Peyton Medick Photography offers a wide range of services to choose from. I am a Madison, Wi based photographer but destination wedding packages are available, and I am happy to travel for your day! As well as coverage on the day of your event, I also offers engagement photo shoots. As for your how I will capture the wedding day, I like to take a backseat approach. I will be there to capture your candid moments with your loved ones and raw emotion. I don't like to force moments, but let them come naturally! During portraits, we will use prompts to create movement and genuine smiles but still grab some of those traditional nice shots. When it comes to family photos, I am not afraid to wrangle the family up and yell out names of people we need for photos! And finally, during the reception I will capture your guests smiles, killer dance moves, and every moment in between. I truly love what I do and genuinely care for my couples. I will be with you during every step of the planning process if you need me. Whether that be texting me a pic when you find your dress to share the excitement (I loveeee these texts!) or a question about your timeline, I am here for you! I will also share tons of planning tips & am an open book. If you are a couple who loves to laugh, always takes the scenic route, and is looking for someone who is stoked to capture (& celebrate!) your love, I am your girl!

Peyton is incredible! She did such an amazing job and was so wonderful to work with. I am not someone who feels at ease in front of the camera, but she did such an incredible job making us feel fun, comfortable, and the ability to be ourselves....

it. Peyton's calm demeanor and directions made it so easy and natural to be in front of the camera. She was also so flexible and open to suggestions and requests. I told her I wanted photos of the reception and the guests that captured the joy of the day (we chose not to have a videographer so needed pictures to capture this feeling). Looking at those photos, I can almost hear the chatter, laughter, and warmth. I am over the moon with how the album turned out, I couldn't imagine having any other photographer. I hope to work with Peyton again in the future!

I believe that I was born to be a creative. At a young age, I would take photos with my Mom’s "fancy camera". My passion turned into a hobby in 2017 when I bought my first camera and began taking portraits! I couldn’t be happier to be doing what I love. In my free time I enjoy camping, road trips, and exploring new places…I would take tent camping in the middle of the rockies over a beach villa ANYDAY. My ideal weekend would be waking up slow, stopping by a local coffee shop, browsing a record store, and supporting other small businesses!
