the planning process, she checked in, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure all the essentials were covered without ever pressuring me. Everyone who interacted with her went out of their way to tell me how amazing she was. My maid of honor, the venue staff, and even several guests were so impressed by her professionalism and kindness. Did every detail go exactly according to plan on the wedding day? Of course not, because they never day. But Victoria handled everything with such calm confidence that I was able to stay fully present and enjoy my day. She made decisions when they needed to be made, checked in when it mattered, and kept everything moving smoothly without ever feeling bossy or overbearing. She made me be able to relax and be fully present on my wedding day, because I knew she had things handled. 100% recommend.

onestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to planning a wedding, and she completely took the stress away. Even our other vendors commented on how organized and wonderful she was to work with. We had a couple of mishaps and she was there to save the day every time. Her spreadsheet with mini deadlines was very organized and helped me stay on track and not get overwhelmed which left room for so many personal details come to life on the big day. She would frequently begin/end our planning calls with a check-in to see how I was feeling which was a very personal touch. No matter what new idea I came up with Victoria was very open and did her best to make sure I, as the bride, felt like the most important person on our special day. On the days leading up to the wedding I lost my voice and she still was such an anchor of strength and stability. I could not have imagined my wedding day without Petal and Pearl and am honored to now call Victoria not just my wedding planner, but my friend.
