Nida was incredibly unprofessional and fraudulent. She promised to make us wedding invitations, took $650, and then sent us a “digital proof” that was absolutely nothing what we discussed, was riddled with grammar errors, had lines that did not match up, included floral elements we specifically asked to remove, had elements outside the printable areas, mixed random fonts (unintentionally), and used fake or misspelled words.  The “digital proof” was painfully amateurish to the point that it was clear Nida either had no idea what she was doing or did not care. It would have taken hours for us to fix it. We politely requested that we get our money back (but allow her to keep an itemized amount of hard costs and time she incurred). She refused. In fact, she lied, stating: “the deposit you provided serves as a retainer fee for the creation of the digital proofs. This fee covers the time and resources allocated to developing your proofs, including the expedited service we provided to meet your timeline.” That was not true and was never communicated or agreed to. Given the number of errors in the “proofs,” it was clear next to zero time was spent on anything.  Nida also told us: “Regarding your mention of ‘typos’ and layout issues: I personally reviewed all submitted files again and did not find any spelling errors or formatting inconsistencies.” So she refused to admit obvious things were wrong (like “vegean” being intentionally used in the proofs) because she wanted to keep her money.  Don’t use Petals N Papers.
