (we did both burgandy beef and the almond crusted chicken along with a salad and key largo vegetables) - we are still getting compliments on the food months after. One cool idea that they did for us was serve the front and immediate family tables "family style", so we got to dish up our own, and the rest of the guests did buffet. The facility is beautiful, the only complaint on that is that the air conditioner wasn't able to keep up in the summer heat. Overall we had a great night and a lot of fun memories.
The golf course was an amazing place for our wedding reception. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly!
