She provided great advice, creating every vision I had into reality, picked the best vendors for me and went above and beyond the call for my every need! Her sweet calming nature helped me through my moments of panic, always there reassuring me that everything would be perfect, and she went out of her way to ensure I had every last detail perfectly!! I changed my theme a few times and each time she painted the perfect picture of my day, no matter which theme I went with! Ultimately we went for the Indian/American theme and her talent poured into creating the best wedding ever!! From decorating, to co-ordinating, to calming, she worked with such ease and professionalism, everyone was impressed and I cannot thank her enough!! Every aspect of the wedding moved on time, with everyone being exactly where they needed to be and doing their part, thanks to her timeline and perfect co-ordination! With Toria's talent, amazing skills, calming personality and extreme professionalism, I have no doubt she will make any couple happy and create the perfect party!! I was able to sit down and enjoy the week leading up to the wedding and the entire big day thanks to Toria! I highly recommend Petals and Lace, and Toria! without Toria and her team from Petals and Lace. By the time we hired Toria, we were only a few months out from the wedding, so my fiance and I chose to go with the day-of coordination package. However, Toria helped us through much more than just our wedding day. From the moment we met, we felt that she understood what we were looking for in a planner, and what our vision was for our wedding. Having both sets of parents living out of town, we really didn't have a "team" to depend on with any sort of planning help, and when we hired Toria, I for one felt so much better just knowing I had someone on my side and that I could rely on for help or questions. Leading up to the wedding Toria helped us by coming to our final details meeting at our venue, researching a last minute videographer (literally last minute--like 3 weeks out from the wedding), and was there to answer any and all questions. She even thought of things we hadn't considered. She was also so, so, so helpful (I can't stress it enough) in doing final vendor confirmations, as well as helping us create a timeline for the weekend, which was HUGE in keeping my stress and anxiety in check. During the wedding weekend we appreciated that she came to our rehearsal so she could understand the flow of the ceremony, and more importantly meet some of the key players of the weekend (ie. bridal party, parents, officiant, etc.). She was also able to go over any last minute details afterwards about the day of and set up, so that we were completely on the same page. On the wedding day, I didn't have to worry about a single thing because I knew I was in such good hands. In the morning, instead of a family member having to pick up 16 dozen Holtman's donuts, Toria's team handled it. Instead of ushers having to collect flowers and transport them, they moved everything to the reception so that we could enjoy pictures and celebrating with family and friends. When it came to our reception, everything was decorated perfectly according to our vision. I really didn't leave too much direction for our decor, however, not only did Toria folly our requests, but did an amazing job transforming our space to make it just perfect! I couldn't have done it better! Throughout the night, everything went according to our timeline, and she made sure to check in every now and again to make sure things were great (which they always were!) If something went wrong on the day of the wedding, we had NO idea about it because everything was so well planned. Overall, my advice as a past bride is you will not regret having a planner. We didn't think we needed one but we definitely did! I would completely recommend Toria with Petals and Lace because I really felt that she had our best interest at heart during the entire wedding planning process. At times with other vendors you have trouble trusting them and if they really want whats best for you or their bottom line, but we never felt that with her. We also liked that we felt we were her only focus, not like possibly other planners that have tons of brides and weddings to work on all at the same time. She understood our vision, was knowledgeable about the industry, and was readily available at all times without being pushy. We are so pleased we went with Petals and Lace for our big day!!
