Amanda and her team are AMAZING! I didn't talk to another planning company after my first call with Petite Planning - there was no need to! We utilized their Wedding Management package.
After our first conversation, I remember feeling a huge weight taken off of my shoulders. Amanda drove the call, touching on details and asking questions that quite frankly we weren't even really thinking about. It really put us at ease that we were going to have an expert on our team that would be looking out for the little details that might not be on our radar. Amanda is so incredibly organized and meticulous and has such a positive vibe!
She was very up front and transparent about everything - I appreciate how she gave feedback on things that she had seen work well and things that we were considering including in our wedding that maybe weren't such a great idea. She's not just someone that is going to say yes to everything - she is a true partner to ensure your wedding goes off without a hitch!
Amanda and her team got more involved in our plans about 6 weeks out from our wedding - and there was just no better feeling than handing over all of our contracts and vendor info. I knew the wedding was in good hands at that point! She and her team were so on top of all vendor communications - navigating all of those logistics and moving pieces (she provided a ton of important insight working with our photographer in particular). They also developed our entire wedding day timeline - from 6:30 start to 12am end. I LOVED the collaborative tool the team uses to put together the wedding timeline - good tech wasn't something that I thought would be important to me in this process but it made a huge difference not having to communicate using more antiquated methods.
Our wedding day was literally perfect and I credit a lot of that to Amanda and her team. It's true what they say- the day FLIES by but Amanda and her team ensured that our entire wedding party stayed on task. We had a rather large party and we had to deal with a lot of moving parts before the start of our ceremony and I'm still so blown away that everything flowed exactly how it should. And they made sure that we had a lot of fun along the way to boot!

We hired Amanda & the Petite Planning team for our wedding as day of coordinators and they were PHENOMENAL. Amanda was so helpful leading up to the wedding when it came to getting in touch with our vendors, creating our day of timeline, and filling in the gaps for things we had not thought about. On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant were so incredibly helpful making sure every detail was taken care of. Our wedding went off without any hitches at all and its all thanks to them. To any couple looking for coordinators, know that you are in great hands with Amanda!

Simply wanted to give a heartfelt "thank you" to Petite Planning company, and our Lead Coordinator, Bridget, for making our wedding day an absolute dream. I booked an all-inclusive venue, so I was on the fence about hiring an outside coordinator, but as the day started to get closer, I realized how many details were going to be placed on me leading up to (and on) the big day. One conversation with Amanda (owner) eased all of my concerns and made me realize hiring her team would make my day 10x more enjoyable. Bridget could not have been a better fit for us. Around 8 weeks out, she took over everything from vendor coordination, timelines, etc. She listened to every small little detail we wanted and executed flawlessly. Sunny joined her on the day of my wedding, and they worked so well together. We DIed all of our décor, and they were able to set everything up while keeping everyone on schedule. There is not a single detail of the day that I wanted to happen that didn't go the way we planned.

Amanda and Bridget were incredibly helpful in the weeks leading up to and the day of our wedding. (We chose the day-of coordination package.) We could not have done it without them!
They thought of and took care of all the little details -- from having extra bobby pins and Shout wipes in their "fanny packs of magic" to hand delivering our signage and decorations to the venue.
Amanda also went above and beyond to help us with a special request so we could just relax and concentrate on having a wonderful wedding.
And, as is they didn't do enough already, Amanda also helped my wife coordinate a great surprise for me during our reception. Amazing!
Donna and Hillary were very polite and professional on the day of our wedding. My husband and I were very organized to begin with so I do feel as if when they time came, they didn't have much to do regarding timeline, logistics, etc. Everything seemed to be in place. However, we did appreciate their help with setting up the venue as the venue manager was difficult to work with overall. Donna and Hillary kept us calm and collected, and were very familiar with our vision, which was much appreciated! They also kept me calm when we were late to our church because of transportation issues. Haha. Thank you for all of your support!!!
PPC went totally above and beyond with everything! We booked them for our 10.06.23 wedding! Amanda was absolutely wonderful and helped make sure she got every detail that we wanted for the day of! When the wedding day came I was completely stress free thanks to Shannon and Michelle. They both went above and beyond from making sure I had medicine ( I of course had a nasty cough the day of ), to making sure my hair was always fixed ( they had Bobby pins on hand), to making sure we always had drinks in our hands and most importantly making sure everything ran smooth ! They both made sure everything was perfect and were right by my side for anything I needed at all❤️ I could not say enough good things about this company, everyone I encountered from PPC was absolutely amazing. I could not recommend them enough❤️

AMANDA at Petite Planning is the absolute best!! My only regret is not hiring her the day after I got engaged. I planned on my own and worked with Amanda a few months out from my wedding when I was getting stressed. She is organized, professional, calm and a huge source of knowledge when it comes to weddings. She made the vender and day of coordination a breeze and I was able to enjoy being a bride. We worked with a lot of venders since our venue was non-traditional at a Museum- we had to bring EVERYTHING in. She even helped trouble shoot my most stressful logistics getting my wedding dress home (I did an outfit change) and figuring out late night surprise burgers for my groom. I highly recommend Amanda and would hire her again for a future party (if she ventures out of weddings!). She made everything smooth the day of the wedding- even when we had to resort to our rain plan (cocktail hour was originally outside). Her calm confident presence allowed me to enjoy not just the big day but the days leading up to it. I can't thank her enough for making this special moment in our life absolutely perfect for us.

Donna and Hillary were a part of my month-of-coordination team, and I am so thrilled I decided to utilize their services! About a month leading up to my wedding we had a few zoom calls to talk about vendors, timelines, my vision, and organizing things that had to get done. We went over all the things they were going to also take care of the day of (setting up extra decor, helping facilitate special events/the timeline of the day, making sure I had everything I needed, and making sure everything was packed up for me to take home the next day). It was so comforting to know I had an extra set of brains (and hands) to handle anything I did not really have the capacity to think about. They really helped me be able to fully envelop myself in my wedding day and not have to worry about anything logistical! I would highly recommend Petite Planning Co. to anyone wanting truly a weight lifted on their wedding day (whatever that weight may look like!).

We are so grateful that we hired Petite Planning Company for our wedding day. We went with their month-of coordinator plan and truly cannot imagine how everything would have come together and worked so smoothly without everything that they did behind the scenes. Jordan was so easy to work with in the weeks leading up to our wedding, taking over all vendor contracts and communication to nail down all of the final details. When our wedding day came she and Lauren were amazing, handling everything from wrangling the bridal party to setting up the space exactly how we imagined, to even bringing backup umbrellas for outdoor pictures in the rain! We felt so confident that everything was handled and it was so nice to be able to truly enjoy the day and not have to focus on all of the little details. Highly recommend working with them!
I couldn't imagine the last month of wedding planning with Amanda. I am not a type A person so her getting a time line from all my vendors and coordinating between all the different needs for setting up was a huge stress reliever. Every email was answered quickly and even my other vendors raved about her prompted communication skills. She answered all of my dumb questions, she held my veil through all of my pictures, even videoed all my special moments so we can could still have them forever. There wasn't a thing I asked for or needed that she questioned or pushed back on. No question I would hire her and her team again and again!
We are so happy we booked Amanda to do our month-of coordination. She gathered all information about our wedding about 6 weeks before, and jumped right in creating a detailed day-of timeline and contacting all of our vendors. She helped answer our questions and made sure everything was confirmed for day-of. On the actual day of our wedding, she did everything from help button my dress, manage timeline changes, gave us a quick ride from photos to our venue, and stood in the cold with a smile. We would have had a lot more stress without Amanda and Donna there to coordinate timing and make our day go smoothly.

After several consultations with other planners, we knew Petite was the one! We booked Amanda and her team early in our planning process; we had a vision but knew we would need expert guidance in making it all come to life. Petite always made things feel personal and not like we were just another project or a business transaction.
As a same sex couple, it was of most importance that the team we assembled was inclusive and experienced with LGBTQ+ weddings; we got our wish! We booked the “Month of Coordination” as it was the best fit for our needs; even with this being the case, Petite kept in touch before said time frame with reminders and helpful information.
Having decided not to have a bridal party, we needed someone to handle the wedding day operations completely. Amanda and Jordan provided complete leadership on our special day and worked beautifully with the vendors and venue. Their demeanor provided a great level of ease and comfort that made us feel relaxed, well, as relaxed as one can possibly be on your wedding day!
Petite exceeded all expectations, not only ours but all our guest’s! The day was truly magical, all pieces came together flawlessly on time and in accordance with the meticulous timeline they’d customed for us. We will forever be grateful!
After much consideration, we felt the need to write an honest review of our experience to provide couples with additional information as they decide on who they will hire for planning services. Writing this review brings me no pleasure, and I’m looking forward to simply moving on from this experience.
Although we signed up for full planning services in January/February 2022, virtually no planning occurred until August 2022. I sent a panicked email and a panicked text message in mid-July 2022, after not hearing anything for months. Not only did I not receive a response to those messages, my concerns were not acknowledged. I believe that planning actually took place because I scheduled weekly meetings, as I would not get a response or any progress unless an upcoming meeting was scheduled. Planning deadlines were routinely missed. We did not receive multiple quotes for each type of vendor as we were promised, but ended up being stuck with whatever vendor happened to be available last minute.
We were still planning major pieces and securing vendors right up until the day before the wedding. It was also clear from meetings and conversations with our DJ, photographer, and hair and makeup artist that they had not been advised of the schedule for the day. I had to scramble to get people on the same page. My emails and texts to the planning company continued to go unanswered even during the final week and while vendors were reaching out to me because their phone calls and emails likewise went unanswered.
I should not have had to work so hard for a service I paid for. Given the mix of recent 1 star reviews and 5 star reviews, it seems that some couples were prioritized and others were pushed to the back burner. And it seems that we were in the back burner category.
I never expected the wedding to go perfectly, but the number of issues that happened was tremendous. The day-of coordinators had little sense of what was supposed to happen with set up or the event. There was a complete lack of communication between the coordinators and the bridal party for which members had to be where and when for transportation, first look photos, and group photos, leaving us and our photographers having to work on the fly. The reception bore little resemblance to what we had discussed, despite my providing several sample pictures and our lengthy discussions. The entire day was riddled with problems that continuously required my attention. This, along with months of stress from the lack of planning, left me utterly exhausted for the day. As a result, I was not able to just enjoy the experience and our family and friends, but was just trying to make it through the day.
The worst situation was the lack of accommodations provided for our guests with mobility issues, despite multiple conversations on this issue. The cocktail hour food was located up a flight of stairs that some guests could not climb. The company apparently booked an accessible bus for the entire bridal party for 8 hours, but instead we got an inaccessible party bus (complete with blaring music, club lights, and a stripper pole) to take maybe 10 people from the church to the reception less than a mile away. I was happy to pay quite a large sum of money to ensure our guests were comfortable and accommodated, but did not receive what I paid for.
We truly hope that this business turns around for the better and learns to better manage its services from feedback such as ours.
We hired Amanda to be our day of coordinator 2 years before our wedding and we were only using her company for simple ceremony set up services. We worked with Donna as our wedding day came closer, and everything went smoothly. The day of the team was prompt, professional, and made sure everything was set up exactly how we asked for it to be. I took one star off because communication was a little slow, and it felt like I had to reach out when you’d expect the planner to be more communicative closer to the date. We also did not have an on site meeting at the venue prior to the wedding and I never received confirmation that the team reached out/ had a meeting with our other vendors, both of which were stated in our contract. Overall, we were happy with the services and I feel like the small issues we had could be attributed to the fact that the company is still fairly new.

We couldn't have pulled off our day without Amanda and Veronica!!!! We had a non-traditional wedding venue with less dedicated staff and without Petite Planning Company we couldn't have pulled it off!! Amanda and Veronica were always on top of things from taking notes at our vendor walkthroughs, staying on top of our vendors month of, setting up all our decorations and florals, making sure we stayed on time for everything throughout the day, fixing my dress constantly, taking down all the decorations and packing them away at the end of the night so that us and our family could enjoy every minute, and finally making sure they got the best pics and videos once our photographer's time was up. They seriously can be trusted with it all!! Thank you for making our wedding day the best ever!!!!
Amanda and her team are amazing!!! My husband keeps saying to me that hiring them was the best decision of the wedding process. I think a lot of people underestimate how crucial a day-of coordinator really is- we truly cannot imagine how our day would have gone without Amanda and Veronica. They were always there to wrangle our bridal party, provide us with food and drinks, and help our day be a gigantic success. I cannot thank them enough!!
Avoid at all costs. Luckily, we were in the early stages of planning when we hired Amanda (over a year from the date). She came to one on-site meeting with us where we all agreed to a plan. Amanda also said she would provide us with a vendor list. That was the last we saw or heard from her. We tried multiple means of communication to get in touch and we never heard from her. She did, however, keep posting on social media (and we did try to connect via Instagram too). Save your money and stress and go with someone else.
My experience with Amanda was unfortunately the main stress of my entire wedding experience and probably my only regret. We hired her for month of coordination as well as partial planning. From the start, she was not very responsive. She sells you on "unlimited calls and texts" and "touchpoints throughout your wedding planning" but rarely even answers an email or text. We would email her asking for vendor recommendations and would never hear back.. I'd follow up 3-4 times and still, she did not do what we hired her to do. All the while, she was VERY active on Instagram.. she can post pretty pictures but she can't answer her paying customers. She would also tell us she was going to send over vendor recommendations and never did. I was going to let all of this go until our wedding month arrived. I again sent multiple emails asking about our timeline deadline (which she set herself and did not meet) and there was no response. She didn't complete the mandatory timeline for our videographer, causing them to reach out to me basically being like WTF. I was terrified that she wasn't even going to show up, which SHE DIDN'T. The night before my wedding, I received a text from Amanda that she was no longer coming and sending another person in her place (that would not even be staying the entire time). She also did not text my makeup artist until THE NIGHT BEFORE to go over timing. I had to wake bridesmaids up in the middle of the night (11pm) to tell them they had to be up earlier than expected because Amanda failed to do her job. She had told me a time that wasn't even approved by the vendor. When her replacement team arrived in the morning, they did not even introduce themselves to me. Other vendors were in the room with me and were APPALLED by their behavior and told me I should ask for a refund. When the lead coordinator left at 3pm, she didnt even say goodbye. Any question my mom or bridal party asked them, they didn't have an answer for and didn't try to find one. They would barely respond to me when I was trying to discuss decor with them. Since Amanda and I never had our"month-of kick off", they didn't know where to set certain things up. My card box was in a location no one could even find. Thank god for my photographer.. she basically stepped in as a coordinator for the entire day because Amanda's team was no where to be found. Amanda never even checked in with me after the wedding to see how things went without her. I truly have nothing positive to say about this experience. Please, for the love of god and sake of your wedding/stress levels, steer clear from this company. You will NOT get your money's worth. Working with Amanda will only add more anxiety and stress.
I'm trying to keep this review as fair as possible, as my goal is not to disparage any company. Amanda is a great salesperson and very easy to talk to, but in my experience seems too busy to properly manage this company. Prior to my wedding day, I was unable to get in contact with Amanda and it was truly the primary source of my stress, especially during the final two weeks when I truly wasn't even sure if they'd show up.
Aside from everything that happened prior to the wedding, I thought if Amanda and her team at least showed up on the big day things would be fine. However, on the day-of I felt Amanda & her assistant didn't provide much value and they really did not seem proactive during times when they were needed. For example, when it came time to organize my family for a group photo it just kind of seemed like Amanda + her assistant they stood around while my photographer did all the legwork. I truly don't know what they were doing during this time. This whole process could've run more smoothly with more hands on deck. Amanda also didn't properly communicate with my other vendors the day of... for example, Amanda let us out of the church for our grand exit without notifying our photographer. The photographer was not ready as she was off to the side photographing the bagpiper. We had to "re-do" the shot again and none of those photos are good.
Basically, the main tasks Amanda helped with were passing our bubbles/programs at our ceremony, setting up bows at our church, and helping with our Polaroid "photo booth" station at the reception. I did appreciate her assistant's help with the photo booth station but otherwise I feel like we truly could've handled everything without a coordinator. I hired a planner for that extra help for seeing the big picture the day-of but I think the stress prior to the wedding combined with the minimal benefit the day of just did not make this worth it in the end.
Amanda was amazing to work with! She was patient, kind, organized, and followed through with anything we needed. We used Amanda for her day of coordinator services along with her assistant Veronica. They were so helpful for the weeks leading up and the day of the wedding. My mom also loved having Amanda there for any problems that could of happened along with her detailed timeline she made us for our day. If any problems did happen, I did not know about them, which is what all brides want! I highly recommend Amanda for her wedding planning services. She was a lovely friend to have along side me on my big day :)
Please do your research before booking with Petite Planning. The owner Amanda is the most unresponsive vendor I have dealt with. After months of unanswered calls/text/emails I had to terminate my contract with her 1.5 months before my wedding. Search her name in "Molly's New Jersey Wedding Insider Group" on Facebook and you will see similar stories.
The only plus side was that I was eventually given my money back.
Despite initially feeling quite confident with Amanda based on reviews and our first meeting, it became quickly apparent that we were not a priority to her. She missed her own deadlines repeatedly, ignored every attempt I made to contact her across all platforms/devices. We signed on June 23, did not get any updates at all until July 21, when we got access to a mostly empty google drive. August 25 , files finally start to be added but despite promising to do so, she has not replied to set up a call going over everything. Tried reaching out 6 times through the month of September. Literally never heard back- all the while they had kept a very active IG presence. We paid 2 out of4 payments for 10-month planning services, and I luckily was able to get my money back by disputing the charges through my bank. AVOID!
Our experience with Amanda has been VERY disappointing. It’s a critical planning period for our wedding and she hasn’t responded to us in over 3 WEEKS!

Amanda and her team really made my Wedding Day stress free. I hired Amanda late into the Wedding planning process. At first I didn't think I would need a month/day of coordinator. I knew my venue had a coordinator but I read some bad reviews and got concerned. I saw other brides raving about their day of coordinators in a wedding group on Facebook. I then thought to myself, I definitely need one. I interviewed two coordinators. My first interview was with Amanda and when I was doing my second interview all I could think about was how much I really liked Amanda. She explained everything throughly and I liked her sweet personality. She was so easy to talk too, I felt like I've known her for years. Hiring her was the best decision. My husband told me I didn't need a coordinator but I talked him into it, of course. He now can't stop talking about how great Amanda & her team was. Amanda created a timeline of events for my Wedding day. She reached out to all my vendors and made the process seamless. She helped me get ready and also helped bustle my dress after the ceremony. She made sure I ate and drank fluids all day. I can go on and on about Amanda and her team. As far as I know nothing went wrong and the day was absolutely perfect!! If you are thinking about hiring a month/day of coordinator don't think twice! DO IT! Thank you again Amanda!
Amanda was the best she seriously saved my wedding day! I am extremely type A and thought I was going to be running the show at my own wedding. My mom convinced me to let go of my control issues and hire a planner. I interviewed about 4 different planners but knew Amanda was the perfect one. She was down to earth and easy to talk to and I knew she would get shit done. On my wedding day she did not disappoint. I actually felt relaxed because I could trust her (that’s hard to say coming from someone who is usually in control) She set up all of my decor, helped with pictures, bustled my dress, got us our meal, helped cut the cake, and packed everything up at the end of the night. I seriously don’t know what I would have done without her. Brides look no further… hire Amanda!!!! :)
We worked with Donna and Riley of Petite Planning Company and honestly, the day was perfect in great part because of them. Donna was helpful from the day I met her, took care of certain logistics without me even realizing, and updated my timeline with numerous changes and requests. When the day of my wedding arrived, Donna and Riley answered every question and handled every request, and dealt with issues without involving me unless they absolutely had to. They also handled mistakes by other vendors before I even knew something was off. If you are even slightly considering hiring a wedding coordinator, do it and go with them. Especially if you are picky and want every detail correct and taken care of. You will not be disappointed. Also most importantly, they were kind, patient, and thorough through the whole process. 10/10 recommend Amanda and her team for all wedding planning/coordinating needs. We got married on 7/15/22 at The Breakers on the Ocean in Spring Lake, NJ and we hired Petite Planning Co. for the month-of wedding coordination. We were impressed and very happy with every detail of her wedding coordination from the check-in calls, the in-person venue walk through, her vendor communication, her seamless coordination of our wedding rehearsal, and every second of the wedding day. Our ceremony was DIY in a park and had a lot of moving parts with guest transportation but Amanda didn't miss a beat. She helped ease my mind and I was able to enjoy the entire day stress-free. The day of the wedding there wasn't one detail out of place or forgotten. She is punctual to every meeting, remembers each detail you tell her, and is truly a great person to have behind the scenes of your wedding day. Thank You Amanda and the Petite Planning Co. Team!
We were married on 8/6/2022 at the Manor in West Orange. Both our families are Filipino so it was always going to be a fairly big wedding (approximately 175) with a lot of people running late. We hired Amanda and her team for her Month of Coordination to make sure that everything ran on time. Amanda was available for virtual and telephone calls. She was always punctual for meetings and if she even thought there was a possibility of running late she would send a prompt text. When we had our consultation with her, we knew she was the coordinator for us after doing several consultations. She's friendly, organized, straightforward, reassuring, and punctual. She reached out to all our vendors the month of our wedding so we could relax and we only had to worry about fine details. She was also able to negotiate with my hair and makeup team so we could sleep in an extra hour. (There was 13 people getting hair and makeup done with 3 stylists) I was trying to do that for a while and was unable to do it myself. The extra sleep was appreciated.
On the day of our wedding, we arrived early and was ready to go. She helped make sure we were on time and also assisted with calling out family members' names for those chaotic family pictures at the church. She made sure to distribute our tip envelopes the day of to all of our vendors. The team also helped set up our signage, set up our table cards and name cards, and all the little things that you need to do but forget about the day of. She made sure all of our vendors were fed and that we were fed during our cocktail hour. My dress was also falling apart shortly before walking down the aisle at the church. The team had safety pins and they worked with my MOH to create a safety pin chain to secure my dress until my mom could sew my dress back together during a break.
We definitely recommend hiring her and her team!!! It was worth every penny. We didn't run late and we were able to actually enjoy our wedding. I've already personally recommended her to a co-worker who is engaged. She was so professional and helpful. You will not regret hiring her and her team!!!

When I started planning my wedding I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, as my venue provided a team as well. Needless to say, I am SO happy that I did! Amanda and her team at Petite Planning Co. were the perfect fit! Her and Veronica were there to make sure everything went as planned on our big day. Amanda creates a very detailed timeline, and coordinated with all vendors to make sure our day was seamless from start to finish! They did an amazing job putting up and breaking down my chuppah, repurposing florals from the ceremony to the reception, and packing up the bridal suite/my car at the end of the night. I did not have a single worry the whole day, as I knew Amanda and Veronica had it covered. Knowing this, I was truly able to enjoy my wedding and soak in every moment. Hiring Petite Planning Company was the best decision we made for our wedding. Amanda took so much stress off of us as she worked seamlessly in the background with all of our vendors so that we could take a step back in the planning the month leading up to our wedding day. Peptic Planning Company coordinated all the site activities the day of, ensured all our details were in place, and executed the full day plan perfectly.
We were the first wedding to take place at our venue and it therefore did not have all the infrastructure needed to support a wedding. I am a postponed, pandemic bride. We got engaged in 2019 and set our date for December 2020. We postponed for this past December and while we had our vendors and menu and a fair some of things figured out prior to postponing, I knew I needed some help organizing or I was going to probably lose my mind. I found Amanda after searching through some bride groups on Facebook in April and the moment we talked, I had a sense of calm that I definitely did not have before. She created and recreated our timeline and answered any questions we had, she organized all of our vendors, hunted people down when they needed to be and was prepared for literally anything at any time. To all the couples out there feeling helpless right now in the craziness of wedding planning, just breathe and give Petite Planners a call. Within 5 minutes of our first call with Amanda our stress immediately diminished.
My husband and I really thought we could pull off a 300+ desi wedding on Labor Day weekend on our own… we planned and planned for more than a year and as the weeks got closer we started to panic. Our venue was extremely difficult to deal with, covid was peaking again, and the stress was compounding.
1 week before our wedding we were scrambling to find someone who would be willing to take this on. We got extremely lucky that Amanda happened to be free as they are usually booked.

Amanda - or "Planmanda" as we affectionately refer to her - was hands down one of the most important vendors that we hired for our wedding. Hiring Petite Planning Company was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. We hired them at the last minute because we were feeling super overwhelmed and were incredibly anxious about the day going smoothly. Amanda jumped right in to tie up all the loose ends with our vendors, made us a timeline, and allowed us to relax the two weeks leading up to our wedding. After talking to her we literally felt like the weight of the world had been lifted off our shoulders. We knew immediately we could trust her with all the details of our wedding. We had a pretty difficult venue to work with, but once we brought Amanda in we knew she would solve any problems that arose -- and she did!
I truly could not imagine how the day would have gone with Petite Planning Company there. There were issues we didn't even know about until after because Amanda solved them before we even heard about them. She also kept my husband and me supplied with food and drinks throughout the night, and helped us step aside to take a quick break at exactly the moment we needed it.

Petite Planning Company was truly a blessing to me and my now husband. We hired Amanda and her team vey close to our wedding day and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect on the day of our wedding. We spoke on the phone at length about decor, dress, wedding party etc. She is very detail oriented like I am so it made me put my faith in her on one of the most important days of my life. From the moment she came to meet me the morning of the wedding I had every confidence that Amanda understood my vision and would bring it to fruition. Hiring Amanda and her team for day-of coordination was HANDS DOWN the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. Amanda was technically my “day-of” coordinator, but she really was so much more than that. She jumped right in about 6 weeks prior to my wedding and made sure that everything that needed to be taken care of in those last few weeks was. She was organized, responsive, and I felt like she really took the time to get to know myself and my husband and understand the vision we had for our special day. She remembered the little details in our conversations and had great suggestions along the way. She attended our final details meeting with the venue and thought of questions to ask that I would’ve never thought to ask. The morning of my wedding, my bridesmaids and mom were joking with me while we were getting ready that they couldn’t believe how calm I was. When the hair & makeup team arrived, they even commented on how they don’t usually see brides this calm the morning of the wedding. I even surprised myself with how calm I was. This was truly all because of Amanda. She had my complete trust and made sure that everything was executed according to plan. I know people always say “things will go wrong”, but I can honestly say that the day was perfect and nothing went wrong (or, if it did, Amanda handled it and I never found out!).
