Amanda was incredible - we would recommend her to anyone looking for complete peace of mind! From the first call she immediately put our minds at ease with her attention to details. The weeks leading up to our wedding day we felt so confident having Amanda lead all the final pieces with our vendors, she was always one step ahead in terms of communications! On our wedding day it felt like she was 20 places at once - super welcoming to our family and bridal party, setting up reception details exactly how we pictured, and making sure we stayed right on time!! Also her decor inventory was a huge bonus and fit our vision perfectly! We are so happy we chose Amanda to lead our special day!

Event planning has been a passion of mine for years, and began when I worked on corporate events for my full time job. I realized how much I thrived planning weddings while planning my own in 2022! For over 3 years now, I’ve had the privilege of helping to coordinate beautiful celebrations that reflect each couple’s unique love story. I believe that every detail matters, from the grandest décor to the smallest personal touches. My mission is to make the planning process seamless and enjoyable, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: celebrating your love. I love making meaningful connections with people, so I’d love to share a bit more about me on a personal level. I was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska and moved to Texas in 2013, then finally landed in Colorado in 2016. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 2 years, and we have a beautiful daughter who was born in July of 2023. We have one dog, Charley, who is a huge part of our family. My personality is funny and energetic, but am very calm in hectic situations. I love watching football and volleyball (go Huskers!), cooking & baking, as well as visiting our families in Nebraska. I understand that your wedding day is a huge event in your life, and putting your trust in someone to make your vision come to life is not easy! Rest assured that I will work as hard as I can to make sure your big day is everything you dreamed of and more.

a great job of checking in with us and keeping us on task with the planning in the final month. She really wrangled all of our other vendors so that we didn't have to worry about that, and she handled so many things behind the scenes on the day of so that everything ran super smoothly. Everybody said it was one of the best organized and run weddings that they had been to, and I have no doubt that Amanda played a big part in that. She was very willing to help me with things like picking up our alcohol and cupcakes at the bakery so that I didn't have to manage that as well while I was trying to get ready. She knew exactly how to organize and run a wedding and deal with anything that came up, from rain and lightning delays to teaching us all how to get through a rehearsal because we all had no idea! She was also very easy to reach and communicate with which is always a big plus to me.

ive - a quality I came to particularly appreciate in the last two weeks leading up to our wedding. We had a pretty stressful scheduling mishap the week prior, and Amanda 1. was super reassuring and 2. took initiative right away to find a resolution. She handled communication with all our vendors, confirmed all the final details and kept us in the loop with updates so we really didn’t have to worry about anything. Mine and my partner’s lives were made SO much easier working with Amanda and we would highly recommend her to anyone considering hiring a planner. If you’re on the fence, trust that the peace of mind you’ll get from working with her is so so worth it!

re the wedding, always answering my questions over text at any time, and doing an insane amount of work on her own for our AirBNB wedding which required a lot of DIY setup and decor. I was hesitant to hire a coordinator because I didn't want to take up extra budget, but hiring her was the best decision we made. We literally could not have done it without her. but on the day itself she went above and beyond in ways I can hardly put into words. I didn’t notice a single thing that went wrong (if anything, because she was so organized!) because she was behind the scenes handling everything with so much grace and intention. She was attentive in the most thoughtful way. Checking in on us, making sure we were cared for, and making the day flow seamlessly. She truly felt like family by the end of it, and when she said she was going to miss us after the wedding, I genuinely felt the same. oing to go without a day of coordinator…. I don’t know what I was thinking. After one meeting with Amanda I felt like I could breathe again. She lived up to every promise and she truly goes above and beyond for every bride. My family loved her, even the decor rental company we used said she was the “best planner they’ve ever worked with”. Amanda is someone that felt like a friend, a supporter, and everything in between. She came to every meeting organized and helped us come up with solutions to every problem. I felt comfortable the entire process and the day itself was perfect thanks to her. We had some pretty strange requests such as bringing a piece of cake with us since we were leaving straight on her honeymoon and WOW she was just… amazing. The work is in the details and Amanda didn’t forget any. Whatever your planning needs are, I am sure you will find the right package for you and she WILL be the best decision you make. Future brides, I promise you will be in the best hands with her!! She made the wedding planning experience so much easier and the day was perfect. I credit so much of that due to her talent.
