P.F. Chang's China Bistro

The P.F. Chang's at The Galleria in Fort Lauderdale is a hidden gem for parties of 40-80 people. There is a private room in the back of the restaurant that is curtained off and is beautiful! I had my rehearsal dinner there and it was amazing! It was $28 per person (which is an extremely low price for the area) and we received a ton of food served family style! We had 2 appetizers, 4 entres, unlimited soda and iced tea, and an amazing display of deserts (cheesecake, chocolate cake, etc.) and everything was delicious! Kara Matus is the contact for private parties and she is the best! She responds very quickly and is extremely easy to work with! She set up the room so nicely and functional for our almost 60 person rehearsal dinner. We had a lot of people give speeches and it was perfect! The wait staff could not have been nicer! At one point, the manager came by and he was so nice as well! The restaurant is extremely clean and nice! This is a terrific location for a rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, engagement party, or any other party wedding related or not.
