My now sister-in-law used to work at this place; she recommended it to the groom, who got the engagement ring there and had a very pleasant experience. He vowed to come back here to get our wedding rings, to which I happily obliged. I've met with Gary, Margarita, and Irina at our various visits; all very nice people and easy to communicate with. Gary is a hard worker and his work is fantastic -- I got a lot of compliments on the engagement ring for the months I had it on me!
I had lost some weight in the last month; they could easily re-size and sparkle up my ring while I waited! The Commonwealth Hotel (where they're housed) offers valet parking for their shop too, but I've always been able to find street parking without a problem. Although there aren't many already-made wedding rings available to browse (they're more of a fashion jewelry store, it seems), we were able to conceptualize from the existing designs, width, and such. I trust their artistic sense! Pricing is reasonable, and most importantly, they were able to deliver on time and we are both very pleased with their products.
Thank you, Persona! Now you're part of us every day. :D
We got our wedding bands here, as well as reset an antique diamond- both times Gary and his staff were incredibly helpful and Gary did a beautiful job on both the bands and the engagement rings. I had a bad experience with a jeweler in Cambridge, which is closer to where I live, but I never went back there because Persona was so great and professional- and definitely worth the extra traveling time. I would completely recommend them.
I happened to meet a staff memeber of Persona while out on a work function, and I mentioned that i would soon be getting engaged but ahd no idea about jewelery (ie engagement rings). They invited me to stop by their store and talk to Gary...no pressure, just someone who could help. Wow, did he ever. he helped me understand what the important parts of the ring are, sketched out a few ideas (based on what I told him) and made me feel comfortable. I never felt any pressure to buy from him. Of course I did, and my now wife loved it.
I brought her to the store and while lookibng around, she fell in love with some earings and wanted to have six pairs made to give out to her bridesmaids. Persona worked with us (and within our budget) to make our dream come true. From there it was easy to find wedding bands we both loved at a price we could afford.
a wide selection, knowledge, attention to detail, and a good price point on items. We wil be using Persona for all of our jewlery needs from now on.
