Peterson's Tasty Delight Bakery

Peterson's did a "naked" wedding cake for my wedding reception. The cake was vanilla with lemon filling, with a lemon buttercream frosting on the top. The cake was mind-blowingly good, I had SO many compliments from my guests. Crystal is a peach to work with, she is kind and accommodating, and even followed up after the event to make sure we were happy. I would not hesitate to use Peterson's again or to recommend them to my friends and family.

The cake was delicious! They give you 2 - 6" samples to take home and try! We got very creative with our cake, and they did exactly what we wanted. It was perfect!

We worked through a caterer that worked through two different bakeries for wedding cakes. We were impressed looking through the pictures of this particular vendor so we arranged for a taste test. We were initially impressed when our taste test included two (gigantic) mini cakes. We were able to choose the different frosting, filling, and type of cake for both test cakes. They tasted great...not too sweet...a great balance. We went for a marble cake with a butter cream frosting and fresh strawberry filling. The cake was excellent and it was exactly what we were looking for. It fit our theme and the cake designer was a sweet young girl who knew what she was doing. Every last piece of cake was eaten at the wedding...it was a huge hit and our guests made multiple comments as to how tasty this cake was.
