The whole process was stressful, I feel like she over-promised what she would be able to give me and I wish she would have just been honest instead of trying to say anything to keep me as a customer. She tried to give me a quote that was 3x higher than the amount she gave me at our initial meeting (I hadn't changed what flowers I wanted or anything, the amount was just 3x higher, hundreds of dollars of difference), and when I told her I couldn't pay that we decided to drop some types of flowers in order to lower the price. The end result was not close to pictures I showed, the colors were drastically different shades and completely different style of bouquet, and included some fillers that I specifically told her I didn't want. My friends were trying to last minute help me fix it and buy replacement flowers in the right colors, but I ended up just using a Costco bouquet.
