I had an excellent experience purchasing a custom ring for my wife from Peter & Co.. All I had to work with was a screen grab from a music video of a ring she commented on. I knew nothing about purchasing custom jewerly or even how feasible it would be to produce a replica based on just a so so picture.....not to mention the uneasniness I had with purchasing something I could not physically look at other than a computer rendition. I emailed the picture of the ring she liked to Peter & Co. and expressed my concerns about pursuing the purchase. I was promptly responded to by Carrie and continued to work with her as she sent me computer renderings based on the picture and my input along with her suggestions which were on point. The whole process was done via email which was very convenient. I never once had to stop by or play phone tag with Carrie. Needless to say, the end product was amazing and beyond my expectations. It truly looks like an exact replica and my wife absolutely loved it.

We could not have gone to a better store for our rings! My husband got my engagement ring at Peter & Co. and it is absolutely perfect and stunning! He told the girls there what I liked and they found the perfect Hearts on Fire diamond and setting for me. We got our wedding bands there as well and the selection made it difficult to choose. With the help of everyone there (Tammy and Kimi in particular), we had expertise advice and found the rings that are perfect for us. They kept our taste and our budget in mind and found us exactly what suited us. Although it's an hour from home we will do all of our future jewelry/watch shopping here based on the knowledge and friendliness of all employees and the amazing selection they offer for all budgets! We went everywhere in northeast ohio... Peter & Co were the only people who could get us exactly what we wanted, at the right price and beat all other competitors on timing. Tammy's the best. I recommend her and this store to everyone because they get you what you want WITHOUT hassle, hard selling, or hidden agendas. They're really there with the knowledge and expertise you need. We've been back several times looking at other things and to make sure the ring stays perfect. I won't go anywhere else. It's a big purchase so feeling comfortable with the store and staff is everything and they stand behind what they sell. I also liked a lot of their non-wedding jewelry as well. Great place!

We purchased our wedding bands and engagement ring from Peter and Co. They have incredible customer service, and make you feel like family. Their selection is beautiful, and they went above and beyond to help us with resizing our rings and making sure they fit perfectly.

The staff here is wonderful. Tammie is great and a pleasure to work with. We got wedding bands, a diamond, a fine watch and other misc pieces from them. 120% satisfied with their kind and patient staff. Always professional and absolutely beautiful jewelry. While other stores associates act like used car salesmen the staff at peter and company is there to help assist you and answer your questions.

I have an unusually shaped engagement ring, which means that I'm looking to have a custom wedding band made. I went to Peter and Company for a quote and it came back nearly twice the amount that other jewelers quoted. Still, a friend highly recommended Peter and Company so I thought I would ask them to do a small job for me before deciding on the wedding band. I took my Grandma's pearls in to be restrung into a shorter necklace and a bracelet. First, I went in on a busy Saturday and waited for more than half an hour to be helped. Then, the lady that was helping me couldn't figure out how long my necklace currently was or how long I wanted the new necklace to be. She seemed to be having trouble finding examples of short (16 inch) necklaces to show me. Ultimately, one of the owners came over to help us and got all of the paperwork filled out. When I left, I was told that the job would take about 2 weeks to complete. Two days later, a store employee called me to tell me that the job was done. I found that hard to believe because I had been expecting it to take two weeks, so I asked two or three more times, "Are you sure it's done? There should now be a bracelet and a necklace." The employee assured me that the job was just easier than expected and that I should come get my jewelry. I went to the store later that week and saw that nothing had been done with my necklace and it was exactly like it had been when I dropped it off the previous weekend. This was a total failure for Peter and Company. I'll take my pearls and custom ring job to another locally owned jeweler in Cleveland.

My husband bought my engagement ring here and was so impressed with the service and the professionalism that he wanted to go back for our wedding bands. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, and of course extremely patient with my indecisiveness. Our jeweler knew us by name and was an extremely pleasant person. I feel like we're part of a jewelry family now :). We will definitely keeep making all of our jewelry purchases from here!

We were looking specifically at Tacori rings, so the vendors we could use were limited (only 3 in NE Ohio). We ended up buying from Peter & Co...we felt they were easy to work with and friendly. When lookign for the wedding band, I wish they would have provided more options to us (that another local jeweler was). But, outside of that, I thought they were great to work with, and very helpful and patient when we had a hard time deciding on rings.

Our wedding bands are so beautiful. My band is blinged out and he has gotten a tungsten. the aptmostphere is fantastic and they treat you like family. i recommend this jeweler.
