Working with M was great! I had planned to DIY my flowers for my wedding and two months out it proved to be too difficult so I reach out to several florists. M had the best prices,...
but what really sold me was how detailed the proposal was that she sent me - explaining the types of flowers, including picture examples of everything I asked for - bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and bud vases. I didn’t really know many types of flowers but after speaking with her and sending a couple inspiration pics, she really did a great job. She was also quick to make changes when I asked and answer any question I had. Everything turned out great and she used such beautiful flowers! I am even having my bouquet preserved so that I can keep it forever. We let the guests take home the bud vases as a favor because I didn’t want them to go to waste when they were so pretty. There was one small issue with the corsages breaking, but I let M know (not even expecting a refund) and she immediately apologized and sent money back to me for them.

I was wanting. On the phone they said they were going to work on a proposal and get back to me soon. On January 6th I asked for an average price of the flowers just so I had an idea of what I’d be paying and again they were very quick with their response. And they said they were going to start on my proposal that week! So I waited about two weeks (01/20) to reach out after I hadn’t received a proposal or heard from them. Still didn’t hear from them so I contacted them again on 02/10 for an update and I still haven’t heard anything. Its 2/20. I still haven’t received a proposal or gotten any response from them. I was happy with them in the beginning but I feel it is unprofessional to stay connected with clients.
