Jewelry is a sentimental item, and none more so than an engagement ring. The way I was treated when I came to Perrywinkle‘s seeking help with my ring was inexcusable. So upsetting ...
that it was taken me months to be able to write this review. My ring was damaged, perhaps through the resizing process that Perrywinkle’s had performed, and Nicole was far from helpful and comforting. She placed blame directly on me, when blame was not needed (or appropriate; I had not in fact been banging my ring against a hard surface.) I was looking for help; reassurance that my ring would be repaired as good as new, and they would treat my cherished piece with the same love and honor that I have. Needless to say, I did not leave my ring with Nicole. I pulled myself together for the sake of my young daughter that had accompanied me to the store and took my business elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

wrong metal and it wasn't noticed by Perrywinkle's, but once we brought it to their attention they quickly remedied the situation and let me wear the old one until the new one was ready. Winkle was wonderful to work with and really listened to what we wanted. My wedding band was custom designed and they were extremely responsive to the minor changes I requested. I get tons of compliments on my rings.
Through their points program we basically got my husband's band for free. Also, we won tux rentals at their special invitation wedding event. It is all the little perks that enhance the value of shopping at Perrywinkle's.
