Petal & Glass Photography

for us first (which was included in our package) which turned out absolutely stunning! We wanted a fun and vibrant vibe in the boardwalk and they turned out even better than we ever imagined. We were so happy working with her before the wedding day because it really helped us become comfortable in front of the camera and get to know her.  Kristen did an amazing job on our wedding day as well, capturing every moment of the day. She focused on getting candids of our guests, beautiful portrait shots of us on the boardwalk, and all of the family photos we were hoping to capture for the day. Years from now we will look back at these photos and know we picked the PERFECT person to capture our big day. We can’t thank her enough and would recommend her to any couple!

day. I am so glad we chose her! She traveled to Texas to take our engagement photos, which we used in our guest book. She also took photos of our welcome party, which are so sweet to have! Our wedding photos are a dream. Looking through the albums makes us feel all the emotions over again. They are beautiful, emotional, posed and candid photos that we will cherish forever. Choosing a wedding photographer can be stressful, but I promise you cannot go wrong with Petal and Glass!!

I saw in her photos that were all so bright and airy looking. After speaking with her on the phone we knew that she was the one we wanted to work with on our wedding day. Kristen is soft spoken and has this calm voice and aura that makes you feel at ease even during the chaos of wedding planning! Our engagement photos and wedding photos have all come back faster than expected and so unbelievably beautiful. I cannot thank Petal & Glass Photography enough for capturing every moment (big and small) on our wedding day.

breathtaking photo. She is great at helping you relax in front of the camera. She keeps the vibes chill and relaxed so you can stay feel at ease. Every photo she takes is a work of art. We loved working with Kristen.

able.

eautiful natural photos of the most important day Kristen is your girl! We felt calm and comfortable the whole wedding day, never felt rushed, and Kristen developed the most comprehensive time line for the day of. She also kept us on track the whole day, and never bothered us while we were enjoying time with our family and friends to take photos. I received countless compliments on how sweet she was with my family. I got sneak peaks back literally days after the wedding and they are beyond gorgeous. Her style is so beautiful and natural. I am anxiously awaiting all the rest of the photos! I can not say enough wonderful things about Kristen. Thank you again Kristen for a wonderful experience and the most gorgeous photos we will cherish forever.

ding. Our original wedding date got changed due to Covid and we had to switch things around last minute. I reached out to Kristen through mutual friends and she was available to do our very small ceremony on our original wedding date. She was SO friendly, easy to work with, and made us feel so comfortable for only meeting her once and her shooting our "mini wedding". We knew that we had to have her on our rescheduled date. Flash forward to April 2021 and she was able to recreate some of the most amazing moments and photos that Christian and I will cherish forever. Do not settle when looking for your photographer. I highly recommend Kristen to everyone looking! She has a beautiful vision and is able to get such great shots. She is so quick, efficient, and so down to earth. We can never thank her enough for everything she did for us! Christian and I are so in love with ALL of our wedding photos & fully have Kristen to thank :) During our wedding day, it was mentioned multiple times that we had a "dream team" line up of vendors and I couldn't have said it better myself. Thank you thank you thank you again Kristen! Xo, The Klumpp's!

sy she was to work with. She has a kind and calming demeanor, which brought a sense of peace to me on my wedding day (and likely made for even BETTER photos). She truly went above and beyond for me as a COVID bride. Even with our ever-changing schedule & last minute re-booking, Kristen did everything she could to make things work because it is very clear how much she loves her job & cares about her clients. We will surely be working with her for years to come to capture all of our family's major moments.

n amazing wedding photographer, and she proved me right! She is one of the sweetest people I've ever known, she she shines as a wedding photographer. Kristen is calm, collected, and organized, but she can be commanding when she needs to be (like trying to organize my giant family for pictures and making sure they all had their eyes open). She also makes you feel comfortable being photographed if you feel like you're awkward in front of the camera, and she makes sure the poses are varied and flattering. Not only is Kristen awesome at sticking to the schedule and making sure she's serving your vision for your wedding, her pictures are GORGEOUS! I am beyond happy with how they turned out, and I'm having trouble just picking a few to print and hang up! All of the pictures came out beautifully, even though they were shot in a dark church, the bright summer sun, and a dark reception hall with spotlights. Kristen is a very talented photographer and editor, and she knows what she's doing behind the camera. Hiring her was the best decision I made for my wedding! (After saying yes to the proposal, of course) Hire Kristen if you want a stress-free wedding day that is photographed beautifully! :)

think to ask! Super responsive and attentive through the entire process and an absolute professional the day of. I was mid panic attack during the majority of my photos and you would honestly never know with the final product. My husband and I would highly recommend!

lly when we contacted her to set up a date and location for our engagement photos. My husband was initially skeptical that a wedding photographer could capture the natural beauty of our wedding day, but he was immediately reassured when he met Kristen for our engagement photo session. Kristen was always so calm, collected, and genuinely excited to do her job. She was so organized for our wedding day and clearly communicated with us about what we wanted on our wedding day and which photos were important to us. She even worked with us to construct an individualized timeline for our wedding so that she could capture the most pictures for us. She portrayed the true essence of our wedding day because she was always present at the right times to capture our big moments without distracting anyone or drawing attention to herself. Her assistant Elizabeth was absolutely amazing and so enjoyable to work with too. Kristen was so fast to deliver our photos, she gave us such a thorough and beautiful wedding gallery and had it all completed while we were still on our honeymoon! We absolutely love her work and have so many amazing pictures from the best day of our lives. Kristen delivers incredible work for such a reasonable price, and she charges such a fair price to travel for weddings outside of NJ. We love Kristen's work and hope to use her again someday to capture more of our family memories. We most highly recommend her for weddings or any special occasion.

e we were a good match and she would be able to convey authenticity in our wedding photos, which is what I wanted. Most wedding photos look so conventional and over processed, and that is not really what I was going for. Kristen was easy to work with, she was not overbearing, and it did not feel like anyone was taking photos at all--except she actually was there, taking beautiful snapshots of us with our family and friends while we were enjoying the moment. I think that is a great quality in a photographer, to be able to capture the best moments without you even being aware that it is being documented. Our wedding was outdoors, and many photographers struggle with capturing good photos outdoors, but outdoor weddings are her thing, for sure. Also, she had our photos turned around for us in 3 weeks--which is pretty fast for wedding photos! Overall, Kristen is very professional, and I highly recommend her work. Thank you Kristen! --Jes & Brian

s! I cannot recommend her highly enough!!

my husband and I have for each other. She is so talented and she's given us the most beautiful photographs to remember our wedding day, I cannot recommend her enough! Having beautiful photos to remember our wedding day was really important to us, and there is no better choice than Kristen with Petal & Glass!

itimately cares about the couple as people and not just clients, but Kristen did that from the very first time we met her. She was so thoughtful and detail-oriented the entire time. I would definitely recommend her for any wedding. Having Kristen as our photographer made the whole process of wedding planning an absolute breeze! Thank you so much!

ight choice! Leading up the wedding we (myself and the venue) had a scheduling conflict over our planned picture-taking location. Despite searching for different locations to shoot at after the ceremony I had no idea where to go. Kristen suggested an area and I'm so very glad we listened to her! Our pictures came out so beautiful and our friends and family cannot stop raving about them. We've had people personally message us to tell us how amazing our photographer was and how much they love our photos! I was also very nervous about looking awkward in my pictures and she reassured me that it would be fine. And she was right! No awkward pictures (or at least that she showed me! lol). We LOVE how our photos turned out and I have no idea how to decide which ones to print. Kristen made the entire process so fun by sending me little notes and reminders leading up to the big day. She is very professional and kind and I cannot express how grateful we are for our amazing pictures.

al beauty is astonishing and I would not change a single thing about our engagement or wedding photos. She is extremely personable and loves to get to know you. She is great at capturing you in special, natural moments with your significant other. She was very organized and was a great asset to calming me down when I spilled cranberry juice on my dress at my wedding. She captured all of the moments I wanted her to and many more. When I look through the wedding photos I can relive every special moment of the day. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Kristen for you wedding or next photo shoot!

any of those cheesy wedding poses. She worked quickly to get all of our family shots done so everyone could enjoy cocktail hour. Our engagement photo session was relaxed and fun and all the photos came out perfectly. We can't wait to see our wedding photos!

tures and her. The week of the wedding she called to go over final details and make sure we were all on the same page. After our wedding day she sent us two adorable packages - our printed photos as well as a USB with all our pictures downloaded on it. Just a great experience all around.

cerns we may have had. She listened very well and heard all of our ideas and thoughts and also offered unique and thoughtful advice. She made us feel at ease immediately and we knew we could trust her with our engagement photography as well as our wedding photography. Everything turned out absolutely amazing and beautiful from start to finish. For our engagement shoot she even helped with a creative spin and brought hot coffee and ice to make one of my husband and I’s favorite drinks – iced coffee. She also prepared us ice cream cones for our engagement shoot. I couldn’t have asked for more beautiful wedding photographs. Kristen thought of every important detail and captured every moment I could have thought of wanting on our wedding day. Kristen is a master at lighting and capturing you naturally. We highly recommend her.
