They fully understood logistics of wedding reception timing, were so flexible and such a pleasure to communicate with throughout our wedding planning process. I felt so at ease knowing they were going to deliver not only top notch music, but top notch SERVICE on our wedding day. I encourage all brides to book ASAP and to not only use Naked Soul for your band at the reception but to also consider their jazz trio for cocktail hour (which was so well received)! s very easy to work with - I worked with him for years and was trying to book them before I even got engaged. While the crowd LOVED them, I was very disappointed with the way they handled the situation of the lead singer, Jerome being out sick. I booked this band for Jerome and made that clear from the beginning. My husband and I spent months following him on instagram, sharing videos of him with our friends and family, commenting on his posts and going out of our way to meet him at the showcase. I emailed Tony the week of my wedding to specifically confirm Jerome. My worst nightmare came true when I was told 5 minutes before my reception that Jerome was sick. After years of communication, I was shocked that Tony waited to tell me this information until the night of the wedding when he found out that morning! I was told as I was standing in my dress, surrounded by all of my guests and it shook me really hard. As an event planner myself, I know that things happen that are out of your control, but the client deserves to know important information the moment it happens and there is a time and place to deliver information. Good news is my guests had no idea, the band sounded great (other than the finale song which was a SLOW song and I specifically said no slow songs and made a very specific request for my finale). Learn from my mistake, stay in contact with them up until the moment the wedding begins to ensure you are aware of the most up to date information.

just one phone call, because their online performances were talented and lively, and we really trusted Perrone Bros. to produce an awesome band. Several months later I met them and got to see them perform at a showcase in NYC and I couldn't have been happier with the choice I made to use them for my wedding. They have a huge list of songs to choose from and are also able to learn and play songs they don't usually play. They provided musicians who so beautifully played the unconventional songs that I wanted for my ceremony. And later in the night, several friends told me that he singers' voices were so on point, they thought my first dance song was coming from a recording. Perrone Bros. Naked Soul Band had my party dancing all night and it was tough for the night to end. Highly highly recommended!

tertainment and a DJ for our wedding and they were the only company we found that could pull this off. We had a string quartet for our ceremony that sounded amazing. Shortly before the wedding we asked if they could play some non-traditional music as we walked down the aisle. Even with the short time frame the musicians learned the music and played it flawlessly. We were very impressed that they were able to do this so quickly. We also had a jazz band at cocktail hour. Even though we only got to hear a song or two because we were so busy with pictures all our guests said they sounded great and loved listening to them. It really helped to set a fun party mood before the reception. We had Scot as our DJ at the reception and he was awesome. He provided suggestions on a non-traditional flow of the reception in terms of when to play music, introduce everyone and make toasts. We were a little skeptical at first but it went great and everyone loved the different flow of the wedding. Scot kept the party going and people energized all night. The guests were very disappointed when the party was over at night. Scot did an awesome job and was accommodating to all our requests. We had one minor issue in which I planned a surprise to include musicians after the ceremony that did not go off according to plan. This was difficult to execute, but still a bit disappointing that we couldn't make the surprise happen after months of planning. In reality, there was no clear ending to the ceremony so it was a bit confusing for all parties involved! Overall this was the perfect company for us to work with. Tony and Scot were the nicest people to work with and you can tell they care about making your event great. We live out of state, but Tony was very willing to jump on a call and answer questions and discuss our requests. He was very accommodating. They did a lot for us within our budget and words can't describe how appreciative and happy we were with this company. They are fun and their music is superb. We would definitely recommend them to anyone having an event.

and. The finale of "I'll Be There" lent new meaning to that song for the couples, good friends, families and well-wishers. Tony did not take a break once, with lovely background music during dinner and his jazz trio setting a beautiful tone during cocktail hour. Now I know where the name comes from - they truly touched our souls!

The band was incredibly flexible and learned three new songs for us (our first dance, and our two parent dances). We chose ‘Steady As We Go’ by Dave Matthews as our wedding song and we were a little hesitant leading up to our wedding night about how the song would sound, knowing that Dave Matthews has such a distinct voice. When we stepped onto the dance floor for our first dance, we were blown away! It sounded like we were at a DMB concert and Dave was right in the room with us. They totally rocked the song, and didn’t just stop with the vocals, the instrumentals were incredible!! They had everyone on the dance floor from the moment our reception started, right until the very end of the evening. Our guests are still raving about our wedding almost two months later, and the only complaint – that we couldn’t keep the party going later! The Naked Soul Band will not disappoint! They have a young, exciting vibe, they are extremely professional, and most importantly, they are willing to be as flexible as possible to make sure your wedding day is everything you dreamed it would be!

He also went to our venue prior to the wedding to check out the ballroom, as the band had never performed there before (we live in NJ). My fiancé and I chose a non-traditional first dance song, Together Forever by Rich Astley, and the band learned it for us. On the day of the wedding I was blown away by how great they performed it and how amazing they sounded. My husband and I had such a great time dancing to it and our guests loved it! I keep re-watching the videos because it was just so much fun and such a great memory. Growing up I was a big boy band/ spice girl fan and the band learned a few of their songs for us. All of my friends were screaming and dancing out of excitement. It really was one of the highlights of the night. I worked with Tony to hire my ceremony and cocktail hour music and they were all great. He also helped us get a DJ for our after party (who was also amazing). My husband and I (and our parents) were beyond thrilled with them and how everything went. We did not have to worry about one thing on the day of our wedding, which is so important as you are preoccupied with a million other things. He was available to speak with my daughter and her fiancee and also to me, which I so greatly appreciated. His recommendations and insight were spot on. The wedding was a huge success. The music flowed seamlessly through a variety of genres and everyone danced the night away! Our guests have all enthusiastically mentioned the band in the numerous notes we have received. It was a pleasure working with Anthony and I hope that we will have the opportunity to work together sometime in the future.

meeting with a few other bands/DJs that we didn’t love, we decided to meet Anthony. Anthony was great from the beginning! We brought both our parents and they left feeling very confident that the band would be playing music that their friends could enjoy as well as ours (being from different generations). Throughout the wedding planning process Anthony was very helpful and we had a long call the days leading up to the wedding just to make sure we were all on the same page. The learned special songs for parent dances and my fiance really wanted to end the evening with a certain song, which they made possible. In addition, we decided close to the wedding date that we wanted to have an after party with a DJ at the venue and Anthony was very accommodating and was able to find us a great DJ for our after party! As great as Anthony was to work with, what you really want is a great band, that will sound amazing and keep your guests entertained and dancing all night long and we most DEFINETLY got that! The dance floor was packed all night with guests of different ages dancing to a huge variety of songs. I was a little hesitant in the beginning to hire a band since I felt the type of music they would play well would be limited but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Every song the band played was phenomenal and it ranged all across the music spectrum. People were commenting to us all night how much they loved the band and how amazing the vocalists were. n 2013, there was only one band for me! Not only did we feel they were worth their weight in gold for the price, they were so easy to work with. They were incredibly responsive, did everything they said they would do, double checked everything with us beforehand (including the pronunciations of the bridal party's names), learned three new songs for the reception, and they continue to stay in touch. I go back to see them whenever they're playing publicly because their sound is so great! They also became a preferred vendor at our venue after our wedding. Absolutely no complaints!

He was extremely open to requests, and if something I requested (for example, a processional song for the ceremony) seemed to him like it wouldn't work well (too fast, not recognizable without certain instruments), he gave gentle feedback, and let me make the final decision. I found this very helpful, since I knew what I wanted, but I'm no expert in weddings OR music. He was very accomodating, and helped us through every step of the way. And as far as the music - omg! Everyone was simply blown away by how amazing they were. EVERYONE absolutely RAVED, and are still talking about them. When we first started looking at bands, my husband was worried that the songs wouldn't sound right (a problem with many bands). Well, they replicated all the songs perfectly! If they can't do a song well, it doesn't go on their list. Speaking of which, they had a long list to choose from - they have such a wide range! Best of all, theyc an really read a room. They know how to warm up a crowd, and they can see if a crowd is ready to party. I would not hesitate to recomment Perrone Brothers - you won't regret it.

But when we finally met with Anthony Perrone to discuss his vision and plan for our wedding, we knew immediately that this was the band for our wedding. He had made my husband and I feel so comfortable when discussing ideas for the wedding day. Throughout the entire process the band was patient, professional and extremely organized. They reviewed the songs we had chosen and discussed in detail how we wanted the songs to be played. They confirmed and reviewed how we wanted our bridal party to be called into the room. On the day of the wedding they were even better than we suspected. As my husband and I went around greeting and thanking people for coming to our wedding, most of the guests wanted to know one thing – which one of us picked the band. They knew just the right music to play at the right time. The dance floor was packed and everyone had fun. If you book Naked Soul you truly would not have to think twice about how entertainment would turn out at your wedding. I highly recommend Naked Soul. They are talented, professional, and probably the best vendors we booked.
