Petals was extremely accommodating throughout the planning process (even in the last month or so) as our guest number and envisioned designs fluctuated. We were blown away by how it all came together on our wedding day, from my bouquet to the table centerpieces.

We reached out a little over a month before our wedding (the week before the final payment was due). They just confirmed that we had to pay and sent a link. They did not confirm details or check in-just sent a payment link... I sent an email two weeks before saying I wanted to make sure everything was on track and connect. I got a call from a completely different woman, someone I have never spoken to who apologized for not reaching out to me. I asked about photographer florals and went through the full plan and confirmed the details for the day. Day of, they sent flower girl baskets that I did not want, need or order. They did not send the photographer florals requested either. They also set up our arch florals all wrong. We had agreed on and paid for 5 boxes on the arch that would be cohesive and connected then two large displays on stands at the start of the aisle. They set up three boxes on the arch that did not connect AT ALL and they had two small pots on the ground where my husband and I were supposed to stand. We could not reach anyone by phone day of. Mark made a big show during our first meeting of how everything would be perfect and stressed how much they care and make sure the set-up is seamless. It was upsetting that the most expensive vendor was such a flop. We had to reach out to them for everything and then they set up the arch wrong. My bridal bouquet was lovely (which is why this review is 2 stars instead of 1), but I will never recommend Petals to anyone.

rangement was breathtaking. They perfectly captured the look we were going for—elegant, natural, and filled with lush greenery and blooms. We were especially impressed by their creativity with the bride and bridesmaid bouquets, which made everything even more beautiful than we imagined. One small detail was missed—eucalyptus greenery to add to our cake—but honestly, it didn’t take away from how incredible everything else was. The florists more than made up for it with the overall execution and the stunning floral displays that wowed us and our guests. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Petals took our ideas and elevated them, creating a wedding day that felt uniquely us. We’re so grateful for their hard work and dedication, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist who can truly make your dream wedding come to life!
