orget! There was no aspect of our trip where we felt unsure or nervous on our journey! Susan took care of every single detail down to the car ride from the hotel to the train station or airport. She found us hidden gem areas that were not as mainstream and touristy, but were maybe triple the beauty! (Plus she still managed to get us day trips to those iconic locals) This was a trip we will truly never forget and we cannot thank Susan enough! I am a frequent traveler and this was my first time letting go of the reigns and using a travel agent, and I am beyond glad I did! In two weeks we were able to see Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Florence, and Rome! In each location we were accommodated skip-the-line tickets which gave us immediate access to all the art and history in the museums, leaving us with enough time to see even more of each city! Once your package is ready, she sends you a very well organized file with all the necessary documents which came in handy when we were traveling. We had a week in Maui and a week in Kauai planned, and when Maui suffered devastating fires a week before we were set to travel, Sue and her team worked day and night (including weekends) to reschedule us onto Kauai for the entire trip. Through Sue our trip was entirely insured and we received full refunds for the Maui piece, and the best part was I didn't have to do anything (which was great because I was focused on finalizing wedding prep). I am so grateful I chose to work with Sue, and would recommend her to absolutely anyone. I love that we received a paper packet with all of our confirmation numbers, flight and excursion details. Super helpful when we didn't always have internet access on the remote island. Sue even checked in to make sure everything was going well during our trip. I couldn't have asked for better support.
