From our very first consultation, we knew we were in the best hands. What truly set our florist apart wasn't just their incredible talent. It was their undivided attention to us an...
d relationship we built with them throughout the entire planning process. They took the time to truly understand our vision and brought it to life in ways that left us completely speechless on our wedding day. Every arrangement was absolutely stunning, and we were so impressed by how beautifully everything came together, all while staying within our budget. Communication was seamless from start to finish; they were always responsive, thoughtful, and reassuring during what can be such a stressful time. If you're looking for a florist and/or a wedding planner who will treat your wedding like it's their own and pour their heart into every single detail, look no further. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
We were very disappointed with our experience with this florist for our daughter’s wedding. Several floral items did not match what was outlined in the proposal. The bouquets and a...
rbor did not resemble inspiration pictures or vision shared and wreaths we ordered arrived bare and brown when they were supposed to include ribbon and flowers.
Communication leading up to the wedding was challenging, which added stress around details. The most upsetting issue was the champagne wall intended to be used as the seating chart. We rented the wall from the florist, provided the guest count of 190, and the wall was set up by the florist, but it only held 77 glasses. Guests had trouble finding their glasses, and family and venue staff had to improvise during the cocktail hour causing an embarrassing and stressful situation.
When these concerns were brought up after the wedding, blame was placed on the venue staff for the champagne wall and rather than addressing the rest of the discrepancies between the proposal and what was provided the response my daughter received was that her intention with bringing up these concerns was to “recoup wedding expenses through retroactive complaints.” Unfortunately there were several areas where service we received did not match what was outlined in the proposal and the response to this was very surprising and upsetting.
We share this review to spare any stress for future brides and encourage clarifying details and expectations when working with this florist.

Harley and Amy were great to work with. I was incredibly nervous about florals for our wedding and our venue had posted a few photos with Petaled Pail. I figured it wouldn’t hurt t...
o chat, we ended up meeting again at a wedding show, and it just felt right. Amy met with my fiancé and I numerous times, they had a very relaxed workflow and let me share everything that was in my brain. The best part of working with them was not only did they make my vision a reality, but they also took the time to know my “absolutely NOTs” when it came to florals. I was pretty specific with my vision because I was more nontraditional with my florals and did a LOT of decor myself, Amy leaned in. After calls I’d follow up with photos, shared my Pinterest board and I just felt like they got me. They also knew the space we were getting married and could suggest different things. We ended up with mismatched towers for our ceremony (along with lots of other florals!!) and I was SO PLEASED with how they turned out. We didn’t even know those options were possible until we met with the team. Absolutely the best.
Amy and Harley were incredible to work with and made our wedding vision come to life! They helped with florals, design, and day of coordination. The florals were stunning and they ...
really complimented what we were looking for, as well as the venue. I can't say enough good things about their day of coordination - this was a massive help and the day went off without a hitch thanks to them. They were always punctual with their response and willing to answer any and all questions throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

o create floral arrangements that literally made me cry upon seeing them. I loved the way Petaled Pail works by asking for a budget and a vision with a Pinterest board and using those concepts to bring the ideas to life. Amy was easy to communicate with and helped provide us with photo stands for our table numbers. I am so happy with the way our florals turned out and can't imagine I could've found a better florist to put everything together!

hey covered everything & more and stayed on top of things to make sure the day flowed V8 perfectly. From the flowers, to ordering programs to backdrops, keeping us rolling throughout the night, you name it, they took care of it! Even helping us to use the restroom (LOL!) On top of that they were so very kind and professional in addition to being reasonable. I highly recommend them!!!

My daughter was Married on November 19th at Old Kinderhook Resort in Camdenton MO. and we hired Petaled Pail for all of our Floral needs and decorations. They went above and beyond...
all of our wants and needs they traveled 3 Hours and had everything set-up to perfection for the Ceremony and Reception well before the start so we had no concerns of running behind. My daughters bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were absolutely gorgeous. I could go on and on but to show my extreme satisfaction is the referral I would give for them to any of my friends and family. You will never regret choosing Petaled Pail for your shower/wedding and reception or any type of floral needs
My number one regret of my wedding was booking them. I was absolutely disappointed walking into my ballroom on my wedding day. They promised me the world and did not deliver. Every...
thing they showed me on my “vision board” did not look like what I saw on my wedding day. They ran out of ribbon for pews so they didn’t hang all the flowers promised at my ceremony and they were still setting up while guests arrived when they had ample time to get there. They blamed it on traffic and a heavy mirror to set up. I asked for some type of refund of justification for not providing all the flowers promised and they quickly deleted all contracts and said they would send me an itemized list of everything used. It’s been 4+ months and they have stopped communications with me. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.
I cannot say enough about this group! They made our wedding and reception look incredible. We used Amy, Harley and Dani to help us plan and design the wedding we dreamed of. And bo...
y did they deliver! From the florals, to our signs and menus….each venue was breathtaking and full of little details, many of which we are seeing for the first time in pictures! They are amazing to work with and cannot recommend them enough.

didn’t have an extremely clear vision about what I wanted, it was so lovely working with Amy who was so kind and took the little bit of direction given and ran with it! Everything turned out so beautiful and really exceeded all of my expectations. We received many compliments from guests at how beautiful the flowers were. I felt that we received excellent support and service from Amy, Harley, and team as they were very thorough in their checklists to ensure we had everything we wanted and delivery and setup went very smooth as well. Couldn’t have had a better experience with this team and would highly recommend for your wedding!!

e arch and even more amazed after the room flip. Every detail was perfect and better than I ever imagined. I gave Amy some guidance, but she took my vision and ran with it. The team makes it super easy to rent decor and the set up/ clean up makes the day worry free for you as a bride! Best decision ever! Guests wanted to take my center pieces home and I didn’t think twice about sending my beautiful bouquet off to be preserved for a forever memory! Thank you Petaled Pail!

rley made every single detail perfect for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception with the most beautiful florals and details. They were more than amazing to work with and took the extra time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and more! Dani was our wedding coordinator, and I genuinely couldn’t have imagined our wedding without her! From every single meeting we had, to the rehearsal dinner and reception, Dani was always more than prepared, and she made our wedding day absolutely perfect. I never once had to stress about the details or how the day was going to flow because Dani took care of everything perfectly! I absolutely recommend Petaled Pail for all of your floral needs, ceremony/reception details, and wedding planning!!!

ng presence and was a joy to work with. I wasn’t sure what kind of flowers I wanted so wasn’t able to give Petaled Pail much guidance on what I wanted other than my Pinterest boards and they knocked everything out of the park and created exactly what I had in mind. The vision board they created and their planning sheet helped reassure me that they were going to create something beautiful and knew exactly what I wanted. Come wedding day, every time I saw one of their designs, I got so excited. When they dropped off the bouquets, I was so happy with how they turned out. I didn’t get to see the aisle or altar decorations until I walked down the aisle and while I was a little distracted with the whole getting married thing, it was so fun to take everything in for the first time and see that they nailed everything I asked for. Same thing for the reception and centerpieces, I was in awe with how beautiful each table was and loved the variation of high centerpieces, compotes, and lanterns. I loved everything the Petaled Pail team created and loved working with Amy and Harley!

When I started planning, the flowers overwhelmed me a bit. I knew the look I liked, but had no idea on how to translate my vision into real life. All it took was me showing them a few pictures and explaining what I was thinking, and they did the rest! They also had a large variety of rental items. I was shocked that they literally had every single item I needed to fit my theme. That really saved me a lot of time, stress, and money! I was, and still am, so happy with how it all turned out. So many guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were.
