Words cannot fully express how grateful we are for Cassey and her team with Petals & Pearls and the immense role they played in making our wedding day everything we could have ever...
dreamed of and more. From our first meeting to the final send-off at the end of the night, Cassey and her team were there every step of the way, not only as a professional but as a true partner in our wedding journey.
Their attention to detail was impeccable. They listened to our ideas, understood our vision, and brought it to life in ways we never imagined possible. Truly. Whether it was coordinating with vendors, managing the timeline, or offering support during the most stressful moments, Cassey did it all with grace, warmth, and an infectious enthusiasm that made everything feel so seamless.
We truly appreciated how everyone went above and beyond, always ensuring that we felt calm, prepared, and excited in the lead-up to the big day (even if I was a little unorganized). Cassey's ability to anticipate our needs and take care of everything behind the scenes meant that we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the celebration without a single worry.
Thank you for being not just a wedding coordinator, but a true friend who made this experience unforgettable. We’ll always look back on our wedding with love and appreciation for everything you did to make it perfect. We are forever grateful!
Please look at the beautiful pictures David Cheney Photography took of her beautiful work of my florals and decorations 😭!! My bouquet was everything!
With all our love and thanks,
Emily & Nathaniel Pleitez

ral arrangements for our wedding, but her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made her feel like a member of our family from the very beginning.
The flowers were nothing short of perfect — from the lush bridal bouquet to the intricate floral installations at the venue, every detail exceeded our expectations. She took the time to get to know me and my vision, offering thoughtful suggestions while making sure everything was exactly as I dreamed.
On our wedding day, the flowers were a true reflection of our love story — timeless, beautiful, and full of meaning. The flowers were delivered and set up beautifully, exactly on time. The attention to detail was clear, from the flower crown for my flower girl to the floral arch pieces for our ceremony. We are so grateful for their hard work and the love they poured into our day.
What really set them apart was the personal touch & customer service. Petal & Pearls Unique Designs went above and beyond to ensure every flower was fresh and every arrangement was flawless. Cassey was always available for questions, and her calming presence during the entire planning process made everything feel effortless and stress free.
Now the Petals & Pearls Unique Designs team truly is family & we couldn't be more thankful for them. I highly recommend Petals & Pearls Unique Designs to any couple looking for top-notch wedding florals! If you’re looking for a florist who combines creativity, professionalism, and heart, look no further — they’re the best!
My hope is this review highlights the personal connection and exceptional service, emphasizing how Cassey & her team went beyond just providing flowers they truly became a trusted part of our wedding journey.

is treat to be a part of our wedding day and Petals and Pearls created the smores bar of our dreams. They were easy to communicate with and accommodating when plans changed (my wedding was rescheduled twice due to COVID). They created solutions to COVID food restrictions that had us nervous we would not be able to have the s’mores bar. It was such a special treat and our guests absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend anyone to hire Petals & Pearls for their wedding!

ithout these two and their team. They lifted a huge burden off of us, on the day we wanted to enjoy the most. Stephanie, even battled 30mph winds to save our outdoor sail backdrop for the ceremony. Trust these ladies, they know what they are doing.

ved out of town from our venue and vendors. Cassey was extremely flexible with my schedule and found a way to make our meetings work. She was able to stay within out budget for all of our vendors while providing helpful recommendations for well-known vendors. The weeks leading up to wedding, Casey took complete control of vendor relations allowing us to focus on each other up until the big day. The day of the wedding was perfect, Casey and her team of four setup the venue, exceeding our expectations. We were looking for a care free wedding day, and Casey made that possible for us.
As it pertained to floral decorations, I was unsure of what I wanted. I gave Cassey some ideas as to what I wanted, and she ran with them. The arrangements her team put together were beautiful. I told her I wanted my cake table to resemble a garden and she nailed it. Every detail of the wedding was captured perfectly even though I was unsure of what I wanted specifically. Her team placed all of the decorations exactly as described in my detailed floorplan submitted to The Springs. Cassey also provided linens that were perfectly pressed and placed on the tables before I even arrived at the venue that morning. The bride, the mother of the bride, and the bridesmaids did not lift a finger on the wedding day and that was exactly what we were wanting in a wedding planner.
I met Cassey and her team at The Springs open house. From the moment we met, Cassey was so helpful and had a ton of great ideas. We had our wedding in Rockwall but are currently li...
ving in Houston, so that was definitely not easy. We communicated through text message, and she was always quick to respond to my questions. I was so indecisive when it came down to a lot and she always helped me narrow down my choices and everything was simply stunning the day of! She made my vision come to light and I am forever grateful for all of her work! ❤️
Absolutely loved all the pretty floral and greenery provided by Petals and Pearls. Cassey took our theme and ran with it. Everything was gorgeous!

net that I wanted to base my entire wedding on (no pressure) and she really embraced it and encouraged me to run with it. Cassey & Dan met me for coffee and we set to work planning. I couldn't believe how intuitive she was about my style and preferences. Her and Dan are so kind and attentive! They are exactly the kind of people you want to do business with because they are professional and experienced while maintaining the family business vibe. At our last meeting, I decided I wanted to go bigger with some extra add-ons and we also changed the center piece idea to include 3 styles of tables instead of just one. Cassey was excited and totally into doing whatever it took to make this happen. Cassey sent me tons of pictures of ideas and even stayed up creating new ideas until she was sure I was totally in love with the whole thing. On the day of, everything was picture perfect! I cried when I saw my bouquet. I felt like I was really surrounded by vibrancy and beauty. My husband and family were also incredibly impressed and loved everything! Thank you so much Cassey & Family for making my day perfect! :)
