lly came through for my husband and I's special day. We had issues with a few of our vendors for the day, but one I didn't have to worry or stress over once was Pete and his bbq!
The food was warm, incredibly delicious, and exactly what we asked for. Our guests all enjoyed it immensely, we heard nothing but rave reviews; and they still comment how the food at our wedding was the best ever.
Pete went out of his way to help us throughout the process, from tastings to the main event; a truly kind and professional individual. He was always responsive to my emails and questions.
My husband and I's favorite part, was by far the late night bites of pork belly sliders and mash potato bar. The appetizer meatballs also a game changer! Wish I could have a plate of everything as I write this.
Since we had a fridge at the venue, we were able to keep our leftovers, which they packaged up for us. Though we didn't receive the toppings from the potato bar, only tiny hiccup, we did receive tons of leftovers that was such a bonus! Not to mention, that they heated well and were tasty even days later!!
Also the decor they provided was such a lovely touch that fit so nice!!
My husband, guest, and I all highly recommend Pete's Firehouse BBQ for your wedding!! You'll definitely, thank me later.

While in the planning process, my husband and I agreed that serving good food was a MUST at our wedding. Pete's Firehouse BBQ came highly recommended by our venue and we are so gla...
d we decided to give him a try. He was gracious enough to let us do a tasting before booking and within 5 minutes my husband and I knew we needed to have Pete cater our wedding. More so than the food tasting amazing, Pete is such a nice guy. He is personable, honest, and so hard working. When wedding day came, Pete and his team showed up on time to get everything ready. We chose the option of having the meat cooked onsite and it added such a great touch to the day. Our guests absolutely RAVED about how it was the best meal they've ever had at a wedding. When walking around, we noticed our guests had eaten every last bite from their plate and many even opted to get seconds! Thank you Pete's Firehouse BBQ for the great food and even better service!
Pete and his team did an amazing job. The raspberry chipotle meatball appetizer was amazing, the chicken and tri tip were cooked perfectly and the sides were all delicious. Pete wa...
s professional and communication was easy. He came out to see the venue ahead of time so on the day of the wedding he knew exactly where to set up and everything worked out just as planned. We also added on the donut bar which was a big hit with our guests as well. I would love for them to cater another event for me in the future.
Pete's Firehouse catered our wedding on Saturday, 10/30/21. The food was AMAZING. We got tons of compliments and everyone told me it was the best BBQ they've had. It was delicious,...
affordable, they give you tons of food, and even allowed my guests to have seconds! Pete was so kind and helpful and his staff was great!
We LOVE Pete and his team! The food was amazing. It was so flavorful and fresh - many of the guests had seconds! The chicken, Mac and cheese, and BBQ sauce were our favorites. The ...
set up was beautifully decorated and went so well with the decorations we had picked out for the rest of the reception. My husband and I, and all of our guests, cannot stop raving about the food. Thank you!
Pete's Firehouse was the first and only tasting we had for our catering option for our wedding. My husband is from Kansas so it was a must we have BBQ for our meal. Pete was AMAZIN...
G... The meats where juicy and so flavorful! The sauces were AMAZING! We had the Tri-Tip and Grilled Chicken. The sides were even more AMAZING... we had the smoked mac and cheese with bacon and green beans with bacon. We had a few vegetarians that attended so Pete was so kind to offer a portobello mushroom and with the sides he left the bacon out just for those people. We also had appetizers served with them and let me tell you their Raspberry Chipotle Meatballs are HEAVEN. They even have a option to have a smoke wagon that can be on site so all your guest get to smell what they are having for dinner. He matches your decor on the buffet, and goes above and beyond to set up how you'd like. ALL of our guest raved about the food and they even packaged up the leftovers for us and put them in our room to have the next day. The food is even better as leftovers! I would recommend Pete over and over again with 5 stars. You won't be disappointed. Thank you again Pete!
