I want you to feel supported and confident throughout the planning process, and fully present on your wedding day. I focus on clear communication and thoughtful coordination, handling the details behind the scenes so you can actually enjoy this season. I’m so grateful for my incredible team of lead and assistant coordinators who bring professionalism, warmth, and care to every wedding we support. , positive, humorous, calm and elegant wedding planner, and my husband was very fond of Ashley as well. She took good care of our mood and mental state as well as professionally moved along the planning processes and administrative questions. I am an event manager myself, and I thought it would be tough to let go and allow someone else to take care of your wedding, but Ashley is the one person who I was ready to trust immediately and I never regretted it. Her team was extremely helpful on site, the vendors she suggested we all helpful and amazing, and I couldn't be happier now for how my wedding went :)))

med, stressed, and couldn't think clearly at times and on the wedding day she completely took over while I got ready and did more than she probably was even supposed to. Annette and her assistant were so kind and had a great eye for decorating. I joked around with everyone but couldn't be more serious at the same time when I told them that she was my peace and I felt safe the second I saw her show up the morning of the wedding. Nobody realizes until they are in the position of planning an entire wedding how much emotion and stress is behind it along with the financial burden and she took into consideration every bit of it. 2 years of stress and it taking a toll on me, I am forever greatful from the bottom of my heart that I got so lucky with my day of planner! If you think you do not need atleast a day of planner, if not a full length planner, you are making a mistake. They will take the burden and let you enjoy your wedding day. It is worth every penny.

She came on with about a month left on the clock and was absolutely on our team, from dealing with vendors to helping us with smaller details that we might have forgotten. Ashley and team made sure every detail was taken care of and ready to go for the day of. She made everything easy, stress free, seamless and she genuinely cared for us. o have one, so we started our search! And oh my, were we wrong, because we are so so grateful that we did have a wedding planner, and that we found Petal & Palm Weddings. Our wedding planner was Alex, and she was just the best, truly. Kind, organized, on top of everything, and fun. We had signed a contract for a day-of coordinator, but honestly, it was so much more. Many weeks before the wedding, I started having weekly meetings with Alex, where we went over every little detail and made sure vendors are on the same page. Whenever I had questions in between our meetings, she was ready to answer them, and always reminded me when items where due. On the day of the wedding, Alex and her team (everyone was lovely) helped us with all last-minute things, and made sure that everything is perfect. Whatever came up, Alex sorted it out. Thank you, Alex, for being such a great wedding planner! Would give all the stars.

nd did a schedule together with me. She is also very pleasant to work with and have very good ideas and advices. The reason why I am giving 4 starts it’s because on the wedding day, it seems like she was not very focus on executing the plans we agree on previously. This was disappointing because I had to ensure everything was done and I couldn’t relax and enjoy 100% my special day 😔 also she was not working together with the MC/ DJ making sure when he announced something, it was the right time. The beach ceremony was delayed due to an issue with the arch decoration, which I only knew about it right before walking down the aisle. Alex didn't find a solution, and it was already late, but thankfully the groomsmen had the idea to hold it up during the ceremony. I wish the experience had been somehow different in that matter. I'm not sure if Alex and her assistant lacked experience, but they seemed a little unfocused. Despite this, it was still worth having them. Thank you for been there and helping me on my special day ❤️ you have a very good energy ✨

isn’t a detail that was missed or forgotten. My husband and I decided it would be best to get married right after getting engaged instead of dragging it on since we were doing long distance prior to the engagement. We contacted Petal & Palm Weddings about 2 weeks before the actual wedding, I thought they’d laugh for how unorganized and late I was but on the contrary, they reassured me I was in good hands and they’d take care of every single thing that had to be done.
