day. I am so glad we chose her! She traveled to Texas to take our engagement photos, which we used in our guest book. She also took photos of our welcome party, which are so sweet to have! Our wedding photos are a dream. Looking through the albums makes us feel all the emotions over again. They are beautiful, emotional, posed and candid photos that we will cherish forever. Choosing a wedding photographer can be stressful, but I promise you cannot go wrong with Petal and Glass!!

I saw in her photos that were all so bright and airy looking. After speaking with her on the phone we knew that she was the one we wanted to work with on our wedding day. Kristen is soft spoken and has this calm voice and aura that makes you feel at ease even during the chaos of wedding planning! Our engagement photos and wedding photos have all come back faster than expected and so unbelievably beautiful. We felt calm and comfortable the whole wedding day, never felt rushed, and Kristen developed the most comprehensive time line for the day of. She also kept us on track the whole day, and never bothered us while we were enjoying time with our family and friends to take photos. ding. Our original wedding date got changed due to Covid and we had to switch things around last minute. I reached out to Kristen through mutual friends and she was available to do our very small ceremony on our original wedding date. She was SO friendly, easy to work with, and made us feel so comfortable for only meeting her once and her shooting our "mini wedding". We knew that we had to have her on our rescheduled date. Flash forward to April 2021 and she was able to recreate some of the most amazing moments and photos that Christian and I will cherish forever. Do not settle when looking for your photographer. I highly recommend Kristen to everyone looking! She has a beautiful vision and is able to get such great shots. She is so quick, efficient, and so down to earth. We can never thank her enough for everything she did for us! Christian and I are so in love with ALL of our wedding photos & fully have Kristen to thank :) During our wedding day, it was mentioned multiple times that we had a "dream team" line up of vendors and I couldn't have said it better myself. n amazing wedding photographer, and she proved me right! She is one of the sweetest people I've ever known, she she shines as a wedding photographer. Kristen is calm, collected, and organized, but she can be commanding when she needs to be (like trying to organize my giant family for pictures and making sure they all had their eyes open). She also makes you feel comfortable being photographed if you feel like you're awkward in front of the camera, and she makes sure the poses are varied and flattering. Not only is Kristen awesome at sticking to the schedule and making sure she's serving your vision for your wedding, her pictures are GORGEOUS! I am beyond happy with how they turned out, and I'm having trouble just picking a few to print and hang up! All of the pictures came out beautifully, even though they were shot in a dark church, the bright summer sun, and a dark reception hall with spotlights. Kristen is a very talented photographer and editor, and she knows what she's doing behind the camera. Hiring her was the best decision I made for my wedding! (After saying yes to the proposal, of course) Hire Kristen if you want a stress-free wedding day that is photographed beautifully! :)

My husband was initially skeptical that a wedding photographer could capture the natural beauty of our wedding day, but he was immediately reassured when he met Kristen for our engagement photo session. Kristen was always so calm, collected, and genuinely excited to do her job. She was so organized for our wedding day and clearly communicated with us about what we wanted on our wedding day and which photos were important to us. She even worked with us to construct an individualized timeline for our wedding so that she could capture the most pictures for us. She portrayed the true essence of our wedding day because she was always present at the right times to capture our big moments without distracting anyone or drawing attention to herself. Her assistant Elizabeth was absolutely amazing and so enjoyable to work with too. Kristen was so fast to deliver our photos, she gave us such a thorough and beautiful wedding gallery and had it all completed while we were still on our honeymoon! We absolutely love her work and have so many amazing pictures from the best day of our lives. Kristen delivers incredible work for such a reasonable price, and she charges such a fair price to travel for weddings outside of NJ. We love Kristen's work and hope to use her again someday to capture more of our family memories. We most highly recommend her for weddings or any special occasion.

e we were a good match and she would be able to convey authenticity in our wedding photos, which is what I wanted. Most wedding photos look so conventional and over processed, and that is not really what I was going for. Kristen was easy to work with, she was not overbearing, and it did not feel like anyone was taking photos at all--except she actually was there, taking beautiful snapshots of us with our family and friends while we were enjoying the moment. I think that is a great quality in a photographer, to be able to capture the best moments without you even being aware that it is being documented. Our wedding was outdoors, and many photographers struggle with capturing good photos outdoors, but outdoor weddings are her thing, for sure. Also, she had our photos turned around for us in 3 weeks--which is pretty fast for wedding photos! Overall, Kristen is very professional, and I highly recommend her work. ight choice! Leading up the wedding we (myself and the venue) had a scheduling conflict over our planned picture-taking location. Despite searching for different locations to shoot at after the ceremony I had no idea where to go. Kristen suggested an area and I'm so very glad we listened to her! Our pictures came out so beautiful and our friends and family cannot stop raving about them. We've had people personally message us to tell us how amazing our photographer was and how much they love our photos! I was also very nervous about looking awkward in my pictures and she reassured me that it would be fine. And she was right! No awkward pictures (or at least that she showed me! lol). We LOVE how our photos turned out and I have no idea how to decide which ones to print. Kristen made the entire process so fun by sending me little notes and reminders leading up to the big day. She is very professional and kind and I cannot express how grateful we are for our amazing pictures.
