hat all I knew was that I wanted Petals and Linens to take care of my reception for my wedding. Fast forward to wedding planning Laura replied to me right away after making an inquiry. To say the least I personally met up with her 2x the whole year because of how difficult my schedule was. The week before the wedding I sent her pictures of the color scheme and style I had in visioned for my floral arrangements, one late night phone meeting and she took care of it! She is ridiculously talented and so good at her craft! Laura Thank You so much for doing such a beautiful job! Two months later and I still look back with disbelief how beautiful you left my venue with the floral arrangements! Cannot imagine doing business with anyone else from now on!

nly did she do an absolutely amazing job with the florals, but she coordinated my wedding with her awesome team (Patty and Angel) and the day was flawless. Nothing went wrong the day of my wedding and it is because she was on top of everything for me. I received a lot of compliments on my flowers from my guests. I would recommend Petals and Linens a million times! Laura is the best at wedding florals and coordination!!!

Besides her beautiful and very cost effective arrangements I also used her to do the setup and day of coordination. Laura and her team went above and beyond with all they did. My venue looked so amazing because of the way they set up. Everything flowed smoothly because of their attention to every detail. They began contacting every vendor weeks before and confirmed all services and start times. My wedding was one of the most important days of my life and thankfully on the day of I had nothing to worry about because Petals and Linens provided the most excellent service, most beautiful setup, and by far the most amazing flowers. Laura was really great to work with and always responded to emails/phone calls right away. I changed my mind a million times on what I wanted for flowers and she was super patient and easy to work with. I basically planned my whole wedding from another state so it was really important for us to be able to communicate via email/phone instead of sitting down with pictures and she made the process easy and painless. When I got back into town she brought samples to my house which was nice. She even helped on the day of my wedding when the chair rental company couldn't get their act together for the ceremony. Her prices were great without losing quality of the flowers or service. I would definitely recommend her.

The flowers we received were nice and the arrangements were generally OK; however, I had requested a cascading bouquet because I didn't want all the stems showing and what I got was a standard bridal bouquet with literally two flowers flopped over to make it look "cascading". There was supposed to be shoots of flowers cascading down covering the stems. It was so bad I ended up just cutting off the two floppy flowers (it made them look dead) and basically ended up with a standard bouquet. I was annoyed because I had paid extra for a "cascading" arrangement. I had also requested hot pink roses, but ended up with lighter pink roses (guess these may be hard to find?). Overall the flowers were good, but did not meet my expectations.

She also worked with my budget to make sure I got the flowers I wanted. Her communication with me was always great whether it was by phone, text or email. She also went above and beyond the day of my wedding calling the bakery to find out where my cake was because it was late. It wasn't her job to call but she took the initiative and took charge without me having to ask.

on venue Petals and Linen's staff( owner Laura) were absolutely professional, prompt, and prepared a great deal for our day. Laura, was easy to work with and communicate with from state to state. I would also like to point out how we didn't exceed our budget with Petals and Linens, but they made our wedding venues seem as if we were celebrities with high end budgets, with all of the beautiful cascades, wreaths, center pieces, corsages, bouquets,and not to mention all of our linen. In other words she made our wedding Magical. I recommend Petals and Linens to any one who is seeking floral and linen services with EXCELLENCE!
