Highly recommend. Susan was great to work with! We had previously engaged (and paid a deposit) with a luxury travel agent but didn't feel like we were vibing. I read reviews online about Susan and decided to eat our deposit and work with her instead. Best decision ever. She helped us narrow down our wishlist and come up with a trip to Mallorca and the South of France (France wasn't even on our radar before). She was imaginative, easy to communicate with, and always responsive. Our return flight ended up getting cancelled and Susan jumped right in to help us troubleshoot. Susan truly made this a trip we will never forget! With stunning locations, and incredible accommodations that made us feel like true royalty, we saw Italy in a way we will never forget! There was no aspect of our trip where we felt unsure or nervous on our journey! Susan took care of every single detail down to the car ride from the hotel to the train station or airport. She found us hidden gem areas that were not as mainstream and touristy, but were maybe triple the beauty! (Plus she still managed to get us day trips to those iconic locals) This was a trip we will truly never forget and we cannot thank Susan enough! I am a frequent traveler and this was my first time letting go of the reigns and using a travel agent, and I am beyond glad I did! In two weeks we were able to see Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Florence, and Rome! In each location we were accommodated skip-the-line tickets which gave us immediate access to all the art and history in the museums, leaving us with enough time to see even more of each city! I used Sue to help with my honeymoon trip to Italy. I’ve never using a travel agent before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but Sue was a JOY to work with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable - I asked for recommendations for excursions and was not disappointed by anything she picked. She is also very responsive, responding to my email inquiries in a matter of minutes. Once your package is ready, she sends you a very well organized file with all the necessary documents which came in handy when we were traveling. I reached out to her once while we were traveling to get an earlier transfer to the airport and she jumped on it right away. She even sent us a little gift to say congratulations. I highly recommend her, especially if the idea of planning a wedding AND honeymoon at the same time makes you feel stressed out. After planning my wedding myself, the last thing I wanted to do was to plan a lavish Hawaii honeymoon. Enter Sue and Personal Escape. Sue took the time to listen to what we wanted out of our honeymoon, and then moved heaven and earth to make it happen. We had a week in Maui and a week in Kauai planned, and when Maui suffered devastating fires a week before we were set to travel, Sue and her team worked day and night (including weekends) to reschedule us onto Kauai for the entire trip. Through Sue our trip was entirely insured and we received full refunds for the Maui piece, and the best part was I didn't have to do anything (which was great because I was focused on finalizing wedding prep). I am so grateful I chose to work with Sue, and would recommend her to absolutely anyone. I love that we received a paper packet with all of our confirmation numbers, flight and excursion details. Super helpful when we didn't always have internet access on the remote island. Sue even checked in to make sure everything was going well during our trip. I couldn't have asked for better support. We look forward to working with her on our future travels.

Little late to writing our review because things have been extremely hectic since getting back from our honeymoon. But I can not thank Sue enough for the best Hawaiian Honeymoon! We got married September 30, 2022 and took a two week honeymoon to Hawaii spending a week in Kauai and a week in Maui. I contemplated booking everything myself vs a travel agent and we ended up using Sue because she had great reviews, we didn’t want to deal with the Covid rules, and Sue was very responsive. Our trip was unbelievable! We had the most amazing time! We stayed in the most beautiful hotels and everything was so easy to book with her help! We loved how organized everything was with all the confirmation numbers and information sent to us in a packet right before our trip. Sue checked in on us during the trip as well which was sweet. It truly took a lot of stress off my plate as the bride and I’m so glad we choose to use Sue! Can’t wait to have Sue help us put together a one year anniversary trip to Italy!

Sue was absolutely amazing! She helped us plan our honeymoon in Hawaii with booking hotels and renting a car. One of the hotels we had gotten a night free, plus a bottle of champagne and free sit down breakfast each morning! She also sent over a ton of excursions for us to book. In the beginning, I had a difficult time choosing hotels and what part of the islands to stay in (changed this a few times) and she was very patient with me and offered her advice. Sue from Personal Escape Travel was the BIGGEST help when planning a bachelorette party in Napa Valley. She went above and beyond to find us a place to accommodate 15 girls AND find the cheapest transportation to get us all to/from the airport and all wineries. She was always a phone call or email away - we never had to go a day without hearing back from her. Not only was truly a lifesaver, she is also the sweetest human! We then re-booked with her in 2021. After working with her again I realized she is the best of the best. I mean you truly cannot ask for more. Sue is literally the best! We had absolutely no clue what we wanted to do for our honeymoon and she sent us like 17 packages after an hour. Then after we narrowed those down to a few locations she again sent us more packages based on which packages we had interest in. She worked with us on finding the perfect spot and we settled on Barbados. Sue also checked in on us regularly including answering our questions while in the airport while she was off. She made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, and are 100% going to use her again for all of our vacations.
